This is the worst experience I ever had. The staffs were not well trained for the hospitality. The portions which they provide are not upto the standards, also charges expensive ones instead of the real ones. We ordered a chicken strip wrap, a large crinkle wedges and a footlong chicken Tikka. They charged us for texmexan instead of strip, which I know the series menu is expensive than the regular one. The large wedges were not even a regular wedges size, they didnt had a scoop. Charged for bigbombay instead of Chicken Tikka footlong. I can understand it's Newyear and the store would be closed soon, they hesitated to provide us dinning but the same time they provided dinning for 3 girls who came after us. Wonderful. The manager, who in Black shirt doesn't deserve the position. Totally dissatisfied with the service, i wont recommend this subway to anyone and I'll never come back again.

Absolutely disgusting, received the wrong order after complaining was told by the rudest manager ever, that I did order this rudely and then I asked them to replace it they told me I had to pay or leave the shop absolutely vile management skills and must be reported to senior management

Worst experience ever! Waited to order to be told certain things weren’t available. Then waited a further 30 minutes for food to come for the wrong order to come out. Then had to wait another 20 minutes for my meal to come whilst everyone else at the table were literally finishing off their meals. So they had to sit and wait for me to eat mine. To be only given a few extra chips that wasn’t even cooked properly and ingredients on my burger that I didn’t even order. The chicken wasn’t even cooked properly. No cutlery provided had to wait ages for them to be put out. Literally came to the point where I became to tired to complain anymore for the basics. Waste of money and time to have brought my family here to not even be compensated.

Pat and Ife were absolutely lovely with us, I came to Nando’s with my girlfriend and the customer experience was fantastic, both of them served us really well. Friendly and quickly, I am a regular Nando’s customer but by far this is the one I’ve liked the most because of people like them.

Ordered from this subway twice via Just Eat. First time it was a an hour late and store didn't pick up our multiple phone calls then decided to give them another try. This time the food didn't arrive at all. Again when we tried to call, no answer. Will definitely not be buying from this Subway again. If you value your money don't order from here!!!

Nando’s in One stop shopping centre, Perry Barr, Birmingham uk, on 07/05/23, around 9.30. As we were about to order, we see an employee named Beth pull the bottom oven draws using her foot, when challenged (very discreetly and politely) and asked if this was hygienic, she said she did not realise. then knowing she was caught doing something wrong, she accuses my husband of taking a picture of her, but when proven wrong did not have the common decency to apologise. I this Nando's common practice for hygiene and customer service? Seeing this really was disgusting both Beth's behaviour and her using her foot that had trainers on which is used to walk outside, to pull drawers which she or one of her colleagues will touch with their hands and contaminate any food they touch! Gross! Me and my husband are stunned and feel very angry, we should have caused a scene and drawn every customer's attention to the poor standards of service and hygiene. It ruined our whole evening

Food was okay however the sauces were spread over the bread too much which made it really messy to eat. Seating is limited because it's not regularly cleaned and is usually dirty. Service was quick and easy, nice range of choices.

I bought footlong tuna sub the new staff Thursday afternoon don't know how to make sandwiches he on put 4 small half spoon size tuna on my sub I told him this is not right he ignored me ...never go thier again....also that skoop size was too small....thiefs

If I could give it a 0 I would do. I ate a BLT from here as they confirmed it was halal when I asked. When I had it yesterday I quickly became ill and my stomach was hurting and was in and out of the toilet. Please stay well a clear from this subway I will be making an OFFICIAL COMPLAINT!

It's haraam. The new Owner has changed the supplier and don't provide halal. Also has cow pee spray bottle for hindu blessing. Muslims please avoid

Great customer experiance and service from Calum and his team at this branch in the shopping centre ,personally made me and my son feel more then welcome who suffers from ADHD and can be very handfull The manager on shift took extra time when dealing with us and did not rush us or tuant us like other subway ive been to around perry barr,unfortunatly they did not take card payment at the time therefore Calum assited my son in his care while i went to get cash from asda. The team catered to my cuztom needs and the food was enjoyable . My son was happy ,thanks team

I came into subway and there was a lovely young lady on Saturday her name was Louise, amazing soul, great customer service, made my sandwich really nice n neat, I'm a very fussy eater and she took pride in making my sandwich, she shud b promoted or should have a pay rise, she was a absolute gem, need more staff like her 😁

