Worst big mac and fries ever! I had waited all week for my cheat meal to be throughly disappointed, not even warm and tasted disgusting. I don't do reviews at all, this is the first one I've written in years, so I hope that says something. I'd have gone in and complained but what's the point, I'll just try save someone else from the disappointment I got. Choose another McDonald's don't go to this one, shame cause I used to work at the council yard round the corner years ago and the food was great then.

This was a small McDonald's in Skipton... Slow service. Almost inedible food when it did arrive. Semed to be the haunt of local yobs. Only stopped because it was getting late and I didn't know where else to go. And the food affected my stomach really badly. Sally, I have nothing positive to say about this place.

Perfectly good of its kind. Consistent and clean. Still a McDonald's though.

Reasonably fast service, as usual.

Drink had black bits in poor hygiene

Very dirty. Bins over flowing. Tables dirty. Had to clean before we could eat. Food on floor under tables.

It's a McDonalds, you know what you are getting when you go there. The food was hot, fresh and as ordered but it was very busy and the queue was long. Atmosphere was quiet.

I am appalled at the shocking service at this establishment. I ordered (very clearly mind) 6 chicken nuggets, a big mac medium meal and PLAIN McCrispy. Both the McCrispy and big mac were not delivered to my door. When called later to discuss the forgotten food, the driver simply blamed it it on the uber driver. Abhorrent. The chips were cold, the sour cream and chive sauce was frankly disgusting. I would not feed this to my dog. McDonalds, do better.

Waiting ages and then the chips were bland with no salt and had a item missing from the order. Seems a recurring issue in most mcdonalds at the moment.

Had to queue in drive thru for over 20min. They forgot an item and didn't have any salt in the fries

Very rarely do I have the opportunity to leave positive feedback for a McDonald's, but credit where it's due...this one not only gave us the correct order with all customisation taken into consideration, but also had one of the best examples of customer service and cleanliness thanks to Debbie. What an amazing woman, not only keeping every free table clean and tidy, but also making every customer feel welcome and treating our daughter like royalty. It's people like her that leave a lasting impression so please look after her.

Rude staff, filthy eating area and they never get your order right. Even if the food order is correct (rare), it’ll be stone cold.

What can I say, asked for my meal in a happy meal box, just to spread some cheer in these days of gloom and Tory rule only to be told it wasn’t possible Very unhappy meal, didn’t even want the toy

Food most of the time alright kept upto good standard and still hot. Service is probably poorest at times can take upto 30 mins just for the smallest items. Most of the Time fairly quiet though.

Called in after bowling in Skipton for my Grandsons 14th birthday with family. Ordered to eat in after 25 minutes no food Went upto the counter all the staff chatting and asked where our food was Lame excuse from I’m guessing the manager Food came after 40 minutes Shocking will be our last visit

As far as McDonald's goes this one is decent. Although standardized, sometimes you go to one and they don't take much care. Here they do, and put the proper amount of dressing and salad on burgers.

Most consistent restaurant worldwide.

Overpriced processed food. Absolutely rubbish. Go buy some real, unprocessed organic food.. live longer.

Decent Maccies Quick service, super clean and nice staff. Food was hot and delivered quickly. It's clearly not the Ritz but for a Maccies this place is alright. Worthy of a stop if you need that food!

It's a McDonald's, so the food was fine cooked well and actually hot, some places I'd describe the food as warm but this seems like it was just cooked. Quick service which is what I want from a fast food place but you don't always get that. Very good overall.

NO parking again. Doesn't help that 2 valuable parking spaces are taken by smelly, unsightly, bins and cages. Come on this not like McDonald's which are always clean and smart outside.

Order a burger without tomato. Order came fairly quickly, much to my surprise. Yes, the order was correct but almost cold, and the burger looked like it had been picked through. My guess is, they took tomato off a burger already made.

Milkshake gone from being the best around to worst (watery)…too inconsistent. Can do a lot better.

Quick Service, Hot Food and Polite Staff

Just called in for a quick snack. The food was hot and came quickly. All the staff were great but what made it for us was the service we received from Jennifer. She was so helpful and pleasant. We came out smiling because of her.

Just called in at 11:10 for breakfast and you’ve stopped serving them Why advertise nationally that it’s served until 11:29 then? Comes to something when you can’t even rely on McDonalds

Went through drive through around 11.30pm only us in queue, ordered food told we would have to wait a couple of minutes for fries and to park up in bay 1...... Quite clearly we had been forgotten as some 20 minutes later guy comes out with our food, frys only just warm burgers cold! Won't be calling again anytime soon. 😕

Best maccys around. Food is always hot, cooked and assembled (not just thrown in the box like others do). Staff are always friendly and welcoming.

Mc Donalds Skipton although we are from Keighley we go to the Skipton restaurant especially Andy who works on the shop floor very efficient and helofulthank you because it is clean the staff are helpful and polite

You can't go wrong with Macdonald's if you know what you're getting. Everything is always the same and that's fine by me! Mcplants are one of the best vegetarian options out there imo.

Had rather a wait on food then a member of staff brings some of our meals, apologises for the delay, "thought we had waited long enough" then a few minutes after brought the rest of our food. Would have been good if on arrival all the food had been hot - yep just another McDonald's. Pay for what you get

Got 3 sausage and egg muffins . The size was disgusting for the price. Scones from tesco are bigger than the muffins! Was still hungry after never getting a McDonald's again. Why does America get massive portions but us British people get tiny portions and pay more. Total rip off. Shame on McDonald's. There might as well just steal my money out of my bank! Pure con company.

