The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Fast food food

Used to use this place often, thought try again, very disappointed. Service from young girl was dire, she should not have been there, no thanks, smile. Stay at home. Large cod used to be cooked to order, now all ready cooked on display. Chips not brilliant. Sorry won't be going again.

El personal estaba en la parte trasera y no estaba listo para servir. No hay bienvenida ni mansión, ensalada en sub en raciones. Hombre en la caja solo 1 con cualquier servicio al cliente sobre él en absoluto muy decepcionante

Wish I had read reviews first before eating here! We had a nice walk round the harbour and thought it would be nice to have some fish and chips. Wish we hadn’t bothered, chips and fish not good so will stick to the other restaurants in Sovereign Harbour in future. Picture of the fish and chips looks better than the taste!

Second time I have given this place the benefit of doubt. You place your order, they take your money and after hours of waiting, they cancel your order. Appalling service and I urge anyone not to order from this place. It's about time people started to boycott these places if they are unable to supply demand and they should be removed from the delivery apps. I'm not sure what it is with Burger King and McDonald's, they obviously think they are too big and are obviously uninterested in customer service because it doesn't matter what customers think. I hope many will start voting with their feet to bring down these untouchable and ineffective franchises for good.

Enjoyable food as always. The only problem was, which was my fault I ordered a 6inch sub instead of a normal footlong which I regretted because the food was yum. Enough said.

Son las 6 de la mañana y tienen la música tan alta La puerta está abierta de par en par y hace frío Lo básico no es difícil de cumplir cuando se da la comida a los clientes ¿qué tal decir GRACIAS! cada vez que vengo aquí el personal no tiene idea de servicio al cliente que simplemente le dan su comida sin una palabra! Solo un simple agradecimiento va muy lejos y no cuesta un centavo

This spot is excellent and they give very nice chicken wings if you’ve got a taste bud for chilli this is the place

A little local fast food shop near 🚂 train station. Every time we walked by, there were quite a lot of people… ⭐ Reasonable price for the food, 5 chicken wings with chips cost £3.99 The batter of the 🐣 wings are nice and they are not oily!! We also ordered the strips, but I think it is a bit bland. If you want to give it a try ✅ I would recommend the wings over the strips.

I had just finished work and this McDonald’s is my local so I decided to stop and grab a quick bite with some friends myself and my friend (call him A) and my other friend (call her B) we paid through the McDonald’s app whilst myself and A got our full food B looked inside their bag and was missing an item we ate our food and went back through the drive-through to claim a small fries that we won on the monopoly peel but as we went back we also asked for the fries B was missing from their meal.. the manager a short blonde lady was adamant that she gave us the fries in the meantime we showed the receipt on the email and the bag of food which they gave to us and nothing was there.. I then proceeded to ask to speak to the manager on shift she gave her employee a bag of fries to give to us and said she didn’t want to speak to us.. I’m sorry one manager to another this is not the way to treat your customers, I apologise to the employee for how I spoke which was not their fault but it’s the principle if we paid for our food we want our full meal, like seriously and then you have the cheek to be demanding that you gave us everything when you didn’t.. Honestly last time I ever go to this McDonalds I’d rather spend my money elsewhere where they have better customer service !!!! You have now lost a customer due to this manager being a spoiled brat.

I went and ordered a 16" pizza which was amazing loved the customer service. Will definitely be ordering from here again. It was good to have something different rather than having McDonald's or kfc all the time.

Rock solid fries and rock solid chicken nuggets it was absolutely disgusting they must of overcooked them or reheated them absolutely unbelievable!!!

We have not been to a KFC for some time. We had difficulty understanding the menu and talking to the young man who took our order as he did not speak loudly and clearly above the background noise. We ended up paying for much more than intended, which we realised when we received the order Both the chicken and the chips were overcooked and not nearly as crisp as we expected.

Used to have good quality food but now gone down hill with soggy chips and the place ran by kids. they had a male manager think he used to work mainly on Tuesdays as that’s when I went and he was always there with a smile and I never had a problem with the food he always fried to perfection. Now can’t say the same. What a shame. Bring him back!

Love it! Very good place to eat! Always clean and staff is friendly and quick. Also orders are made well. Didn’t have any problems so far
