Over priced, over rated, poor service. Would not recommend. The lunches are even worse. Obviously not many regulars as no one seems to know the system for being seated, where to sit, how to order etc. Kept giving it the benefit of the doubt, now given up as no improvement.

Not fast food at all It was a very long wait for standard food (double sausage and egg) The food took so long my coffee was like warm at best. The guy making the food was in a dirty high Vis jacket and didn't see him wash his hands when going to other work areas then back to prepare food. Won't be coming back to this McDonald's

Food took 2hrs to come. To be told they are busy because of bank holiday! No communication from the shop i had to call to be told 15mins for the food to be another 35mins. We will not be ordering from here again!!

I had a very disappointing experience during my visit today to Roosters Peri Peri. The issue centred around how the chicken was prepared by a staff member named Paritosh. Instead of applying the peri peri sauce while the chicken was still on the grill, as is standard and ensures proper flavour, he placed the grilled chicken directly into the wrapping and poured cold sauce on top. This left the chicken colder, bland, and lacking in flavour. When I politely mentioned that the sauce is usually added during grilling, he responded that since they were close to closing time (which wasn’t even too late, 35 mins before closing), they didn’t want to clean the grill again. This came across as unprofessional and lazy, especially since I wasn’t informed in advance that the quality of the food would be compromised because of the time. Unfortunately, my guest was clearly unimpressed with the food, which only added to my disappointment and made the experience more frustrating. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this visit was unacceptable. If Roosters Peri Peri values consistency and customer satisfaction, I hope they take this feedback seriously and address this kind of attitude and service.

Frente a nuestro hotel, habíamos planeado ir a Wetherspoons por la carretera, pero estaba ardiendo, mis adolescentes querían probar este lugar y llevarse la comida. No estaba bien nada especial, la comida no tan caliente. Era comestible. 3 sobres de ketchup etc por comida. El personal no es muy amable rozando el gruñón. Estaba bien y no después de los efectos de comerlo.

45 minutes later than suggested at the point of ordering and arrived cold

Three members of staff at midnight and they couldn’t be bothered serving customers at night even to the point they lied saying the shop wasn't o open 24 hours, even ignoring drive through saying place is only open to Uber drivers at night. No one serving either restaurant or drive through. Place is hang out for teens in cars and boy racers at night. Would not recommend. Really poor customer service, a disgrace! Staff also have poor manners.
