Village Kebab House in Birmingham

It's was a take away kebab. Expected nothing special and got it, but it was ok.

Don't let its parochial name fool you; this eatery's meaty offerings will transport your tastebuds straight to the Middle East. With only the finest sheared lamb slabs, the fluffiest of chips and garlic mayo fresh from the bottle, these guys know how to make a 'kebab house' a 'kebab home'.

The Best Donner Kebab in Pitta with Salad fish was a bit small.

Forgot curry sauce just this one time but order from here regularly and the food is always fresh and hot. Recommend:)

Really disappointed this evening. Ordered food at 17:50 with expected delivery 18:35. App updated to say on the way at 1845, then received a voicemail to say they had run out of meat, and would send the order within 15 minutes. Order finally arrived at 1922. Stone cold. Chips looked like they had been scraped out of the bottom of the fryer. Usually a decent takeaway, but fell very short this evening with response of…… we were busy! If they were that busy, then the order should have been declined

Chips tasted like they'd been sitting for a while in the chippy, they were horrible, batter on fish was not all that good, it was soft

I am a regular customer. My delivery was way too late . I tried to be Patient and try to be understanding when the brother called and told me it’s due to traffic but 30 mins late is not acceptable at all. This has happened a few times before and I did not complain because I don’t like to but I believe , I had to now and I am only writing a complaint so that it can be resolved. However , the food is good.

Food all came hot and fresh, asked for something made fresh and packaged different to normal and they followed my preference with no issues Will definitely order again

Ruined my order today, i asked for gravy and garlic sauce and thought both will be sent boxed up , but they put all the garlic sauce on my order and i could have gravy with my chips or donner bcz it was all covered up with garlic sauce

Came late and cold, didn't eat put in bin. No complaints to the restaurant. Bournville must just be to far to deliver.✌️

Have tried a few times, chips are rock solid every time, like biting into stones. Donor meat is ok, chicken not too bad. Stay away from the chips!

This is by far the best chippy around, we have eaten here for a while now and every meal is as good as the last ,if you want food that is hot on delivery and so fresh . If you want a chippy you can trust the pls go to the village chippy.

If there's an award for worst chilli sauce in bham......this place is definitely getting a top spot. A sugary mess that had no heat at all and ruined the taste of everything. Absolutely horrible stuff

Im a regular with village kebab house and i have been for almost 4yrs. The food is good and i always get what i order. I know we r going through a crisis at the moment but keep up all your hard work passion and will power will get u guys through it. Stay positive guys

Kebab meat was cold, full of mayonnaise, and minimal, chicken pakora was also cold and over cooked. chips were ok, but cold.

Nice little takeaway with fish & chips, burgers, roe, fishcakes, scallops, pakora & samosas.

It was still hot and tastes amazing

I haven't recieved my food! Not sure why it is saying "enjoy your food" when it hasn't been delivered???
