Burger King in Arun

Went in and ordered on screen and paid on screen nearly £30 for two large meals with milkshakes …..sat and ate maybe half of it and drank about a quarter of milkshake .WHAT A TASTELESS PILE OF CRAP INCLUDEING THE DRINK ……As they are currently still in business then I’m surprised we both didn’t enjoy any of it at all .

The tables were absolutely disgusting, there’s no cleaner or anything like that. Delivery people coming in every minute and teen at the counter looked depressed, the food was really cold as well

Lovely guys and girls working there, however a non-existent system. We all ordered separately as we used codes from the app. Girl at the counter looked very flustered. First order number was called, which was a veggie meal, however a bacon burger was in the bag. Politely asked them to just double check as there was no receipt attached to or in the bag to check the right number was called (which wasn’t) so waited again. The veggie meal came out, but no sign or the other orders. Went to check and the receipts have not been put up in the kitchen, so reprinted and the order was started. Waited for the last order…and waited…went to check and they looked at me saying that was what they gave me…a different number that was called entirely, no receipt in the back again, reprinted and restarted the order…total chaos. The girl in the front seems to lose or misplace the receipt that is supposed to go to the kitchen and then the customers get dirty looks as if it were us making the error… perhaps they need to ensure there is a better system for the staff to flow or ensure they get better training before chucking them in the deep end on a busy weekend.

Ordered food from just eat for delivery only half of it arrived. Rang Burger King but they didn’t want to know or help after paying over 40.00 on burgers and to only revive half will never use again

Fantastic food and service. The taste and quality of the food is so much better than their big competitor down the road. Always fresh and hot. I can't understand why they don't put up some flashy signs out on the roadway. Unless you're specially looking for it you'd drive straight past and land right in their competitors lap!!

The service was quick in the drive thru. However when I got home I found the onion rings were almost black and the chocolate milkshake was strawberry flavour. I wasn't given a receipt to check that they'd given me the correct one. Also didn't realise it would be so expensive (over £17 for 2 "meals" and a small onion rings) . To add insult to injury they failed to provide any napkins/serviettes and the mayonnaise from my very weird tasting veggie burger went everywhere and I had nothing to clean it up with. Incidentally, I was surprised to see cheese in my burger. My OH was also disappointed that his burger was cold and that there were so few fries. I'll avoid this branch of BK in future.

I have never had a greasy burger from a Burger King before but today was the day. The turn around service is the fastest I have ever seen. The choice of drink from the vending machine promises a wide and varied range but in reality- limited to Coke Cola, Fanta and Cloudy Lemonade. When I informed the member of staff, although acknowledged there was no action to rectify and refresh. The staff were totally miserable and distant, if the person who served us cracked a smile they would need to reapply their makeup. Dirty, unappetizing and resembling another fast food outlet. Shame really as we had travelled 6 miles to have one as there is not a Burger King where we live. Oh well, at least it gives me the incentive to make my own.

Not been to this outlet before, and it proved to be a worthwhile stop.. Very efficient friendly staff. Very clean throughtout the eating area. Really enjoyed my 'Bacon King' burger, and the Chips (Fries) were extremely good. When I neeed the amenities, The Loo was spotless.. Well worth calling in again

I went to bk At Bognor Regis after finishing work that day tired and hungry and ready to eat ,I used drive through,,I normally use Mac Donald’s up the road but what a mistake I made going to Bk ,,I gave my order that was fine no problem then it started,,wait wait wait wait sooooooo slow it must have been 20 mins from order to finally going to 2nd window as 1st one shut ,the one you pay at so at the 2nd window two staff on till and in my frustration I said are you short of staff ??no explanations was given just a blank look from both staff members then they repeat my order,,,that was it !!! I did this then I was told sorry no orange Tropicana ??WHAT this is tea time on a bank holiday weekend,GET MORE STOCK IN !!!!you will be busy ,,I had to settle for a Apple drink that was offered with other stuff only to find it was a kids drink with no sugar it tasted terrible!!!!come on Bk get it sorted 20 mins is to long to leave customers waiting and make sure you have all the products you need !!!not excuses and blank looks ,,what can you do to reinstate my faith back in BK and stop me returning to Mc Donald’s who allways hace the stuff and never make me wait till the 2nd coming and Christmas 🎄 for my meal to be ready after a long days work ,,ps once in the drive in road you cannot get out as jammed in and captive customers at the mercy of your staffs timing plan ,,£7,49 dearer than mac Donald’s and with a kids drink !!!!!????thst tasted like patio wash !!!! a traditional BK, probably up a bit on service, and with clean toilets. Good location on the Shripney road near all the main shops / stores, lots of parking on site as well

Ordered a drink, large and no ice. One drink and it took more than ten minutes for it to arrive - and they weren't busy I could count the customers on one hand including me - and it contained ice.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness standards at the BK have fallen over the months. Dirty tables, (had to ask to have them cleaned). Food and paper on the floors.....Staff-dress could be more tidier! Car park cleanliness needs looking at....

Worth downloading the app for extra value on this fast food restaurant. Not the cleanest of units we’ve visited.

I have already had a bad experience here but feeling very hungry as I passed I thought I would give it one more try. Having seen the "King Box", on the TV. it looked good so I ordered one! BiiiiiG Miiiiistake! Firstly, not that it is important if the quality was good, it was not served in a box and the quality was disgusting to say the least. The advert shows more than 5 reasonably sized nuggets, I got 4 very small sics no bigger than a 50P each. Cold, tasteless and in the bin after one bite. The burger was cold served on stale bread with a gunge which I assume was supposed to be cheese. The chips were cold and the soft drink, coke, was just a coloured liquid with no taste! know that it was a penny short of £5 but I would have been better giving my money to charity and eating from the bins outside!!

We had the 3.99 lunchtime special, which isn't advertised but is available - a bargain. The restaurant was generally messy and don't bother to even go near the toilets.

First time I have been since the refurbished. No queues. Very polite member of staff that serviced us today. No wait for food. The food was fresh and all very hot. Amazing strawberry milkshake . Even noticed to queues at the drive though
