The burger and chicken wrap was fresh and nicely warm, the only bad thing the chicken wings which I ordered were old and didn’t taste fresh

Been ordering since they first opened. Last few orders got the same donkey over the phone, rushing and making mistakes in the order. When you call back he starts arguing even if he's wrong. Just avoid, many better places in Oldham.

burger was let down gave me a upset stomach and runs in the morning.

I am absolutely appalled at the customer service, food and attitude from Orlandos. We received chicken that smelt of tuna and when explained over the phone, I was spoken to very rudely, and degradingly, over food that was not even appropriate to eat. Do not advise anyone to order from here. Disgusting.

Came after 1hr 30 mins when i was told it would be 1. Ordered 2 meals for kids. Ordered 2 irn brus with it, sent only one rubicon guava. How can u mess up an order with only 2 meals? Called back and they said next time they will look after us. Not even offered to send the little kid his ordered drink out. Seems like a very deliberate marketing ploy to get repeat custom, as this has happened before, gave them a 2nd chance. Nothing special about the food, standard burger like all the chicken places. Chips stone cold and nasty.

Hi, so today I went to orlandos when I was hungry in the evening there was heavy rain and a man called karzan let me stay in the shop until the rain stopped. Then after I bought something I came back and ordered some food. I was served by a man called karzan he was one of the nicest people. I came in he was ready to take my order. This nice man was so nice to me as j was giving my order. I got a chicken burger , 3 wings , and chips. The chicken burger was so yummy. It was fresh and spicy how I liked it. The chips were on point hot and crispy. The wings had the right amount of spice and had a great price for them aswell. The tables around were all clean. I really recommend this place it was really fabulous I would 100% go there again. Thanks karzan. He made my entire orlandos experience better

The food here is solid to be honest. A solid establishment on Union street. I either go for the chicken burger meal or the 3pc 3pc chicken meal. The burger fillet could be more spicy and the chips could be cooked in clean oil. The same problem with the chicken. I would prefer it to be a bit more spicier. However I cannot complain. Visit this take away once in a while. I personally prefer Georgia's or Havanas which is still on Union street. However I really can't complain.

Asalamualaykum guys. Peace be upon you all. My favourite chicken shop but only when the boss man KAKA is in lol. Really looks after everyone and I can not say anything wrong with the chicken shop. The spice is super spicy though if you like that. Keep up the good work guys.

Awful service Ordere from here regular but they sent just sent me wrong order rang up to kindly let them no was rude on the phone said the call was recorded he sent what we ordered and there is nothing he can do so stop wasting my time will not be using again

Orlando’s has always been my go to takeout but recently the chicken has been pink and it’s not happened once it’s happened every single time. Very disappointed

I normally order from here and don’t have a problem but yesterday I made an order for delivery at 5.50 and it was delivered at 6pm within 10mins. I said to the driver that was fast and asked if the food was fresh which he replied yes. Once I opened it it seemed that it was microwaved old food and indeed not freshly made! None the else I ate it and got food poisoning! Will NOT be ordering again!

I always order from this place and never have a problem usually but last couple orders have been appalling. The burger fillet came last time hard seemed like it was made hours ago. So this time thought it would be different as they usually don’t make mistakes, I even rang to make sure they give it fresh as possible which the guy on the phone agreed to. When the burger arrived it was pink in the middle had to spit it back out. I rang back up and completely disregarded me asked me to come in and show them. What kind of customer service is that? Wouldn’t recommend due to this reason. I had took pictures to prove so they can’t deny this.

Heard lots of positive reviews about this place so wanted to give it a try. Where to start? Location, plenty of other fried chicken places about so I would steer clear of here to be honest and try them. Below par spicy chicken burger, doesn’t have any flavour just leaves your lips sore afterwards. Chicken fillet burgers also flat as a pancake. Made me chuckle to be honest how they do not put any sauces on your chips, when asked ‘it’s the way we always do it’ I don’t understand why you can’t grab a bottle of sauce and chuck some sauce on?? It’s hard not, costing you pennies with watered down sauces anyway. Charges 50p for a sauce tub, half full. LOL. Disappointing, never again. There was a reason why it was quiet and about 5 other places on the street were busy.

Amazing burgers and chips and also chicken. The spicy version of all these delicacies is the best as you can enjoy the hotness and well-made food at the same time. Probably one of the best takeaways so far and there is one in Burnley, and it tastes great I would definitely recommend this takeaway pretty much to anyone and big burgers compared to your traditional takeaways.

I thought never mind I rang again this time someone barely take my order for delivery it was two chicken burgers meals and portion of wing Which was normal not spicy, When delivery Arrived it was extremely spicy. I rung you back to speak with manager and your staff been evasive and told me they do not know anything I am just wondering is it right way to run business ? This used to be my go to chicken take away place and the last few times have been vile they send food you didn't ask for its always cold also when you ring up they don't offer you no fresh food nothing they tell you there is nothing they can do and it's your own problem really professional

Poor customer service very very intimidating staff bullies the lot of them. They do kanjoose and slice the burgers in half go opposite to Havana guys. Wings are more like pigeons

They are usually nice but i ordered a spicy chicken wing meal. The wings were literally bones. There was hardly any chicken on and what little was on was very old and hard chicken. Disappointed.

Absolutely oblivious Customer service do NOT recommend at all and food is not to a good standard at all. I ordered a burger meal the food was not fresh they clearly refried all of it, I tried to talk to them but they refused to co-operate told me to bring food back for a refund despite me opening it and the reason I even called was because It tasted so off so they told me can’t refund once it’s been opened like make it make sense. Very rude didn’t listen at all talked nonsense and kept hanging up.

Spicy chicken burger, with fries and drink at a reasonable price. Some seating available, friendly members of staff, quick service, However they don't accept card, but there is a near by cash machine. Very limited parking at this place, hardly anywhere to park. I wouldent come here on a regular basis as there are other places which provide reasonable parking.

I really recommend another place like Florida’s. The customer service is really bad. I ordered food but it came two hours late and smelt off. Not only that but they sent the wrong order.

Just ordered 2 piece chicken an chips a variety box the no longer sauces are with it but arrived in 25min the chips overcooked an dried the chicken are soo dry and small shame my favourite place has really gone down hill, BRO hope your seeing this. NO flavour in the chicken gravy tasting like water, doubt I'm coming again, if I do I will be mentioning it reason being am paying for my food and I have rights too !

I know a few people who have hyped this place up but I personally don't see the appeal. The prices are average and the food, the same. Nothing here screams amazing to me which is a shame. The spicy burgers aren't spicy enough, if you want even a small kick of spice you'll have to opt for the extreme spicy. The fries were nice though.

Ordered the chicken burger and fried chicken piece, was cooked to perfection - juicy chunky meat with crispy coating and all well flavoured. Compares well to Georgia FC (my usual) and Florida FC. June 2000 - 6 months since i've last been here and its all went the opposite way, with poor service as I had to repeat my order 3 times, and still gave me the wrong drink! The fried chicken flavour too had gone and it tasted bland, only positive thing was it was still hot. I waited 17 mins (!) for cooked chicken, when the guy said 10mins, no apology and the cheek to charge for ketchup! Maybe they've had a change of management. But i wont be coming back, ill stick to Virginia or Georgia.

This is the worst place ever. Do not order from here! I ordered a large order from here and when I went to collect it I was told that they had given to the order to someone else! Then when I called back to resolve the issue the guy on the phone was so rude. Don’t know what he was called but his English wasn’t too good and seemed polish. I asked to speak to the manager and he told me that he is the manager. After admitting he gave the order to someone else he refused to make a new order. They have the worst customer service ever. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all
