Didn't receive the food even though it said delivered.

Ordered a kebab and the lettice was brown, the mayonnaise was dark cream in colour and was clearly off, meat looked like it had been there for days, my son ordered a pizza that came dried out, again like it had been cooked days ago, will never order from here again

Whether driving through or dining in, i always receive fresh hot wings when I order them.

Got to be the world's slowest McDonald's, waited 30 minutes for stone cold burger and a warm drink, never again absolutely shocking

Disappointed with service here - including strange obsession with making sure no one gets their dips! A poor child asked for some and was taken to task for it by a stern looking staff member, and we weren’t given the ones we’d paid for and were frowned at for asking by the same lady. The receipts weren’t printing either so no way to show we had a rightful claim to said dips! The baby change and disabled toilets were locked, with no staff easily on hand to open, and when asking staff I was told they weren’t locked at all. Used to better convenience and consistency from a McDonalds.

I only have visited this outlet a handful of times ,the latest was 12/5/25 . The service was fast , the meal was very good , nice and hot Ayaz and Zoe were friendly and efficient . The site was overall very clean , including the toilets , my server even apologised for a 30 second wait for my meal being late ! Much better than my local B/King outlet , but to be fair it was only opened recently and the meal was not hot at all , this will improve I'm sure. Totally better than Mc Donald's , again a little unfair maybe as I don't use fast food outlets often at all . The biggest plus point I feel is the warming of the buns and fresh salad , keep up the good work .

Absolutely shocking me and my friend ordered two happy meals with a Coke sweet-and-sour sauce. She had a chicken nugget meal and I had a Cheeseburger and when it arrived, it was cold and three items were missing my source and my drinks and I do not live far away from McDonald’s and it took about two hours when there was no wait time on the app!!!!!!!!!!
