Incredibly awful branch, sadly can't comprehend a delivery order and the food they prepare 'fresh' is disgusting. AVOID

It is not the first time I take food away from McDonalds. Every time I visit I enjoy the food and the amazing service from Hristina who is so lovely always helpful, polite, hard working and so clean! It is the people who make the difference and she is a true five star employee. Cant wait to go back!

On two occasions recently I have ordered a Crispy Bacon Wrap only to bite into raw bacon. I have taken it back and get handed back a reheated flat bread which is now like cardboard and the bacon is still raw. I have had the same issue with bacon on the double bacon and egg McMuffin. It’s raw and I am told that is how it comes.

I suppose when the ordering machine says “take away only” it’s saying “sit at your own risk”—wiping down tables went out with the pandemic? Service without eye contact… perhaps because the server had a hunch I’d regret saying “thank you” for my meal. The vegan burger feels like McDonalds at its most passive-aggressive, the fries: cold and chewy, unsalted. The strawberry shake still reassuringly over-sweet and not like any actual strawberry.

9/10 times the food is cold and cooked hours before or if it's hot then you can guarantee it will not what you ordered Then when you ask for a fresh item the staff get rude and very disrespectful Tranding standard needs to get down there ASAL

Waited nearly two hour for a delivery for it to not turn up and then I had the call for them to tell me over the phone my order was cancelled and they refunded me but didn't have the decency to tell me this. If I hadn't called I would still be waiting!!!! Disgraceful

Guiseppe was a star, when we messed up our order on the self service till, he found the correct order number and reserved us a table outside. The place was beyond busy. 5/5

Only recently reopened for drive thru or delivery. Ordered delivery which turned up cold. Managed to catch the delivery drive who spoke hardly any English Gave her my number to get restaurant to ring me as they never answer phone and not allowed to leave a message. Went thru drive through a few days ago and realised when I got home we’d we were charged for Chile dip which should have been free. Clearly service at a low!

Waited 20 mins for food to then have to take half back as it was stone cold. Drinks were watery due to being sat on the side. Staff were rude and abrupt manager clearly doesn't know how to do her job properly either. Such a shame

Just a quick review to say that my family and I stopped to eat here today. There was an older chap working there who was very polite and handing balloons to the younger children. You could see his uniform had been well pressed. Such a nice touch and a credit to McDonalds. Thank you Sir!

I am not a big fan of this McDonald's and will never go back as we have found out most others won't. The staff members we met were rude, arrogant and had the attitude of a petulant child doing the house chores. To have your order thrown on the counter with a young staff member chewing gum and starring at out you like you have interrupted her day is just disgusting.

Every time my family and I there’s ALWAYS a problem! The chips are uncooked or too cold, the staff are rude when you take the food back and the customer service has just down hill. Really disappointed because we’ve gone here for years and now we are thinking not to go to that one anymore. They’ve also got paper straws now, which is irritating because you can’t drink probably out of them...

This branch of McDonald’s need a serious check by management. Most of the time the staff are unfriendly and they only want to push orders. I never saw anyone even smile. And when I try to ask about anything on their menu or a promotion they have, I get the feeling they are annoyed that I asked.

The ongoing debate, why o why do McDonalds stop breakfast at 10:30am. Absolute madness. Attended this McDonald’s for breakfast 9/5/18. Ordered at 10:27. On the dot of 10:30 everything changes like military precision. Now apartantly according to McDonald’s it’s lunch time, dinner time, supper time until 5am when breakfast starts again. Who wants to eat a burger and chips and 10:30am in the morning is beyond me. At 10:38am fed up waiting I approached the counter to ask what had happened to my breakfast as all the orders going out we’re burgers, everything being made appearred to be burgers. Clearly by 10:30 all breakfast production stops despite the fact you had placed an order. It becomes even more annoying when my order is number 75 and number 85 has already got his and left. When I asked for my breakfast there was no apology, when I asked why it had taken so long the person just starred at me. So I asked again, my response “ don’t know “ brilliant what awful service.

Car park not big enough for the amount of customers that are using it, plus burgers won't hot. They were just warm, I took my burger back to court and I got a negative response back. I know it's a McDonald's, but you should still expert a level of customer service of a acceptable level which wasn't here!!

They always mess up the order in the drive thru. Instead of chicken burger I got beef today. Food is prepared poorly as well.

Out in the field needing a break when I visited this location. Surprisingly clean facilities and nice welcoming staff. Fast service with a nice smile. Ordered vegetable deluxe sandwich meal which is individually cooked and it arrived well prepared and tasty. Happy to return again.

Popped in for a quick snack while we're waiting for some friends. Food was quickly ordered - but no hot drinks - the machine was being cleaned! Grrrrrr!! On a freezing morning! Not clever! Food ok.

Servizio velocissimo e locale nella norma. Ampio parcheggio all'esterno. Tipico McDonald's. Ha anche il McDrive che pare funzionare davvero bene ed è sempre pieno di macchine.

Como de costumbre el té está caliente, un oportuno y se sirve en una orden. Para arrancar me dan una gratis después de comprar y beber 6, a recoger las pegatinas y colocarlos en la tarjeta suministrada en el lado de la taza. Recuerdo para mostrar el cupón en el momento de realizar el pedido. Personal educado para un feliz comienzo temprano en la mañana.

Be prepared to be embarrassed into buying charity badges every time you walk in the door, to the point where it looks like they are getting a 99% cut!. Really really annoying.

Stopped here many times on way back from London Hospital. Right on a roundabout so easy entry and exit. Easy and quick to order, very good fast food, good service from staff. Normally don't frequent this chain but this one is surprising good.

I usually go to the 'other' burger house, but a cup of coffee and the WC were the order of the day as I continued my walk along the Thames. The place was busy, but very clean and orderly. The staff were pleasant and efficient, the coffee was better than I expected. This has countered my previous antipathy (from long ago). As a result, I will now frequent MacDonald's establishments rather than avoiding them.

Great location, easy parking, drive-thru, fast service and touch screen monitors to order your food.Bare in mind it's a very busy McDonald's due to it's location.Recommended!

This is a typical McDonald's. However, the location is superb, and totally convenient. With a drive thru this just ensures an inexpensive quick and reliable meal.

I was staing over the road and had a case of the munchies. McDonalds - you know what you should get.I ordered, and wached 4 or 5 team mebers chatting, as I waited for my food. I assumed it was being cooked.I got back to the hotel, no more than 2 mis walk. The food was cold, not even slightly warm.

It's McDonald's so you know exactly what you're getting with the food. This review is for the service. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. They were eager to help with the automated kiosk ordering and delivered the food to our table. I have not seen a staff this friendly at a McDonald's.

Está sempre aperto e para quem chega tarde é uma boa opção - ajuda bastante. No dia, houve um jogo e o lugar estava cheio e um pouco sujo, embora o funcionário estava se esforçando para limpar tudo.

E' a due passi dall'hotel Holiday Inn dove abbiamo alloggiato. E' una struttura molto moderna, pulita e veloce nel servizio. Ci sono tablets per le ordinazioni e per far giocare i bambini.

Excellent menu to choose from in the morning, and i like the fact that a lot of young people are working there being courteous. They've got these hi tech flat screens that you can pre order your meal and wait for your order to called out, cool or what.I had the egg/cheese mc muffins no meat, and the pancakes, simple but effective, fills the hole. lots of seating for you and the family and has 24 hour drive through service. Even has outdoor seating, with a great view of the.......... bus stop and roundabout. Im loving it...
