Google rating 4.2 ? out of 10 ? A more accurate 4.2 out of a Million more likely. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. Horrendously awful delivery/dinner experience. First and last time using this establishment ever again. All of the 3 kebabs had soaking wet disintegrated pitta bread, from too much salad. Tasteless insipid donna meat, a veritable car crash of a kebab meal. Arrived stone cold, if you do choose to order from here, well take my advice. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED...

We went to bite me burger a couple of weeks ago and I highly recommend it! We had the trio of burgers with fries each and it was delicious! Great portion sizes. The staff are lovely and friendly and went the extra mile to ensure we had the best experience. They are very accommodating and let you change sauces if you wish. Milkshakes were also tasty! They also have a clever idea of “Sunday roast burgers” which we are looking forward to going back to try!

Good honest food, freshly cooked and plenty of parking available

Horrible, freezing cold shed of a venue. Asked for one of the completely empty booths and was told they were for 4 only. Given no choice of table. Fries were cold, in fairness these were removed from the bill. Customer service was poor. Food average. The business has not improved since the rationalisation.

Don’t get me wrong the food was lovely but you missed the chips and cheese sticks and sent battered mushrooms, hashbrowns, and chicken nuggets in a box who orders that?

They don't accept credit or debit cards. Only cash.

Over here we have a Costa. Same good coffee you get at every Costa shop. I like it.

Excellent place, great fish n chips and the chicken nuggets are 100 percent fresh chicken breast. Grear price too Bang on!

I rarely write negative reviews, but only the beer and the view lead to my 2 stars. Told I'd have to have a plastic drinking vessel if I wanted to sit outside. I'm a pensioner. Am I going to glass someone?? The barman relented after my protest. Not a friendly feel at all. Beer well kept, and reasonable pricing.

Bastante ocupado cuando llegamos, pero pronto se instaló en nuestra mesa para 3 y hizo nuestro pedido. Inicialmente llegó una de las bebidas, después de algún tiempo trajeron una copa para la segunda bebida pero la tercera nunca llegó, descubrimos que se había perdido de la orden. La comida llegó y pedimos 2 bebidas más, de nuevo solo llegó una, esta vez la segunda bebida estaba en el recibo, pero tuvimos que argumentar nuestro caso! Comida bien, pero el servicio era terrible - nunca más!

We had a great experience at Atlantis Fish and Chip Shop in Margate today. What really stood out was the customer service. Kelly was absolutely brilliant—warm, patient, and incredibly helpful, especially as we had young children with us. She made us feel welcome and made the whole visit easy and enjoyable. Big thanks to her and the team!

Every time we visit Southboure, we always use Chick King for our fish and chips. Food and service is excellent and would definitely recommend it to anyone who visits Southboure.

Closed since 2024... A reasonable chippy. Confusingly, this chippy is in Chorley town centre.