Rubbish from Sundays business wash all over the ground where the birds were flying off with the trash. This area needs to keep its beauty and not have the trash blown around and andcarried miles away

We visited the coronation Bank Holiday and it was absolutely heaving!! I walked in to approx 30 people inside but still ordered and got my food within 5 mins. The lady that served me was friendly and showed no stress at all, the food was hot and my order complete. Well done 👏🏻

More interested in McDelivery. New decor is not an improvement. Food was barely warm even though I was in store. You're better off in the Skipton store if McDonald's is your thing.

Sorry to say one of the staff is very unprofessional his name is Shien . (Asian background) And his got really bad attitude, very very rude. I don’t know haw he pass the knowledge test and interview. Request to Skipton branch manager please kindly keep eye on this.

Top 3 worst Macdonald's experience I've had. To start with it isn't sign posted very well and can be hard to find the entrance if you don't already know where it is. As I haven't been for a while to this one I struggled to find it. I ended up checking Aldi carpark, it wasn't there, and it wasn't until I went into the range carpark that I could get to Macdonald's premises. Then it's meant to be 2 lanes, 1 for drive thru, 1 for the restaurant but everyone is just in 1 line. I parked up in the spaces by these lanes and went in to get my food thinking it would be quicker. I got my food, then struggled to leave the premises as there were too many cars and no obvious flow for the traffic. I finally got out and tried my food while driving away (no more than 10 minutes after collecting it) to find the nuggets were room temp and stale, the fires were barely even room temp and were very bland (nex to no salt) and my mcspicy was dripping water out of it. If I wasn't driving and stressed from trying to find the bloody place I would have turned round and gone back to complain. I didn't think this Macdonald's would actually be worse than the one in Keighley - which have been appauling at times, giving the wrong orders, not reading the special requirements, cold food and lack of customer service Keighley never responded to my complaint a couple of years ago and didn't respond when I changed it to a different review, again of how bad it had been. So I don't expect anything to come of this. But be warned, it was shocking

Does what it says on the tin. Everybody knows what they're getting with McDonald's...there are neither good nor bad surprises. But they do need to bring back the mocha...😉

Clean, tidy, friendly staff. Piping hot food all cooked freshly to order. We now travel here from Haworth as it’s the best Mc Ds about.

Don't like the big screens you order off. Was in Leeds 2 months ago. I didn't know how to use them. 2 teenage girls helped me. Rather give my order to a person.

Machine didnt work we asked for help and they ingored me. We were stood there asking for help for 10 mins being blatantly ignored. Once we got are food. One of the staff members spilled my drink over my food. Honestly shocking, don't go here.

Ordered 2 burgers with extra items. 15 minute wait for a simple item, then when they arrived looked like they had been thrown together. They can only just manage to match the bun to the burger...!

Literally the best maccies I’ve ever had! All the food was hot and perfectly cooked, barely any waiting time. Even the lettuce ratio was on point. PERFECTION!

Went to McDonald’s Skipton today.Great service very clean and tidy I lost my car keys while I was there and a lovely man named Andy who works there did everything he could to help me find them. Thank you Andy for you did it was much appreciated. Found them outside in the end.

I haven't had a McDonalds in years, but my son was driving and he insisted. So... I found myself at the place I have vowed never to return to... I'm not exactly a vegetarian but if I make the choice to eat meat, it unlikely to be fro McDonald's. With that in mind I chose the McPlant and I was pleasantly surprised! It was very tasty and I didn't get the usual feeling of regret and despair a few hours after "dining" at the clown House.

Went through the drive thru. Staff pleasant, service good and food was hot. Will definitely visit again.

Bought a children's chicken nugget happy meal, triple cheeseburger and a milkshake, took it all the way home to open it up and find that they .put a nornal cheeseburger in the happy meal rather than nuggets. How on earth you can get mixed up with a cheeseburger and nuggets is beyond me shows the incompetence. My daughter wont eat a cheeseburger so thankyou mcdonalds 👍.

I ordered a Big Mac meal, cheeseburger, hamburger, mayo chicken and sweet chilli wrap. The Uber driver left and opening my bags I received a McFlurry and a coke that I didn’t order and nothing I did order. They may give me a refund but I still have to pay for the Uber trip, you have basically stole my money, thanks for nothing.

As always the service was quick & efficient. The coffee as usual was excellent and good value.

Took 15 minutes to get 2 coffees at 5.30am hate to think what it's like during rush hour.

If you want to spend 11 minutes waiting for a luke warm cheese burger, then I'd thoroughly recommend this place. At least the staff were apologetic, oh no they weren't...

Everything was sooooo slow. We had a very small order but had to sit in the queue for 25mins then got shoved in bay 1 for a further 10mins. Thanks for ruining our day.

Always use the app to order and collect via the drive thru. Past issues with quality have been resolved and we get fast service and fresh food every time now.

Service here was quick & friendly. Was abit angry when I was at the drive thru. Que 1. just about to give my order, Que 2, they started to take the other que's order before mine when they came after me.

Stale bread, burgers colder than the milkshakes. The only things that were hot were the fries. Very efficient service by the staff though, they got it three stars and not two.

The car parking is atrocious. The drive through queue totally blocks the spaces. By the time I collected the food it dry and hard. Thank goodness not my local