Visited today with my family. Usually the customer service here is poor, however today the service was excellent. We were served and looked after by I think a man named Dwight. He was very attentive and went above and beyond. The food came promptly and tasted superb! Thank you for today :)

Ordered a spicy Italian sub for my partner who is not vegan and then the vegan T.L.C sub for myself. The sandwich "artist" did not change her gloves between putting cheese on my partner's sub and handling my bread, then without asking if I wanted cheese or not (which happens in every subway I've ever been to regardless of which sandwich you are ordering, but considering I was ordering a vegan sandwich you would think might be an especially important question) proceeded to put cheese on my bread. When I pointed out that I am vegan she seemed to become annoyed with me, took the cheese off my bread but still didn't change her gloves or the bread and continued to make my sandwich in silence.

Fantastic Food and the staff were amazing especially during such turbulant times. I went the other day and staff had PPE which made me feel safe going to purchase food. This used to be my regular store before the pandemic and i finally went back the other day and staff were just as pleasant as they were pre lockdown. Thank you for your continued kindness and great tasting food.

The staff was very rude and told us to get out. They were extremely impolite and were not treating us properly. They hardly put any fillings in.

Cool design scheme, awesome S African art and different materials used. Food is tasty but high price really for what you get. Personally like the lemon and hen wraps and the peri salted fries. Friendly staff

Appalling and very slow service today from 2 asian male staff (I should’ve checked their name on badge). They gave me the wrong meal deal and charged me too much. I even asked if it was the correct price as it didn’t seem right but one said yes. I came back again to tell them it was not correct and the other guy said he’ll bring the correct food but he didn’t. They have no initiative or willingness to meet customer satisfaction. I have been there last week and the service was fantastic. Horrible 2 staff today.

I normally do not leave reviews.. I brought a 12 inch sub and asked if I could get the two halves wrapped separately but they said I would have to pay double as it would count as two separate 6 inches subs. Rude customer service, was rushing when serving but there was still 40mins left until closing time.. said take out only also... terrible!

Staff turn over is frequent here so the service isn't consistent even though everyone who has served me has been nice they always seem rushed and never having the time to give a nice smile. Food is Sub-par... I don't think they (the staff) have extensive experience as they tend to miss little details such as heating my chicken wrap after wrapping and not just hearing the filling (the restaurant in Aston included that service). I would eat here if I was in the One Stop shopping centre and hungry but not a place I would make a journey for.

Dirty tables, plastic plates that subs came out with had sloppy lettuce on it - from previous orders I'm presuming and table weren't the cleanest either. It wasn't busy in there but from the way the waitress was acting it was if she didn't want us there, she was rushing us and huffing ALOT when we couldn't decide what we wanted to eat or what we wanted on it. She was an Asian lady, she was even rude to the staff she worked with. The sandwich fell apart when trying to pick it up! I haven't had a Subway in years but I know its not meant to be that way.

Good. This is a nice place to get some nice baguettes. Sub Way should have Halal food. The vegetarian food tastes good. Tuna baguettes taste nice and the cookies taste nice too. It is a nice place to go to get some good quality fresh food. There are excellent well mannered staff there.

A bit more cheese on the cheese toasties next time please. Otherwise great job!

Expensive for what is basically a sandwhich

I went in yesterday in the evening, while I was waiting to be served I noticed how atrocious the shop looked. I appreciated the fact the staff give a generous amount of salad compared to other stores I've been in. The bins were so full the food was tipping the tables were dirty the whole shop was disgustingly messy. You need one member of staff to be out at front during busy periods doing tables.

just another fast food place does deals every now and then but has limited parking on a bussy road not well placed for its type of shop never bussy so easy to get served quickly thats its good points

Subway should involved every of there stores located in UK to participate with their premium vouchers. I purchased a premium food worth £6 plus drink in Northwest areas and was offered a £3discount to purchase a premuim food next time. So today i decided to eat in mindlands subways but they told me that they are not accepting those discount vouchers that i've got to pay in full. I was literally mad and still paid they amount in full. Subways are not my favourite restaurants eat-out. Therefore, i would recommend that they aiint organised or connectedly bond with other subways outlet.
