Probably one of the worst places I have ever ordered from will not be revisiting again.

Doner meat was terrible. Chili sauce came from a bottle.

Really not good. Went and tried them and the lettuce stunk, the kebab meat was very greasy and sweat, I saw they kept their chip bag pretty much on the floor rather than in a freezer, the onion rings were rubbery and the presentation was awful. They only take cash which is a tad suspicious and their customer service over the phone is non-existent.

Arrived on time but driver driver was a little grumpy, when I said thank you very much he just grunted. Food was well wrapped and looked ok upon opening. It was warm not hot not a major issue. The Donner meat was very long and think and was ok, however the chicken tasted very odd to the point I could not eat it, it was all very greasy. Overall I was very disappointed, which is a shame as I like to support local business, I did not even mind the £1.50 deliver charge, even though I could walk it in 5 mins. I won’t be using again but will continue to support other takeaways which fortunately are a plenty in Chesham and have no delivery charge.

After eating here I learned of it's 0 food hygiene rating. This place along with any other takeaways or restaurants that receive a 0 rating should be closed immediately. To get a 0 there are serious issues with the place.

I walked in there on Thursday evening and the man in there ignored me, just grumbled something like he wanted me gone. I asked if I could order something and he just turned away. I told him to forget it and walked out. Reading the other reviews, it looks like I had a lucky escape!!!

The single worst experience I've ever had when ordering food. It took over 2 hours to arrive (1 hour later than the delivery time quoted), when it did turn up the food was stone cold, rubbish, and half of the order was missing. Incredibly rude on the phone when I asked for updates and to complain. They should allow 0 stars specifically for this place, truely abysmal.

I ordered a meal and the price was appalling. It took 1 and a half hours to arrive and the burger was cold and was chewy, the only good thing was the burger sauce. The chips were stone cold and chewy also. Such a disgrace.

Food was too oily and not cooked well, i throw up after eating

Food not too bad, but customer service abysmal. I just checked with them whether meat was fresh, as he didn't give it off the grill. In broken English and irritable tone he tries (but fails) to explain that it was. Cool drink was pretty hot.

If I could.of left a 0 I would of.. this place has just completely robbed me of 18.52. We ordered at 22.40 we were told 25-35 mins I called 60 mins later to be told the delivery would be here in 6 mins.. still no driver or food. Robbery complete Robbery. The money has left my account, this is disgraceful!!! This is not the end of this. A full refund is needed.

Food was an hour late, accepted through just eat so knew about order. rang and said it was on way. Turnt up cold threw it in the bin and asked for refund.

We ordered from this place and our order was accepted, 2 hours later and our food is still not here after calling multiple times and being assured each time our food was en route. It’s now 2am and we have no other options. Absolutely disgusting that these guys are still allowed to conduct business with ethics like that.

I ordered a cookie dough Ben and jerrys ice cream and also some cookie dough balls when it turned up I looked in the bag and saw 2 completely different things it took about an hour to get through to them and when I did to ask what happened they said they had ran out and just given me what was in the fridge which I think is absolutely disgusting and they refused to give me a refund!!!

Sure they're good when they want to be. Ordered delivery once, fair enough it was around 30 to minutes before closing, that does not excuse the order I received. I order a chicken finger meal with chips and a drink, after 45 minutes I received the most random and dry pieces of chicken they could find under their grills. A drum stick, wing, random hot wing. I called to tell them they must have delivered the wrong order. But what a surprise, they were closed. I believe they were just too lazy to make my order as they were closing soon.

Tried to pass it off as chillies except it was definitely mould 🤮 Had no care whatsoever DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Who knows how much of their food is contaminated from mould !!! Appalling customer service plus food hygiene and handling errors! It was very clear that my order was on the screen and accepted when the workers behind the counter decided that they did not want to complete that order as it has not come from a cash source. *To confirm; A customer before me payed with cash and received an order with no issue. Two customers behind me had used the JustEat system just as I had and received the same abominable customer service I did. Upon reading other reviews about the quality of the food provided this establishment has clearly got some length to go to with its quality. In addition we also happened to witness a member of staff spraying a pink cleaning liquid (appeared as if D10) onto a rotary to clean it, in this case there was a doner meat hung merely inches away in the adjacent rotary. From the shear rudeness and targeting from the staff. Alongside the dodgy food handling (especially with chemicals), we can thankfully strike this as a lucky escape! We will NOT be making any attempts to eat from here in the future nor do we recommend any other.

Food, service and atmosphere was average. The sign says "worth waiting for" that's must be a joke because the food is not that nice at all!!!

Ordered food for the womens euros final as a nice takeaway treat rather than cooking. Ordered at 5:50 and food wasn’t here until 7. Called the restaurant and had the most disgusting customer service ever. The driver sat on the end of our driveway and waited for US to collect the food rather that delivering to the door as instructed. Garlic bread was delivered cold and not even toasted. Chips cold, and inedible. Please DO NOT think there could be a positive to this restaurant. The cons outweigh the pros. Ruined the dinner for us and will not be ordering there again. Disgusting customer service and most inedible food i’ve ordered.

