Too expensive and no proper service. The staff don’t know how to deal with customers. The food served was cold also. Not recommended. No dips whatsoever you order. You have to buy them separate.

Don't really do reviews but I've been wanting GDK for so long and it did not disappoint! Never known a takeaway so boujee before. Presentation of the box was on point. Loved that. Got a sharer and I had the OG Kebab boss box with flaming fries and chilli cheese bites. It came with a side of a stuffed cheesy garlic bread waffle and a chocolate waffle sandwich too. We also got some free Hash brown bites so free food is always a bonus; lovely and crunchy and still had potato in them not just air from being fried. Flaming Fries were nice, maybe a bit more seasoning. Obsessed with chilli cheese bites anyway so they were great- crunchy and oozy not much kick tho. Only points I'd make is that the Kebab itself while full of flavour and texture, lacked sauce so it came across a bit dry. I used the 3 little dips in the end and that helped a lot. Don't be shy with filling the dipping pots too! The garlic bread was delish and I only managed a couple bites of the chocolate bread but it needs more filling and a dusting of cinnamon sugar or something on the exterior. Loved the flavours and the amount of food I got. Kept me full, it's only minor things that can be improved. Only reason I put 3 stars for atmosphere is because I've never been inside but the food came quick and not cold! I'd definitely order again.

Today I go at the German doner kebab for lunch . Very bad costumer service by the girl working there. I give the order of the og kabab and as a meal and she didn't give me water of bottle I say please give me my water botel . She ignored me she just go.

Found an eyelash or piece of hair in my food how disgusting is this. Don’t think I will be ordering again considering the hygiene and finding hair in my food!!!

Went here today and ordered the 2 og kebabs no sauces in the kebab also didn't give any on the side when it's stated on menu that all 3 sauces is given. The lady was rude.. terrible service.. grumpy voice.. no hello didn't say thank you.. plus on top of this I was the only 1 thier now I understand why it's so dead.. got chips on the side.. handful of chips and very cold..

Ordered from deliveroo and an entire box meal was missed, reordered again and then was for sure sent the missed box as it was ice cold

Ive heard mixed opinions and after it being open for so long I thought I will give it a try and to be honest I will not be returning due to a person on the tills, she was not doing anything for about five minutes and I was waiting to be served as I am on break from work she was being very disrespectful and she has horrible customer service. I was asking her questions and she just kept on assuming I wanted everything on the menu I was asking And I’m not even trying to seem racist because I am Brown myself and I will speak perfect English and she made it out like I wasn’t. I was the issue. This is not what you want from the person that is serving you food very bad attitude her name is Aqsa…… Update - ive seen that GDK has got its customers or family members of the franchise to give the terrible server aqsa brilliant reviews. I will go back one day to see if her attitude has changed. Dont believe all these spammed fake 5 star reviews that all of sudden came in after my truthful review

Ordered a meal for it to be delivered freezing cold rang them and they told me it ain't there fault the driver was late picking it up so that's why it was cold so they should of made fresh food not let it leave cold and when I rang they were very very rude and told me it was the driver's problem not there's

Just had a visit today and disappointed 😞 so long story short when I complaint about the cold burger the lady with scarf argued with me which was very rude and unprofessional. I work in food industry as well so I know what kind of service customer expected from us. The white girl was very helpful and keep apologising to every customer for her staff service. The white girl needs a raise 🙌 and forgot to mention that they gave 2 tissue paper for 5 persons which is funny just for future customer make sure you got tissue in your bags before going to this restaurant.

Hello, I ordered 2 x OG kebab meals and I was simply cheated. The orders that come are in such small quantities that it is not worth eating there. I spent 26£ and was disappointed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! It's a pity because it's a good kebab, but you get cheated on the quantity

Recently visited this branch for the first time and had a delightful experience. I tried the Donner box fries with cheese and the OG kebab beef, both of which were tasty. This was the place I first discovered German Doner Kebab, and got in love with it a few years ago. I’ve been eating here very often during this time and it’s sad to see the quality fading away. I had a boss box, the fries weren’t that great and the wrap almost tasteless.

I ordered off Uber eats and the order didn’t arrive, I got in touch with Uber eats but wasn’t getting any answer I still wanted the food so I rang German donor kebab in Oldham to be put through to a call centre in brazil were I was basically told they didn’t care, not one ounce of helpfulness. Gutted because the food was always good there but because I suffer with severe stubbornitis I will never be able to order from here again. I’m sure the company will fold without me as a customer so I feel satisfied that this rating will cause a knock on effect and everyone will boycott German doner kebab.

I went to town on Friday 12th July and a women was handing out leaflets with coupons attached. Expiry date October 2024. I decided to take my children for a treat on Saturday the 13. 07.2024 and provided the coupon. The server refused to honour it, and said the offer was over on the 11.07.2024 even though she was handing out the leaflets on the 12.07.24. Again after pointing out the expiry date 31.10.2024 she refused to acknowledge it. She made me feel foolish. Again I paid for my meals full price as my children where set on coming. I emailed German donner directly explaining the situation they again confirmed that the offer finished on 11.07.2024. And wanted proof I have sent them the proof no reply yet. But guess what arrived in the post today the same leaflet by German donner. It's the 15.07.2024 half of Oldham will have it now. Fake misleading advertisement, they want you in the door make you feel like a fool put you on the spot, and because you got your kids with you they know your most likely going to stay. I have not heard back from German donner yet.

Absolutely vile 🤢 saw one of the women cleaning the outside of the window in the rain 🤣 and down the back alley a chef having a cig to go back in. Not wash his hands and carry on working 🤢we decided to grab a quick bite I nipped into the toilet to be greeted with A VERY strong smell of wee, all over the toilet seat and a big puddle on the floor! Went to clean it with the toilet roll. Toilet roll dispenser broken. The emergency cord for the disabled was tied up and tucked into the broken toilet roll dispenser. God forbid someone falls and can't pull the cord! Let the same woman know that the toilet was filthy for her to open the door, glance in and re-close the door 🤣 then starts to clean the seats if the restaurant then with the same bit of blue roll clean the tables after! I also have pictures. Think trading standards need to be called
