i haven’t received any food yet

My family and I love the food from here, and usually it's enjoyable... however, on this occasion, delivery took way too long, despite being on schedule and the branch is only on Wilmslow road. The food was cold when we got it and felt quite underwhelming. Maybe the team was having an off day, who knows, but because Pepes is popular and quality is known to be of high standard, I am tad unsatisfied.

Hi, I received the wrong order. I ordered a full chicken but was given half chicken with extra wings. I also ordered pitta bread but was given rice instead. On top of that, the wings were very hard and difficult to eat.

There was hardly any chicken it was mainly rice, usually it’s better but a bad experience can put you off

The food was really nice as usual and thank you for making chicken extra saucy

making and delivery time was about 2hour

the delivery driver was amazing

Food was cold too and no salt a s pepper .or ketchup

So poor quality- crushed into a smaller container, no double chicken like ordered, arrived cold and the chicken so dry and overcooked. Should have ordered from the Withington PePes like usual which is always brilliant.

I am not happy with the delivery, the food comes 50 minutes late, the rice was undercooked.

Been waiting over an hour for this food to come and then when I went outside to see if it was the driver, he was just sat in the car on the phone talking. Food is now cold. Awful service.

waited 2 hours for my food, called 3x to ask about whereabouts and i got laughed at and lied to everytime with the works saying “the driver is 10 mins away” - there was no traffic or anything of the sort and on top of that, the driver came to the wrong street & i ended up having to walk down to him at 11pm where he handed me 2 cold & mushy meals, horrible customer service

it said delivery time for 3.40pm. called up restaurant at least 7 times before they picked up only to tell the delivery guy has still not come. disappointed completely

Chicken was burnt, not chargrilled just plain burnt

The lady who I called to ask for an update, extremely rude. Said it was on the way and hung. Called back to ask for a timeline, she sighed and told me to wait while she rang the driver. Then told me the time and hung up before I could ask her anything.

Not ordering from here again the chips were stale and the burgers were so cold and saggy

They ruin the order 50% of the times . It's literally a gamble at this point. Probably not gonna bother again.

The time they gave me after i placed the order was 50 mins after n this place is like 5 mins walk from my home

I was given a time of 45-55 mins from order placed. This changed to 1hour 10’mins-1hr 30 mins and the food was still late. I haven’t received it still after waiting 1.5 hours

I’m really disappointed with this place I ordered the food 18:20 and the delivery arrived 20:20 this is really bad I order 77 £ food to open fasting and we wait for the food 2 hours and the lady she was really disrespectful on the phone I’m feeling very bad and food was so cold

My food was spilt and damage i have photos for the same as a proof but i didn’t get any compensation, i threw my food and didn’t eat that. I need a full refund but i am not able to contact you.

From when I placed the Order around 11.50pm estimated time was 1.20pm had to call twice querying where my order was as it showed on the app that the food was delivered and never was. Food finally arrived at 2.02pm cold. Really disappointed

The food was not fresh not what I expected I also ask for cutlery I did not get that not professional at all

Order was over an hour late, they marked it delivered at earliest estimated time to avoid being ‘late’. Had to call in 4 times for food turn up an hour later and it was cold.

The days of pepes been late and food cold has finally gone not only was the food hot there was extra sauce with my wings I used to be unhappy with the time it took and food cold but I kept ordering anyway because overall the food is very nice so I am so happy I stick with them as they must have extra drivers because it was also early super yummy piping hot so happy !!

Food was delivered two hours after ordering, obviously cold, and the chicken burger contained a chicken patty rather than 100% real chicken breast.

The food came late and took more than an hour and a half after ordering it. After patiently waiting it was very cold so i’m quite disappointed to be honest .

Huge disappointment. Order arrives an hour late, cold food & JustEat hands you a £3 voucher for the £12 wasted. Unbelievable, unacceptable.

Delivery was late and the chicken in the rice box was slightly burnt. Just eat app wasn’t updating at all, paid for my order and the screen was just stating that it was preparing. However, even though the shop is 15mins down the road. Called up the restaurant, the staff was kind. I wasn’t satisfied.

I got my food delivered , however when the food arrived it was cold and also the bag was soaking with rain.

The rice box had a funny smell couldn’t eat it the delivery was good just the food was a little disappointing

the burgers was small and cold the loaded chips the cheese was solid on them and they was freezing. Had to stick them in the air fryer... the rice box some of the chicken was rock hard like it had been there for day's or cooked a few times. never again will I order from here. Absolutely shocking.!!! heard good reviews about pepes it's obviously not this one!!!!

Ordered full chicken, I got Old chicken they kept from day before and they re grilled to heat it and paste some peri sauce on it, tasted so bad, the original skin was old and chewy and you could tell it was reheated, pepes in blackburn and preston is very good, wimmy road pepe do not expect me again, look out the window and see me continue walking past

Ive had to be late for the first part of my shift as ive waited 25+ minutes extra than i was told.

Called the takeaway and asked the guy to make the rice saucy which he did and was lovely.

I ordered at 9pm estimated delivery time was 22.20-22.40 it is now 22.40 and my food has yet not been delivered. I have called the restaraunt and Phone line is not being answered. Very unhappy no longer hungry for the food. Waste of my money.

Still not received my order and yet it says delivered. Received no phone call from the driver and the restaurant have said they delivered the order to my address. The female manager was extremely rude as well and didn’t even want to speak to me
