It was lunch time and half term. Even so, I expected a smile from the customer service person who came out with my takeaway

Missing items in order yet again but won't answer phone when called

Absolutely shocking I placed an order for delivery and 5 of my items were missing , the rest of the order that did arrive was stone cold , I placed the order through macdonslds app but uber delivered it and not over or macdonslds will help sort my refund , I have tried ringing macdonalds 15 times and they don’t even answer the phone, avoid moorfarm macdonslds

Food was amazing. Delivered bit late but it was hot and fresh food. I will order again

Food was great but drinks need to be kept separate as one drink spilt in bag which made fries a bit chilly and bag soggy

I paid for 2 smoky bbq dip wich were missed

Missing half my fries what where stone cold, fillet of fish tasted like it had been sat there for hours bred was going hard and the inside was dry and ice cold

I was served by a very rude member of staff called Cam, and the food was cold and disgusting and i’d never go again, the customer service is terrible and the manager was useless

The bucket said 5pcs and 5 wings but only got 5pcs which were dumped on top of the nastiest chips I’ve tasted, I said no mayo or relish on the burger leaving only the burger sauce but came with no sauce and the buns are stale, instead of a 1.5ltr tango I got 4 cans of iron bru which I hate and also doesn’t add up to 1.5ltr and I ordered hot sauce and got a garlic herb instead!!! Will definitely recommend you stay away from this place

Food was cold and wait time kept increasing not decreasing. Very poor McDonald's, all food was cold. Didnt bother eating. Its like it had been prepared and left for 40min
