I frequently stop by this place for my morning snacks, and I’m always greeted with a warm smile from Ms. Maddy, who is part of the morning crew. The food comes out fast and is absolutely delicious. I definitely recommend it!

Missed items, missed notes didn’t even give what we ordered

There is almost always something missing in the order. No Cucumber and peppers in the salad. Had the same issue last time too. Really hope they read the order before preparing it!

Lovely two man team here, worked speedily and accurately. Great manners from staff, who helped me get the best deal with a voucher. Highly recommend. Seemed a bit in the dark and no one was sitting inside, but I may have gone in on a Sunday. Food was fresh and generous.

Every single time I order I request not to be toasted and every time it comes toasted may seem silly but I don’t like the cheese melted and meat is warm it’s disgusting

From services provided by Ibtihaaj I believe and the other lad Hasan if Im not wrong to the quality of food like bread, meat, freshly cut and nicely presented veggies and the smell of those cookies attracting you towards them. I wouldn't rate this a one star we brought two meatball subs and it was full of sauce that over took our taste buds sauce it was sour, unedible. I am very angry that this happened because its not just this branch its two we had a issue with. Subway needs to go undercover because it's appaling. We brought from subway to fund blocks of cheese in the sandwich and cold when we asked for cheese and toasted

I got a little note written to say there was no spinach but was there no Mayo either? It was 2 meatball subs with Spinach, sweetcorn and one was spinach, sweetcorn and olives. Fair enough there was no spinach and you guys let us know but where was the mayo? I ordered both with sweet onion sauce and lite mayo and we got just sweet onion sauce! I’m actually shocked that with just two subs they made a mistake like that! For future try ticking everything you’ve done after or maybe just more than once. Can’t believe it I’m actually cracking up.

Today i was served by Hassan and he was exceptional with his service. He is an asset to Subway. Very clean and quick making my subs and letting me know about the deals of Subway.

This place is on the Washwood Heath Road it has a load of Junkies at the back of it all the time they don't do nothing about it it is disgusting people eat from there and not only that people live there too they have no respect for others

The staff was sitting in the customer side on his phone. When I walked in after 2 mins he got up and said 5 mins. He then started to mop the floor. Don’t know why he didn’t do that before sitting down. The subway then didn’t have the bread or the topping I wanted and I had to leave empty handed.

Told him to clarify the price of the food before ordering, ready to pay and he doubles the price. Subway app said 3.99 he refused to sell at that price, all he said was just pay abit extra doubling the price. He Started arguing, i refused and walked out.

I ordered one footlong sub and one six inch sub for my family yesterday evening. I was informed this morning that only two six inch subs arrived. This was incorrect and I was charged for one footlong too. Please can you look into this ASAP.

So I go most days for lunch and yesterday was no exception. The servers were all busy serving customers and my server in particular was trying to deal with 3 different things at once, so was a little distracted. Anyway, he ended up marking my sandwiches all wrong, so when I got home I immediately gave the gentleman I care for his sandwich, which ended up being mine, so I was out of a sandwich. As he had ate the majority of it before I even opened the other ones and realized the mistake. So I went back explaining this and they not only replaced and made me 3 fresh sandwiches, but also gave me the other 2 that were marked wrong, back. This is excellent customer service. The servers name is Ibtihaj, and he handled that issue perfectly. Other servers in other eateries should take a leaf out of his book. All servers that are currently working at this location are very good and well trained with excellent customer service.. And I'm white, (lol) so just to putting it out there to show that I'm not affiliated in any way to Subway or those who work there.

I’ve ordered 30 minutes before because I didn’t want to waste my time, but when I arrived then they started to prepare my order and shop was extremely quiet. I’ve paid for Italian herb and cheese bread but I‘ve got normal bread. I prefer go with Uber Eats next time

Purchased a foot long teriyaki sub. Sandwich was freezing cold... should have been toasted, but they must have toasted it in the fridge, cheese wasn't even melted. chicken peices were grey and tasteless. overall sandwich was 1 star AVOID at all cost, 7 pounds for that awful slop.

The opening times for this branch are from 8am -whereas i went to get a sandwich and the shop was closed. this has happened to me three times. It seems the workers don't come on time-. I am disappointed as I expected a better service from Subway.

Staff were polite enough but the card machine was playing up and I ended up being charged three extra times at a total of £6.00 for drinks that I had already paid for. Past experiences the staff aren't always the best however are far from the worse experience.

Delivered the wrong food, driver was not polite, called the place like 10times never answered the phone, just eat only gave an offer to email them, don't get what that was going to do about my food there and then, so had to go down there myself to collect my food I paid delivery for, lovely lady did help as quickly and nicely as possible but not happy with the overall service

I was not happy at all with my food today I ordered Italian herb and cheese and got hearty Italian bread instead I requested it to be cheese toasted and it wasn’t .therefore I would be very happy if I could get a full refund on my order.I also ordered a chicken salad and got beef instead and I’m a regular costumer and was not expecting this at all.

Reason for 2 stars is because of the service. I have bought this sub repeatedly, so I know what to expect. It had been a long time since I'd been to Subway, however, this time I think they had a new starter but it was his first time making my sub, and he started off fine but then he started making it wrong...the staff member standing next to him, rather than showing him how or even correcting him and telling him to fix it, she let him continue, but I could see she knew he messed up, so I decided to remain quiet and see what happens, I thought maybe I'm wrong and they've changed how they make that sub now (less meats)...so I let it continue too. Once he put the sub to toast, the staff member standing next to him, corrected him when it was too late! But she did this in her own language which I'm familiar with and understood (Bollywood helps too lol), I found this to be quite poor service, customers should get what they pay for. Training should be better managed, I have trained people too and that too on the food business, you correct the staff at that point in time, this makes regulars see the consistency and not get annoyed at the inconvenience. Won't be visiting this store for a while, maybe Subway as a whole is off limits for while!
