McDonald's in City of London, Westminster

The staff were so rude! I had a disabled friend with me that asked to use the toilet while waiting for our food and told to "walk" 10 minutes up the road.

Truly disgusting.wrong judgment call after too much drink. Limp and cold so_called bacon burger.why do we get conned by these people? Learnt my lesson. Ugh.

A very friendly member of staff fetched me a napkin. I promised to write good review in return. Service was very quick too.

Bad service. Got a wrong order receipt. I asked for three ketchups, got two. I asked politely can I have another one? And a young Pakistani girl got a handful and smashed into my food bag. I was about to pick them and throw on her head - but she moved away.

The lack of staff and the busy morning that it was today made a terrible Combo. First of all I want to say that I am feeling really bad for the guy who took my order as I could of seen that he was new, and his colleague the blond and young one was telling him that he s giving her headache just because he asked her help on something, which I found it really inappropiate taking in consideration that you should Work as a team there and you should never make someone fell that bad especially in front of custumers, i am just concerning about him and his wellbeing and i am feeling sorry for him because he have to work in an enviroment like that, he Also looks very stressed. The other thing is that I wanted to buy a donut and there was only one on the shelf and this girl that i am talking about told me “ this donut is here for 2 days you don t want that “ and then she left. The thing was that I was coming from Work and I was really tired to stay and say something. But I think is just disgusting and I don t want to believe that you guys are keeping old food like that, after I left I had to throw away all my food because I Couldn t eat it just thinking about what she said made me sick. Another thing is that she s really rude with her colleagues which I mention above and with Customer as well she s just screaming around at everybody. I know for sure that none of what i brought to your atention are your brand standard and I found the staff from this place very unprofessional and not good enough for a customer service role. I just want to mention the other girl that was there with a grey blouse looks like a manager or I am not sure I don t want to include her in what I Said because she was the most normal one in there and Even if it was very busy she managed to keep her calm. Definetly I am not going to eat McDonald s for a very long time now thank you.

se veía limpio (pero es muy raro) pedí más dinero en efectivo para ronald (estafa) no podía entender el trabajador preguntaba por la salsa (demasiado silencioso) la coca de dieta tiene sabor a productos de limpieza también era plana, cuando abrí mis chips me sorprendió ver una rata se arrastra fuera de ellos. luego fue seguido por una bandada de palomas hasta el final del carril de la cancillería. En general, la gran experiencia regresará (mañana por la noche)

I went to the McDonal`s restaurant in Holborn and ordered a wrap menu and 20 chicken nuggets over the self service station. The card scanner didn't accept my card (which happened at the other ones as well with different card from different peoples).I had to pay in cash afterwards. AfterI tried to pay with a 10 Pound bill, apparently it its was an "old" bill and I had to pay with a 20 Pound bill... alrigth so far. But at the moment I got my order and looked in it, I saw that it was a burger with chips (clearly not what I ordered and also less expensive). I asked fror the right order bit a worker named Danesh told me that the "system" said this was my order and that I was hallucination that I ordered something different. I never experienced such an incompetent worker and he didn't even tried to solve the problem I neither got my money back or a different order...so I sit here with a Burger but I ordered a vegan wrap and I cannot even eat it now. I`ll never go back to McDonalds again.

Un pequeño McDonald's a unos minutos a pie del metro de Chancery Lane.Me sirvieron rápidamente en esta tarde de agosto de agosto e incluso obtuve un espacio en el mostrador que daba a la ventana, que está de pie solo, mirando a Holborn.Tenía un cuarto de galón con queso y algunas papas fritas. La hamburguesa era sabrosa y satisfactoria, golpeando el lugar perfectamente para lo que necesitaba.El personal era alegre y, a pesar de su pequeño tamaño, es útil saber que esta rama está aquí si está ansiando un producto en el rango. No está mal.

Wow the new spicy signature collection is real winner. Great bun, juicy burger, fresh salad and onions. Well done McDs a star is born

Overcrowded. Dirty loos. No milk provided for tea or tomato sauce meaning two unnecessary journeys up and down stairs and queuing at counter.

I am always going in the morning there during a week; today a one Chinese lady in glasses was very rude... without morning, smile...

We were at Holborn only two months ago and I am pleased to say the service was as before, warm and welcoming. The coffee for the price is good value and the tables were clean and tidy.

The welcome was warm and friendly. The hot chocolate as I would expect was improved with two sachets of milk. The seating area was clean, and although the loos were looking a bit tired, at least they were clean.

Hoy mientras estaba en Londres unos días como todo el mundo me pare a comer algo en este McDonald's. Me sirvieron rapido comida bien como siempre en otros. Estaba cerrado uno de los pisos de comer. Uno arriba y otro abajo. Bajamos abajo y parecía aquello la guerra sillas sucias aceitosas y lleno de bolsas por el suelo. Llevo muchos años comiendo en esta cadena y voy a seguir usandola. Pero en España no he visto uno nunca tan sucio. La gente lo mismo cocina q hace otras cosas. No digo que se de vara a la gente cosa que estoy en contra. Pero un local que parece de después de un concierto no me parece bien. Con que diga que me sirvieran rápido no quiere decir q todo el mundo estuviese trabajando en esa zona dejo el detalle ahi.

This is one of their better branches. Good communication with customers, very quick and very clean indeed. Lots of smiles!

As always, very quick service with no mistakes and lots of seating room on three floors. Recommended for those visiting LSE for public lectures or for a quick go to service.

Las hamburguesas estaban semi cálido y el personal mezclado mi pedido!

Popped in for a coffee and to use the toilet. The coffee was ok, as was the service. But the toilets were awful. Not clean and showing the signs of other usage, shall we say. Not good.

Si usted está ubicado en ir a McDonald's, les recomiendo que vayan a uno cerca de la estación de Holborn en vez de éste, que está situado justo al lado de la estación de metro Chancery Lane. Se trata de un rápido 'en el establecimiento de la compra, con instalaciones limitadas para comer dentro del 'restaurant". Mientras que el Holborn McDonald's está en calma, sentarse, con servicio absolutamente increíble.

Situado en el lugar de estás recorriendo de una cosa a otra en el centro de Londres. Compacta y ocupado, siempre me parece encontrar una mesa. (Una para caballeros wc; Haga cola responsable.)

No hay mucho para decir tratándose de un Mc Donald´s. En todos los que hemos estado, nos han atendido bien, rápido, y sabes lo que comes. Ideal para un refrigerio y seguir con lo tuyo.

Estaba lloviznando bastante, asi es que decidimos parar y de paso comer y tomar algo rápido, porque andábamos muy apurados, por lo tanto nada mejor que un Mc Donald´s cerca de la parada de bus.

Lo normal en un Mc donald´s. Si estás muy ajustado de dinero, es muy importante tener presente la hamburguesa de 1 euro, y no está mal!
