Food was really cold and the chicken in the burger wasn't fried properly.

The food from Burgers and Sauce is delicious and well made however the two times we’ve ordered from there something has been missing from our order (this time it was the drink) it’s a very frustrating experience.

We have been asked for 50 pee for sauce and i have been a regular customer of this burger sauce branch this never ever happened and the guy told me we have been charging this 50 pee for sauce over ages Such a rude guy and i have been asked and finally i paid 1 pound I am boycotting this burger sauce branch You got 1 pound at the cost of every week regular customer This was never happened the staff was very co operative before seems like new guy i ordered eat in at 9:20 pm today Good bye you beed to learn customer service and how to treat your regular customer

I experienced a significant disappointment with the service today. The lady who attended to me was extremely rude. After waiting for an hour, she handed me a collection order. During ordering the food she said that my food would be ready in 10 minutes. However, when I arrived after 25 minutes, my order still wasn’t ready. She then told me it would take an additional 2 minutes, but it actually took 35 minutes in total. Throughout the entire experience, there were no apologies or explanations provided, and at one point, she even suggested that if I was in a hurry, I should order from somewhere else. While waiting for my order, I also noticed that three people working in the kitchen were not maintaining proper hygiene. Their hair was not fully covered by their caps, and they were not wearing gloves while handling the cooked food. I will never return to this restaurant.

First burger of 2025 and ate. My partner loved their crispy veggie burger. I wanted to buy another but they closed. Lit burger gang

The fire fries were salty otherwise burgers were nice, but a bit too oily though!

No chicken strips arrived. Sauce exploded in the bag all over everything, food cold when arrived.

Brilliant location. The super helpful staff went through the entire menu with me to explain the various items and flavour options they had. The food was genuinely top tier compared to other restaurants in the city, the price is high but definitely worth it 100%. We had a classic chicken burger meal and a spicy burger meal. Both were ridiculously good, the fries were nice and crispy. The dining area was super clean and well taken care of. The toilet is a bit of a free for all and can be quite messy, but it is what it is. I don't visit this place to use the loo haha All in all, probably one of the better restaurants in the city. I've made it a standard visit for whenever I find myself in the area.

Recently tried these and both orders we’ve had have been brilliant! Angus Beef Burger + Signature Fries. Fries prepared and cooked well with a great sauce and flavour. The burgers were well wrapped and boxed and had been put together with care. Tasted spot on. Highly recommend

1 hour to deliver it less than a mile everything is freezing cold I want my money back

Nice and modern. The only thing i want mention is if you doing delivery sometimes it takes lont time.

original delivery time said 18.35, this was delayed due to driver dropping off elsewhere first. fries were not as hot but the rest of the food was good.

Food was very good and we enjoyed it overall would order again but 2 things to improve 1) please don't put burgers sideways in bag one was and fillings fell out and 2) the smoky barbecue sauce is very spicy overpowering burger flavour for me fine if you like it spicy but i dont so please either use a less spicy bbq sauce or label that it's spicy so I can omit it please

Ordered from this place quite a bit on UberEats over the years. Excellent food. Always brightens my day if I've had a rough one. And I would like to give a couple recommendations: - The beef nacho melt - Lemon Pepper Wings

I ordered at 12 and it arrived at 1.45 nearly 2 hours later and the restaurant is less than 10 minutes away and I was working so could not pick up. Totally unacceptable

Two items missing, phoned the store and the manager said “nothing I am do about it I’ve got no drivers”!

Consistently always fresh. Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Definitely worth coming down and trying this branch out!

At first when I entered the shop I was uncertain of what to expect , I had believed the food to be decent but boy was I wrong , I order a beef angus burger along with some fries and a drink . The cashier was very friendly and helped decide what to eat . The tables were surprisingly spotless and the food arrived in no time at all . The beef was extremely juicy and tasted out of this world The customer service was great and the food exceeded my expectations . The staff were polite and friendly . I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family

Great burgers, but it did take a while but the wait was worth it.

Ok, good succulent burgers, all of them, even if you have to wait 10 minutes. The cod one is actually very good. It's not the cheapest but definitely not the dearest deal in town. BTW their deals make alot of sense, so go with a friend. We went as a family, and we used some deals and some from the standard menu a decent place to eat overall.

Poor experience here not worth the price. Staff are not interested.

Today I went to burger and sauce kings health branch. I got myself the chicken and cheese fries withthe Angus burger highly recommended meal. Excellent service and quick preparation time

This place makes a really nice burger, beats the places nearby for sure. I've had the food twice, once eaten in, the other delivered and I have had few issues.

the atlanic cod burger was not what the picture represents not even close, it was just an average fish burger you can bulk buy the orange square thing i was so disappointed, the chicken bites were ober cooked dry and salty, and the same for the chicken burger i expected better from this chain of stores.

I ordered a burger and fries and I got about 20 fries and wedges, I didn't order wedges, what where they doing in my order? I also ordered a plain chicken burger for my kid, it was covered in sauce. Totally useless, won't be going back.

It’s a good standard burger joint. Food was nice and the shop was clean. Parking is an issue but again, it’s on a high street. Staff are well mannered however, I didn’t like how they deal with the Uber drivers. Personally I ain’t had any issues but was disappointed to see. Overall it’s a nice place.

Edited below** photos are from both occasions so it's 2 sets of pics. I order from here occasionally but today was the worst experience ever. Fries were soggy and undercooked. Tasted okay so didn't bother me too much as the cheese sauce masked it. The BIGGEST disappointment was when unwrapping the chicken burger. For a £6.50 burger, I recieved what will most likely be known in history as the smallest burger ever. I could hold it with two fingers. The filet to bun ratio was almost non existent. It had the smallest piece of chicken known to mankind. The filet was so small, it was hidden inside the bun! Can only imagine they sent me the kids/club one as typically its 3x the size. Had a good giggle about it but even as a kids one it's unacceptable as its literally with a 3 inch bun with almost non existent contents. Photo added for comedy value. Edited as I thought I'd give them another try but it seems like the have SHRUNK the burger to a miniature size. Won't be ordering from here again as it's £6.50 for a slider burger..

Can't complain! Cheap food, large portions and quick service. I got the fiery burger and it definitely delivered what it was supposed to!! Cheesy fries were a hit with my friends too!
