Been ordering from simply fresh for 3yrs now the prices have gone up alot and the portion sizes have halfed in size, the chicken rap was bland no salad or onions on it the rap was really hard no mayonnaise on it very poor no taste. 0/5 stars won't be ordering from you ever again the food quality has gone right downhill badly. Get your act together before you lose more customers!!!

Ordered the Chicken Shwarma and Chips n salad with a side of spicy wings. Very nice and fresh, bit like the name I guess. The Wings were very spicy but also tasty, succulent and cooked to perfection. Overall worth the money and wait for 20mins. Staff are very friendly and make the odd mistake so keep an eye on them as I almost drove off with someone else's order. 😂 👀

This has got to be the best kebab in Manchester. I have tried the extremely good Chorlton kebabs, the Levenshulme bakery, but this is hands down the best kebab in Manchester. Fresh and tasty, and when you visit the shop, the guys are very welcoming. Keep it up guys!!! Excellent food outlet

Been a customer for a long time and have always enjoyed the food, but the deliver time completely spoilt it. It took near enough 1hr 30 mins and when it finally arrived it was cold. It would be easy just to blame it on Uber Eats, but Simply Fresh have chosen them to exclusively deliver. Sadly, won't be able to order whilst the appalling Uber Eats are involved.

I've ordered from quite a few take out places in the oldham area. Without a doubt this one is easily the best, every piece of food they offer is always spot on no matter how busy it is. 11/10

This place has seriously gone down hill. This used to be one of my favourite chicken places in oldham. But not anymore. I ordered a chicken fillet burger and a tray of donner to eat inside. Sat for 40 minutes wondering where the food was. Turned out the guy (wearing red t shirt with pizza written on it) who took my order completely forgot and apologised when i asked, fair enough mistakes happen. Then he gave me the food 5 minutes after i complained, which was a bjt too quick, then i find out why - it was dry and lukewarm. There is absolutley nothing worse than a dry chicken burger. It got stuck in my throat i couldnt even finish it. I think it was somebody elses order from a takeaway? Whatever it was, it clearly wasn't "simply fresh" the only reason i come here is so i know its cooked fresh unlike other chicken places where its done in batches and you are gambling on freshness. The other issue is the burgers are much much thinner than they used to be. Possibly half what they used to be. So i can't recommend it any more. Lower quality, less value for money compared to georgias/floridas or oldham star next door. And thinner burgers go cold and dry out much quicker. Thirdly there Are flies everywhere in the seating area literally landing on tables and the food if you don't bat them away. They need a system to deal with this. Plus side - they are very friendly staff, and the owner is a very nice guy. But they need to make some improvements.

Ordered two donner kebabs.. very fresh even the salad was spot on the spicy cabbage was the nicest I’d ever tasted went so well with the donner . My son had the margarita pizza that was also spot on 😊

This place had terrible service. We had placed the order to dine-in only for the workers to have forgotten that we had placed the order after 45mins of waiting. They then remembered after we had enquired about it and started making our order.

I absolutely love the food here at simply fresh. I always come here during my work break for lunch. They consistently make delicious food and provide great service. Obsessed with their chicken wings but love everything else I've tried on the menu. Keep up the great service 🥰

Went to this place before and ordered a pizza a meat eater was really good returned again for the same pizza and was given a disgusting pizza proper greasy and just tasted of onions had only one pepperoni on each slice, very disappointed. Won't be eating here again.

Overall great takeaway. We got a variety of food. Pizzas, donner, kebabs, burgers and kobedas. The food was very nice. The chicken fillet burgers were disappointing as they were salty but the rest of the food was good. The service was good too. The lads in the kitchen were really good. I will be returning.

Ordered a takeaway. Took over 2 hours. Food arrived, garlic bread was rock solid, could literally bang it on the side. Chicken was dried up and awful! Chips were awful. Me and my family couldn’t eat it. Would not leave a bad review unless I felt it was needed. I complain 4 times the r not bother we do order 4 times and give cold food 😡😡😡😡😡I’m not ordering again

This is a brilliant place. The food is great. The staff are friendly and helpful. You have a choice to sit down and eat your food. Good selection of sauces and salad. Along with a wide ranging menu. Popular with families. The only issue is potentially parking — risk it by parking outside or across the road at Wicks. Definitely recommend their chicken burger, either spice or normal.

Really really good. Plenty of meat with all the orders, really tender and tasty. Separate tubs of fresh crunchy salad and delicious pickles. The sauces were also separate and tasty. Not just slop with loads of chili powder. Highly recommended cannot wait to order again!

I will never use this place. We had chicken shawarma, was very Bad, all we get diarrhea, sitting area and table’s always dirty, look like they don’t care about eat in customers.

I was very disappointed with my experience not the food, as I am a regular customer here and no loyalty was shown , I went to order a mixture of food and I asked the gentleman to put it in a pizza box for me all in one as we are sharing in the car. 1 it’s alot easier for him rather than wasting packaging and two easier for us to eat as we was eating in the car , the. Gentleman turned round to me and go I have to pay for the pizza box it’s not about the money but where was the loyalty gone , so I asked him okay no problem charge me , as soon as the second partner / owner come I quickly made him aware that’s not right he said he was very sorry but the other gentleman owner come aggressively interrupts and speaks in his own language abuse. It’s very sad as they do good food I defo won’t be returning.

