always want my chicken well done, & I am not bothered how long it takes for the request. only once was I dissatisfied. everytime since its been great. keep up the good work!

I personally love pepes but this time it was a different story the food felt like it was day old like yk how pepes take like 10-15 minutes to serve i got served in 2 minutes and the wrap was cold fries were burnt and then the chicken was a bit off not recommended i suggest go to another branch

The food was so cold by the time I opened it , the chicken was stringy , really not happy would like a refund , always order from pepes never had food like this but this was abysmal

Really bad quality food. Slapped on sauce and put it in the bag. Really need to improve how you cook and present food. Not happy at all with this Pepes. Never ordering from here again unfortunately.

The stomach pain I had after eating this was one of the worst I've ever had. Also, I paid for large, and the fries were not even small.

Stuff missing from the order and when you bag arrives the bag isn’t sealed so the driver could mess with anything if they chose to

No peri salt on the chips, chips were not in a bag….they was all in the main bag all over the place, this place is realy inconsistent now. And the sweet chilli sauce has been changed not very nice.

the food was horrible- chicken was rubbery and the chips were either over cooked or very very old. they were hollow and inedible, had to throw them away. the quality of food that you get is not worth the price you pay. won't be ordering again

The food was disgusting. It came cold and the most unflavoured meal I’ve ever had. All the rice was stuck together in clumps and the chicken was rubbery. The chicken burgers weren’t even proper chicken it was like a chicken patty from McDonald’s. The chips were cold and the driest I’ve ever had in my life. Absolutely vile place to eat.

Ordered hot chicken and rice. The blandest chicken and rice I've had. No flavour whatsoever. Rice was white and barely any chicken. They forgot the sauces, we went back to get it. Still gave us less than we asked than they usually give out.

Onion rings missing, not the first time that order has been incomplete

Pre ordered over an hour in advance scheduled for a set time, came half an hour afterwards basically after my lunch time at work, food still great though as always, delivery time could’ve just been better 👍🏾

For giant chicken burgers they where rather small I could of eaten 3 of them where as when I ordered a year ago I could barely finish one

I ordered mayo and piri piri sauces and none was delivered which was very disappointing.

Great, tasty foòd with generous portions and very filling. Food was delivered much quicker than predicted time, which was amazing considering it was a Saturday night

Some items were missing and I didn’t receive refund for them and I will never order again from this place

We ordered 3 paneer box meals and 1 half chicken meal, when we collected and got home there were 2 legs instead of the half chicken, no breast. When I rang and complained the guy told me there was a 45 min wait for breast which wasn’t told to my daughter who collected it. After spending £47 on the order the attitude of the guy on the phone was, he couldn’t care less and quote..was too busy. Never again will I give them any of my money and I advise anyone else to check their food because they will give you anything and don’t care.

rude customer service I only to asked for some salt on my fries and the guy on the counter said I’ll give you salt separately I don’t get paid to put salt on your chip in a very rude way there was no need for that

Think the order could have been wrong but ordered chicken rice box (mild) and it was so bland, lacking flavour and usually has a little kick to it but nothing and I ordered 3 wings (hot) and instead I received 3 very bland, very plain strips. Disappointed

I've always liked the food from pepes at different places. The prices are starting to be over priced, food was standard, but what done my head in I was ordering with one of the lads with glasses on, I'm telling my order to him and he's like I can't hear you and he said to me like three times by the end of it I was basically shouting at him, while I was sat waiting for my food, it was funny how everyone ordered after me, he didn't have a problem with. There was one lady who was basically quiet as a mouse and he could here here. I don't know if it was my accent or what, but if there was other food places I would kicked off with this guy and went else where.

After ordering from Pepes multiple times and never had problems yesterday was a disaster! I had chicken wrap that was full only with lettuce and 2 small pieces of chicken with fries from the day before! Cudnot been more disappointed!

The food arrived and was warm no issue, chips were the usual and I’d never had a pitta bread but enjoyed it. The chicken rice box didn’t taste right. It almost tasted like it had a chemical or hard to describe but a very unpleasant taste like cleaning product or something. The chicken and rice box was tasted by my partner and daughter who all agreed something wasn’t right so we didn’t eat anymore. Not happy given the price and hope we don’t become unwell. Did try calling but was busy tone

Came back to make a review. Lovely food, very quick delivery. An item was missing but they were really great and it was resolved on my next order. Can’t fault these guys, always really tasty, hot and good value.

Food was cold stacked on top of each other which smushed it all so all the sauce had come out items did not look like pictured was just a mess and not where near as filled or have some of the filling it said it should, burrito was tiny, panini was burnt definitely not the best and not worth the money we paid … normally foods really good from here but clearly standards are slipping!

The food was 20 mins later than said. The original notification said a different wait time to the later one. This is the second time the food from here was over an hour wait.

Nice good but u pay an extra 30p for Piri salt on the fries and hardly none on the fries, is very expensive aswell now.

I've always thought this food was great. Unfortunately the flavour was massively over shadowed by a member of staff sat next to me eating like an absolute animal. The resurant was empty apart from myself soni decided to put netflix on my phone and when he started eating I struggled to hear over his exssive chomping and licking his fingers .. its turned my stomach. I felt physically ill zeeing him out the corner of my eye with food splicing out his mouth... his mother clearly never taught him to eat properly. Dirty Dirty man and then I the though crossed my kind if he eats like this eats he doing with my food back there .. will not be going back again discussing

Too spicy,I ordered a mild chicken and rice box and lemon and herb chicken nachos both were so spicy I couldn't eat it

App was terrible so ordered at till. Guy was really polite and explanatory where needed. Food came really quickly and was still very hot by the time I got home. A lot of food for your money and despite the mild being quite hot, it all tasted really nice. Would recommend.

Terrible food. The portion sizes are criminally small. The food also gave me a stomach. Food was uncooked. I called them to come take the food back and give me a refund and they were rude to me, saying that is how the food is. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. SAVE YOUR MONEY.

I ordered a few different things and I ordered chicken nuggets and chips for my self as I have had them from there before. The chicken nuggets wasn’t even chicken people who I was with even tried them and said they are not right.

I ordered the Pitta meal and to my shock it came pink, i have ordered this before from the same shop and i couldn’t believe it. Luckily i noticed before eating it and saved myself from a hospital trip

Order food from here often and it's normally really good food. Ordered today and we are not happy in the slightest. Food was not what we ordered and tasted nasty. Rang up to speak to them and they were just rude argumentative. No solution offered the only thing nice about the food was the chips which for what we paid was not worth the £20+ we paid. Will not be using again
