Subway in Cornwall, Isles of Scilly

SO SLOW The guy working was very kind and helpful but extremely slow and would only work on 1 sub at a time. I was there at a busier time and he Recieved zero help for management. Unlikely to return, would rather drive to plymouth.

Perfect lunch, will definitely come again. My children loved it and the staff were welcoming and patient with their orders.

I paid £20 for an order that they couldn't forfil. Then, they didn't know how to give me my money back. Make sure that they have what you want because if you pay before this, it'll be a struggle to get a refund.

Absolutely shocking!!!! Our app didn’t work but money still left our account and the lady at the till was blatantly rude and unhelpful. Feel defeated and unsatisfied definitely don’t recommend and will not be coming back!!

My autistic daughter was waiting to be served today. I'm heavily pregnant so went to sit down while she ordered. The young lady with glasses at the till. Decided to bypass my daughter and serve those around her. When i could see my daughter becoming upset, I went to the till to query why she hadn't been served and to express how unhappy I was with the service. I was met with sarcasm. To which I responded it was her job to make sure she was aware of the customers around her. To then be told if I continued to speak to her in that way. She'll refuse to serve me. Absolutely no customer service skills, no apologies from her (the older lady was lovely about it) no offer of a free cookie or something as an apology. I will be reporting to head office.

The chap making the subs was nice. The bloke on the til was horrendous, he didn’t speak, slammed the cookies down, pointed at a cup and I said yes two and slammed them down. Didn’t tell Us the Price just gave Us the Card machine. I missed out of points on the app as the experience put me off what I was doing. If I see him serving again I won’t be using the place.

Wow. Serious attitude problems here. The idiot that served me wasn’t just rude but had a serious attitude problem. He was lucky I didn’t respond otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to write a review here. He should never work I hospitality and should get a life !!

Waited a while in the queue for order, we were waiting so long that 3 other people in the queue left and went to burger King instead. My partner had to tell the guy putting the salad on, 3 times that he wanted gherkins, he just didn't seem to listen, he was also breaking the already sliced salad into smaller pieces to seemingly make it go further? There was another member of staff putting the salad on and she wasn't doing this. A very poor experience, next time I will drive to Plymouth and a subway over there.

Haven't been here since the refurbishment took place back in the summer. The place is cleaner but it's not exactly been a no expense spared refurb, just a re-jig of the internal partition walls & a fresh lick of paint. The subs were good and the staff courteous and helpful (special mention to 'Josh' who was really making an effort). Shared eating area (between Greg's & Burger King) not very clean with lots of rubbish on several tables despite it being a quiet Sunday evening. The shared toilets are still an absolute disgrace ( Filthy, no soap etc). The Subway itself is fine but the premises it's in (service station is very poor)

Food is what you would expect from this chain but what a horrid setting. Awful building poorly maintained what a terrible welcome to Cornwall for all our visitors

food and staff were fine when we stopped for lunch. however the toilets were absolutely stinking and put us off our food. Also the car park was absolutely covered in litter . Not a good first impression

Empresas de metro que para mi comida de la tarde como permanecer en el Travelodge en el edificio conectado y no hay otras instalaciones de comida alrededor. Metro es siempre de la misma calidad. Este fue un poco más que la media, pero los pobres frente al travelodge deje mucho abajo

Visited here as was staying in the travelodge next door. The breakfast was perfect and they gave extra salad no problem, if we ever stayed in Saltash again we would return.

has been getting quicker recently-you cannot do a whopper as quickly as a big mac wherever you go-could do with more menus outside on big posters though

This is just a typical subway store, you get what you ask for, when I went the food was nice and the staff were friendly enough

Hay algo muy triste y monótonas sobre este edificio para que contiene una discreta Lodge y algunas comodidades comunes junto con dos adyacentes franquicias de comida rápida. Burger King ha estado aquí mucho tiempo y para comentarios muy mezcladas. Dividido en pero entraron el BK es a través del metro. Creo que un poco más hasta superar de BK, pero aún así está a sólo una estación de metro muy regular. Es realmente un Pitstop A38 no en una calle principal o en cualquier lugar cerca de un centro de la ciudad. Algunos chicos ven aquí con sus amigas pero el comercio es delgado, no es una grasa cuchara animada los ciclistas por la A1. Es una modesta, casi en un lugar que te venga brevemente para escapar de las cosas. Muy corriente.

The building is in a terrible state of repair. The food was ok, buy we had better service at other Subways'.

Always cold by the time you get it,compared with other subways throughout the country,this one is poor,run out of sauces,by the time they refill your toasted subway is cold and unappetising.

Not bad considering only £2 for bacon roll and coffee. Not the greatest quality but what do you expect for the price. Good for cheap breakfast when in a rush.

This is attached to the Travel Lodge. Don't eat here unless you want to get a poorly tummy. Breakfast wraps cold and tasteless.

Arrive at 430 no rolls or lettuce if you got a roll and this place till to be open till 10pm as ran out needs to be trained up more

As a very fussy eater i ordered a flat bread 6inch sub with cheese and salad, well more salad then cheese only got 2 triangles of cheese, and cost £5.90 with a small drink of sprite wish i had chips from burger king!

We love subway ,we go to a subway at least 3times a week.we keep trying travel lodge as it's closer for us.its slow, they are not very organised, often they run if of rolls or flat bread. Often the coffee machine not working, also the cold drinks often not working.our toasted sub is often left on the side.by the time we get it its cold.I think its a lovely spacious place.its just to long to wait etc.its a pity.they need to learn from the subway at armada way Plymouth, and plusher Launceston.there can be big queues but you don't wait long

No hay mucho que puedas decir aparte de su bien! Creo que la crítica anterior debe de haber tenido una mala experiencia, los niños parecen querer ir aquí cada vez que vayamos argh de Cornwall! Sin embargo, el personal es amable y todas las opciones parecen estar disponibles en nuestra visita, el metro es una fórmula ya experimentada muchas veces pero funciona y este lugar no es una excepción.

I have to say this had to be one of the dirtiest food establishments I have ever been in. tables were ALL dirty despite three counter staff and no customers to serve. The food counter was a mess and there was no choice of breads at 2pm as they had run out . I made a complaint to head office but was given the poor excuse that because it was a new restaurant they were experiencing training problems....surely a new restaurant should be spotless and trying to make a good impression and how much training is needed to wipe a table down, for goodness sake??? As I arrived a young woman and her friend with a small child was just leaving and I heard her remark about how filthy the place was. As a result I didn't enjoy my sandwich and I have a sticky patch on my jumper from something off the table.....AVOID!!!
