Excellent customer service and very delicious food, Gyro, pizza salads, delivery on time

Pizza was OK at best. 1 cheese, 1 pep. Really greasy and the crust flops. Place seemed to be popular with school kids cause it was full of them.

Great pizza joint in the Center of Newark! As an employee at a company in the area it is a very convenient lunch spot for me. Friendly staff and great service! Highly recommend!

If I can give this place 0 stars I would. There food is so bad, it makes me want to puke. They suck at service and the atmosphere is a waste of time. It's a dump. Avoid rhos place at all costs.

Friendly staff, clean facility, and OUTSTANDING food! Wonderful quick service food establishment in a busy part of Newark, New Jersey. I ordered a gyro that was loaded to the brim and left full and happy after eating the whole thing. My colleagues ordered a chicken parm hero and deluxe burger, both of whom said their food was excellent as well.

This place has great healthy lunch options. They have a really good bison burger which is served on a whole wheat roll with a Greek yogurt dressing. They also make an Asian salmon sandwhich and a tuna wrap that are out of this world. If you're feeling extra hungry try their homemade pita and hummus. It's better than a traditional Greek restaurant and it's healthier.

Exceptional service but food is typical deli fare; no bad marks but nothing worth mentioning either. Another words, you can't go wrong if you stop by for a quick bite to eat as an alternative to Mickey Dee's.

I experienced one of the worst customer service coming to this place. The lady working at the front with the ponytail was very rude, disrespectful, and extremely racist. I would never want to come to this place again. Absolutely horrible.

Been going to Big Bite for years, working across the street. Some of the best Lamb Gyro you can get, and the prices are extremely reasonable. My goto spot while at work. Great slice of pizza too!

I come here for lunch a few times a month. Italian steak sandwich is great and their Giros are delicious. Staff is also very friendly. Good place to grab something quickly.

Me giving 1 star is actually me being courteous. To be honest they don’t deserve a star at all based off the poor customer service I received from the OWNER of the store. I will never order from there again. There are too many places in Newark that serve better food and provide better customer service. I placed an order the owner himself messed up my order (he wasn’t paying attention). When our food arrived not only was it was unappealing it was NOT WHAT WE ASKED FOR and cold (there not that far from where they delivered) we called to get the order replaced owner got nasty and disrespectful at that point we asked for our money back he told us we had to walk to the store to get the money back. I am very disappointed in the owner and I feel he needs to take a couple business classes and customer service classes because how he acted and presented himself today proves he is not fit to run a business. Overall food sucks and service sucks

I ordered, food was delivered, order was wrong. called to have my order replaced, OWNER WAS RUDE, AND NASTY, AND DEMANDED I walk over and return my own order. so i did, got a full refund and will NEVER patronize this place again. its too may other places in this area for me to settle for this type of treatment. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME BIG BITES FOOD SUCKS AND THE SERVICE IS EVEN WORSE!!!

I'm in love with this place. I came with my family and we ordered so many things. Like every other Korean restaurant, there were side dishes. But this place had like 10. All different, and they were all yummy. For BBQ, we ordered: Dol Samgyupsal (pork) Daepae Samgyupsal (pork) Bulgogi (beef) Hyomit Gui (beef tongue) Galbi Gui (beef) Sang Galbi Gui (beef) We cleared it all. Every meat had their own sauce, their own way of eating it, and they were all SOO juicy and flavorful. You practically don't even need the sauce for that quality of meat. We also ordered the Kimchi/seafood pancake. There's a bit more batter than I hoped, but it was still yummy. It wasn't covered in oil. Their japche was nothing special. I could have done without it. Their Hanbang Samgye Tang (chicken soup) was also ok. It didn't have enough flavor, but the meat was really soft. It's pretty refreshing. The staff was super nice and smiley. Some of the waitresses spoke Korean, English, AND Chinese. Super talented. Definitely made my parents like this place even more. They help you cook your meat, refill your water frequently, and take away empty dishes so you have more space on the table. I will definitely be back!
