Very happy with the service from washwood heath branch. Manager is very polite and helpful and very customer focused.

Ordered food. And the wrap was not fresh the man on the phone was very rude and said ‘what did I want him to do’ I said I can come and swap it after paying for delivery. I have ordered from here before and the food is usually fresh and I always get the same thing. Would recommend collecting food to ensure it’s nice and fresh.

I went from Derby to Nottingham to get a tasty shawarma today. However, when I got home to eat it, I found that it was just burnt shawarma—maybe something they wanted to get rid of. I had placed my order and waited for it in my car, so maybe the staff thought I wouldn't notice. Not gonna back again

Yuk! Not nice. Nothing like the pictures. Ordered a san sabastian cheesecake. It was not edible, yuk yuk yuk. And came without any nutella. It went straight in the bin. Never again

The megabite team are always at hand and have been since they opened almost 30 years ago. My family and I have been coming over the years and never disappointed.

Had bbq half chicken and coleslaw and I have to say chicken was lovely but the coleslaw is to die for!! Best I’ve ever had. I need the recipe!!

Ordered 2 chicken fillet burgers, plain no sauce or lettuce and a Mirinda. Woman gave me 1 burger and a Pepsi. Told her I wanted 2 burgers and Mirinda she charges me extra to get the additional burger, sure. My partner orders chips beans and chicken, we get on the bus and find they’ve given us some coleslaw chicken concoction. Wrong item after wrong item horrible service never again avoid like the plague

I’ve been eating from here for over 20 years, I’ve had good ones I’ve had bad ones, but I always ask for well cooked ones. But I’ve just ordered over the phone an spoke to boss man he’s self asked for well cooked meats an crispy chips and he pulled through , and I’ve just had the best mega mixed meat an chips ever you wouldn’t believe it the crispiness an flavour on the lamb donner an the crunch on every golden chip. It was at my door 🚪 in 16 minuets 👌never has anyone actually listen. Pleasure doing business boss 👊🏼