Don’t know how this place has got these reviews must be okay if you collect. Delivery a nightmare food always cold and try and blame deliveroo or just eat drivers for everything. They was at the place for over 25 minutes waiting for my food to be done. Got here and swimming in grease very hit and miss and get far to busy they cannot keep up. Leave the delivery time on 15-30mins when in reality it’s more like 2 hours to 2 hours 15. You’ve been warned people good luck 👎👎

The food here is great, atmosphere is nice and the place is very clean too. Plenty of seats, play area for kids and you get served quickly. Prices are reasonable. Can't go wrong with their 'special pizza box'! 😋

We have used only Simply fresh for about 2 and a half years now and have only ever had good service, apart from the order before tonight (approximately 6 weeks ago, and most definitely today). 6 weeks ago my food was so greasy I was ill for 2 days, I think there may have been a spot of food poisening in there but couldn't put it down to simply Fresh as we have never had a single issue. Tonight, we ordered a 16" deep pan pizza, amongst other items. A 10" thin crust arrived, with a shwarma chicken pitta bread and separate salad/sauce. Also another kebab and a chicken burger meal. The chicken burger meal was great, the kebabs had to be thrown away. Those and the salad, were absolutely swimming in grease. Having tried to eat them, the sickly feeling from the oil was awful. We only ever order from simply fresh, it has always been amazing, fresh food. After waiting 50 inutes for the correct pizza to be delivered after their mistake, we rang to be told the driver had tried to contact us 5 times, not one phone call. Also, the correct pizza was now not coming at all, because they didn't know the postcode (even though they had already delivered food). We will NEVER order from simply fresh again, I think they must have been taken over because the food is shocking!

Best take away in Oldham by a country mile anybody who rated this poorly doesn’t know good food the staff are very friendly and care about the food … if you’ve ordered through Uber or Deliveroo and your food was cold or not perfect then it’s the delivery drivers fault not the take away simply fresh is delicious and I suggest you go and dine in or pick it up your selves

Uber delivery driver stole part of our order. Simply Fresh staff were helpful and polite even when I was probably a little overly angry initially due to thinking they'd not sent it. We put in a complaint and got a refund on Uber, re-ordered directly with Simply Fresh and they threw in a few extras because of the mix up. We will always order directly in future. Just Eat and Uber are ruining take-away business reps.

Absolutely disgusted with the service and quality of food from Simply Fresh. Placed the order at 7.40pm, an hour later the food still hadn't arrived, so I rang to ask where the food was, I was told that they were inundated with orders and that my order will be sent out next. Had to wait over another hour, over 2 hours in total for the food to be delivered. The food arrived luke warm to cold, the nan had gone cold and chewy, the kebeda tasted too salty and awful, the donner meat was cold and had mayo dolloped all over it, the chips were cold and soggy, we didn't get the sauces we asked for and part of the order was wrong! Although the nan bread is tiny from this place and not enough nan to eat with two kebedas, its still decent when it's warm and fresh and so is the rest of the food but the food we received simply wasn't fresh or edible. We had to throw the food in the bin. Our whole evening was ruined! You should not take orders if you cannot meet the demands!

Placed an order via uber eats, uber eats driver showed up to collect the order made him wait 30 minutes whilst it showing wrapping your food on the app, he messaged saying that he couldn't wait any longer an that food wasn't prepared. I called to enquire and was told it will be ready in 10 minutes. A new Uber drivers goes to collect and the same thing keep him waiting then we get a notification from Uber that the restaurant has cancelled the order. Wasted our time & 2 Uber Eats drivers time. Shocking service if you can't fulfil the order then don't accept it in the first place!

2 hour wait rang the takeaway an hour into the order they said the food has been sent out and is on its way another hour went and food still no show then when I'm ringing the takeaway they ignore the phone jokers

Order at 715 didn't arrive till 2135 missing food and food was lukewarm at best . Will not be returning and would not recommend.

Ordered a chicken wrap from here and when it finally turned up the actual wrap was like dobbys ear. Didn’t even look cooked enough ! The chicken pieces was that big I needed a wrap the size of a bed sheet to class it as a wrap and the onions were just as big. They send the sauce in a pot to avoid it being soggy but looked like it had been used as a raft to cross the English Channel ! Disgraceful and a waste of money.

First time visit…usually go to Oldham star but heard great things about SF and wasn’t disappointed The staff are great and friendly and the seating area with wash and kids facilities is great The food was excellent, I arrived too early for the dinner so I had chicken tikka and kobeda On a clay oven naan, wow I loved it the salad is amazing having all different types The sauces are really nice too Can’t wait to come back and try the donner…the burgers oh and the fattaya! Odder of line food comes freezing cold

The kebab came in plastic tray with a lid so it was soggy and didn’t smell good, tip wrap a kebab in tin foil for a fresh flavour. The nan was way to thick and tasteless, the quality of the ingredients were poor the kebab meat was cheap and the chicken ticket felt like it had been grilled hours before. This kebab shop like many has potential but needs to revamp its whole set up.

I Ordered food over the phone the man was rude had to explain to him like a robot due to his understanding, the food was not cooked proper the chicken burger was too chewy and the pizza felt like been there for days, the customer service is going downhill.
