Worst fish and chips ever..COSTLY TOO AT £10.00 A BOX ..Nasty.. AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!..Rip off.. tastes bad..my son and I gave half to the gulls. . Its 50 p for tomato ketchup and 1.50 for a .drink.. The fish was the worst smallest bit of cod ive ever seen..! Never again

Overpriced, Luke warm burger and chips and a drink x2 £26. Asked the supervisor for Well done bacon on my burger and her reply was, it comes in frozen already cooked. Sent Burger back because it wasn’t hot.. had to tell her it should be 70 degrees in temperature, her response was it’s 40 degrees actually. Never eating there again.

Absolutely terriable. My donner wrap was cold , like stone cold. I took it back and they made me a new one which was also cold. The shop was very dirty with donner meat all over the shop floor. This place needs reviewing. Not good !

Today I went to the drive thru in Kirkcaldy and ordered a plain mayo chicken, medium fries and an oasis for my daughter I sat at the window for 10minutes to be handed the wrong order so handed it back I was then asked to park up !! So I sat and I sat and I sat cars were pulling up after me and being handed their orders people were also walking in ordering and walking out with it so after sitting for another 30minutes I went in to the shop only to be told they had forgotten my order and got a oh sorry I asked to speak to a manager an assistant manager appeared with a face like thunder oh sorry here is your order like really !?! 40 minutes and a oh sorry absolutely disgusting?!? No customer services skills at all I took my daughters food and walked out and then phoned the shop when I got home to complain further and was met by another rude manager called David I’m sure yes you had to wait 40 minutes what do you want me to do was his reply more appalling behaviour from someone with no customer services experience again we will never be back to McDonald’s Kirkcaldy retail park again !!!! Not to mention the meal that took 40minutes to make was freezing the fries all soggy and it went in the bin disgusting!!! Suppose to be a fast food restaurant don’t make me laugh avoid people !!!

I ordered from them and the order never arrived. I was waiting patiently by the door for 30 mins because I have autism and like to be prepared and diltch, nada, nothing. No phone call or front door lights turning on, no man or woman or person in sight. So I called up to have abuse from someone on the phone telling me to take it up with Uber even though there was no knock and no one arrived. I explained this for the man to get angry and blame me instead of blaming the lazy driver for not getting out of his car or actually making a phone call. They then proceed to say the order has been delivered. I am angry so I am writing this because I’m a peace and love kinda guy. To chic o land. I don’t like you anymore.

Used to use this place often, thought try again, very disappointed. Service from young girl was dire, she should not have been there, no thanks, smile. Stay at home. Large cod used to be cooked to order, now all ready cooked on display. Chips not brilliant. Sorry won't be going again.

Bueno, básicamente había una mujer sirviendo a mi madre. Le preguntó a mi madre si quería sal y vinagre. Mi madre dijo que sal solo entonces esa mujer delirante puso sal y vinagre en las patatas fritas y necesita dejar este trabajo y contratar mejor personal que no sea delirante como ella.

El personal estaba en la parte trasera y no estaba listo para servir. No hay bienvenida ni mansión, ensalada en sub en raciones. Hombre en la caja solo 1 con cualquier servicio al cliente sobre él en absoluto muy decepcionante

Second time I have given this place the benefit of doubt. You place your order, they take your money and after hours of waiting, they cancel your order. Appalling service and I urge anyone not to order from this place. It's about time people started to boycott these places if they are unable to supply demand and they should be removed from the delivery apps. I'm not sure what it is with Burger King and McDonald's, they obviously think they are too big and are obviously uninterested in customer service because it doesn't matter what customers think. I hope many will start voting with their feet to bring down these untouchable and ineffective franchises for good.

Wish I had read reviews first before eating here! We had a nice walk round the harbour and thought it would be nice to have some fish and chips. Wish we hadn’t bothered, chips and fish not good so will stick to the other restaurants in Sovereign Harbour in future. Picture of the fish and chips looks better than the taste!

Visited 01/05/25 and was blown away with the service! Not only was the site clean and tidy, with fast service and amazingly delicious food, the team were helpful and lovely! Visited with my sister who has multiple intolerances and allergies, and the team were very attentive. When we ordered, we stated our intolerances and allergies, and were given a printed document to look at. It was very clear, and included both a full ingredients list, and an indepth allergy guide (if items contained an allergy, cooking method, or if it was manufacturing). The server checked to ensure that the intolerances were correct, and was able to swap out the burger bun for a lettuce wrap. Even when handing over our order, they ensured which was the carefully prepared meal. After visiting, can report no issues regarding any reactions, and was the first burger she has been able to have when eating out in over a decade! Definietly recommend and will be back again!

Aunque el spud y chile con carnie sabía bien la patata era demasiado pequeña y la porción de chile era pequeña y seca... no vale más de £ 7. Solía venir antes de que cerraran y reabrieran. Los tamaños de las porciones fueron mejores. Ni siquiera puedes conseguir atún y mayo ahora. Muy decepcionado. No me molestaré de nuevo. También podría ir a Wetherspoons

Over priced for what you get. I had a black pudding supper and beans and payed £9.00 £3. 00 was for a large tub of beans that was only a quarter full and the black pudding supper you got a small amount of chips. This place is a rip off compared to other chip shops. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone If you want quality and bargain for money I'd recommend the dolphin on the high Street nairn

The lady who served was so rude, it made me I did cry after I left because of how she spoke to me And she even rolled her eyes at me at one point, no need for it,

Enjoyable food as always. The only problem was, which was my fault I ordered a 6inch sub instead of a normal footlong which I regretted because the food was yum. Enough said.
