My food came late and was cold.

Food took way too long to get here it was a simply chicken burger with fries.. everything is COLD

food was freezing, wings were tiny and I think they mixed up the sauces cos I ordered mild or medium and It was beyond spicy

ordered nearly two hours ago will never use just eat again still not here

Its my 7th time ordering from this restaurant. Every time they send me the cold and late delivery food items . Poor delivery timings but good taste of hot food lost bcz of late delivery

Delivery took very long and the chips were stale and cold. The chicken n rice was very good when warmed up. The potion sizes were big and generous. I asked them to make the rice saucy which they did! Great customer service.

Dry and over done chicken. Wings were not sauced properly. Chips the best thing there... Rice was all mushed.

My order was 30 minutes late and I waited over two hours for my food. The food was for me and my 8 year old child who had to wait from 6pm to receive food at 8:30, when was told it would arrive latest by 7:50.

Terrible won’t be using just eat again I’ll stick to Uber eats

I ordered the food thinking i was gonna have to wait 40 minutes but to my surprise i had to wait over 2 hours for the worst experience of my life and i advise you to not at all ever order from here the food is Bad and so is the service Stay AWAY!!!!

wait over 1.30hr and the food is very cold and I ring the restaurant 3 times is coming to you 5min or 10min

Terrible 50min late so 2 hours since orders , cold hard burger the bread rock hard ,dry over cooked rice burnt dry chicken with the rice box meal the chips where dry and frozen cold wasted over £35 on will not be order from here a again try to eat as by this point we had waited over 2 hours from ordering so my kids tried to eat but it was un edible with 95 % of the food sadly went In the bin , I don’t normally do bad reviews but this is needed as was that bad

delivery driver was rude started shouting at me for telling him to wait while i was getting him the money and he was really disrespectful to me, my girlfriend and my sister

After being a former employee of Pepe's piri piri Wilmslow road, 2013-2015 I can see the quality of the food is still great!, love the new additions, keep up the quality guys and great service.

Most crispy chicken I've ever tasted. Seasonings and flavours all the best I've ever tasted. Better than KFC. All dips delicious. Fries and potato products were delicious. Clean, friendly environment.

Forgot my chips that i ordered when i asked for it in the comments box lol ?

the chicken burger is a small kids size frozen patty! disgusting! everything else was ok. food delivered within half an hour

They marked it off as delivered when it wasn’t. I rang them and they said it was busy so if I give them half an hour, they’d bring it. Obviously half an hour goes by and some more, and they still had not brought it. I rang again and they said if I’d just wait 10 minutes. Anyways, I ended up waiting another 30 minutes instead of 10. This is on top of the latest estimated waiting time. it took two hours for the food to get here only for it to be cold and I was missing two items. Do not recommend.

Note to the manager: The wings you are selling are extremely small in size I’ve checked with the local butchers these small wings are very small compared to the average wing sold at other takeaways you are selling ‘fingerTip’/ flat wings for the price of wings , your portion of 5 wings literally can be held in the palm of my hands . Such an amazing business it’s sad to see things like this. I’ve told u many times about extra 30p u charge for red salt but never put the red salt on chips.

My honest opinion is the food is way way too highly priced and portions are extremely very small. I brought 1 piece of chicken leg and chips for £11.38 ! ( so literally paid like £10 for 1 piece of chicken ! ) made me cry 😢. The Peri red Salt is an extra 30p but they never remember to put it on ! Even after reminding them many times on the messages, it’s very sad and upsetting. I hope the management read this review and sort out the salt issue , Overall the food is delicious and on time

chicken was old and hard rock from outside.

I didn’t receive order. We were in a hotel and driver failed to locate reception which was open for anyone to walk in. We were waiting downstairs too

Ordered at 19:45 didn’t arrive till 21:20 Food was freezing cold Chicken tasted like plastic it was that cold the grizzle from the grill went hard tasca soggy Chips and rice freezing and chicken cold cheese bites like rubbery cheese only thing that was merely warm was the wrap which they forgot last time this must’ve been cooked last.

Saying it been delivered called up and they have told me it’s still waiting to leave the shop solute shambles over 2 hours for a chicken and rice box

I brought a rice box meal with garlic mayo drip and tango-all good everything was there. I also Paid for a garlic mayo dip as extra but I got give pepes extra hot drip instead.delivery was early which I was happy about as my estimated order was meant for 10-10:20.

I usually go to the Withington branch which is always good. This time there was hardly any chicken in it. it was half cold and the wings were absolutely tiny. They defo need to send someone from Withington over because its not half as good, and they keep there cans in a cupboard on the floor which isn't hygienic.

If you like spice then extreme is the way forward Best in town Highly recommended

This food is amazing! It’s so tasty. Better than Nandos by a mile and half the price! I have had food from here a few times and it’s all cooked fresh while you wait x

Pepes is usually a treat for us but this time round the food wasn’t great. The chicken marinade tasted quite thick like flour. The rice wasn’t the same as usual so didn’t taste nice and it’s annoying paying for extra sauce for it to come half full!

Their food is not good. Srockport Pepe's has way better food than this one. Also the food was cold when it arrived and had a wierd smell to it.

Ordered late at night, missing half the order and the food was cold. I go to Crewe Pepe’s usually which is decent, when the store opens in the morning I’ll be collecting a refund for the missing food and poor service.

Food wasn’t cooked as it normally is and for some reason they put in a hole tub of chilli flakes in the rice and chicken. It was disgusting what a waste. Normally love this place but its definitely going downhill. Wont be ordering again.

I ordered a burrito meal and a wrap meal, after 30 mins i had diarrhoea and was being sick all night. My partner felt the same after a day. This place needs to be shut down and i have no idea how this place has a 5 star hygiene rating. The branch we ordered from was oldham. I recommend no one orders from there at all. CLOSE THE PLACE DOWN