Worst experience of a takeaway, Ordered food and came wrong, I called the takeaway and was greeted by an incredibly rude man who told me it was not his fault but my fault that he gave my order wrong, after arguing with this terrible employee for 20 minutes he realised that he was wrong and got my order wrong, after all this I had to wait for my new order. The next day I had terrible food poisoning and will never be using them again, the food and service is awful

Na lads this isn't the one, with such a massive menu from pizza to nuggets to kebabs it's very much a case of jack of all trades , master of none.....but even jack is a bit simple in the head

Great to have discovered this takeaway. Tasty and delicious chicken doner kebab which is a little spicy which I love and their hot wings is always fresh and crunchy.

Ordered once and found a piece of plastic in my pizza. Ordered again a year later, the milkshake was nice but pizza and chips were both cold

I am not being funny! I’ve been ringing this place for about an hour!! This is the second time they ruined my order this week (I know I sound fat but hey ho) first time they placed chilli sauce over my little sisters food who is 5 and she burnt her mouth on it! Now this time I ordered a burger and a kebab for me and my partner and they ruined that!!!! They sent a fish burger when my partner is allergic so that’s brilliant!!! Honestly outrageous considering they won’t answer my calls or messages! All I get told is “we’ll send out the correct order” but each time it’s always ruined!! I’m mighty p**sed! I directly said whilst ordering “no chilli sauce on anything please” and handed over allergies, so how can they ignore that!

Our food took 1.5 hours to arrive. Unsurprisingly it was freezing when it arrived. Nasty food. Wouldn't refund us, despite the awful service and awful food. Avoid at all costs.

Awful service. ...terrible quality food. Took over 90 minutes to deliver, the food was cold and when phoning them they told me they were busy and not their fault. Having called them after their estimated delivery time had elapsed they said food was cooked and waiting for the driver. He then took a further 30minutes (!!) To arrive. Avoid avoid avoid.

I love Abrakebabra but I’ve been disappointed recently because the milkshakes have changed! The chocolate milkshake used to taste so good, it was my favourite, however, now it has no flavour and tastes like whipped cream mixed with ice. I ordered the strawberry milkshake today and there was no strawberry in it, there was pink froff at the top but tasted like bland vanilla. Please go back to how you used to make the milkshakes!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! So in the past 2 weeks I've ordered from this restaurant a couple of times and it has been ok. Today while at work I ordered some food. When it went beyond its eta I called the restaurant for an update and was told 10 minutes away. Almost 40 minutes later and another 3 phone calls and still no food. At this point its almost 2 hours since I initially made the order. I finally had enough and ask for my food to be cancelled so I can order elsewhere and to my astonishment the restaurant kept my money. Not only that but when I call back in for the 4th time the guy on the other end of the line has the cheek to argue with me. Bad service can happen, but the appealing customer service there is no excuse for. I've been made to wait and I've now had my money stolen from me and now unable to eat until I finish my 12 hour shift job. Thanks a lot for your service. Order here at your peril!!!!!

Okay so bought a couple of kebabs from here they were okay I’ll give him a 50 out of 50 unfortunately they had turned the donna kebab spinner off so the meat was sat there not cooking but they had already pre-sliced meat and put it in the metal hotpot where they use the tongs to take out when you order your food unfortunately they took it out of there and put it straight into our kebab pittas which made it very sweaty in future it would improve dramatically if they took the meat out of the hotpot and put in the griddle to crisp it up again At the end of the day who wants a sweaty doner whenever are usually order a kebab I ask them to slice it fresh off the spinner so it’s crispy because other wise the meat goes wet as this was turned off I didn’t have any choice

I've eaten food from here once before and found it good but just good. Last night, for my birthday, however was a whole new ball game. I had the best kebab I've ever tasted. And the amount of it....oof, it's definitely a finish later kinda deal. I WILL be eating here again and I WILL be recommending others to follow suit.

I have attempted to buy food from this establishment on 3 seperate occasions to no avail. Each time i have attempted to buy food here, i have been left standing at the counter with no one serving me. There is always someone there engrossed on their telephone with feet up on the fridge. I try to get their attention but each time i end up walking back out. I will never try to buy from here again

Poor service...it took me 10 minutes to order 1 portion of food,I've been passed from one person to another on the phone 3 times,each time had to explain again what I want to order. ETA was 45 minutes which ended up beeing 1 hour. On top of all this they sent me the wrong food.... Rubbish !!

PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING FROM HERE..... Absolute disgrace of a food shop. I would quite literally prefer to eat dog poo than eat here again, I'm no chef but it was very clear to tell they haven't changed they're cooking oil in over a month. I only recieved half of my order (not that any of it was even fit for human consumption). The ribs I ordered tasted as if they had been frozen for over a year, cooked to a charred mess and poorly packaged with sellotape holding the lid on. I was missing all the dips and drinks (that were paid for), everything was cold and inedible. When I called to make them aware of their mistake I was told to call back tomorrow for a free order, I told him I would prefer a refund, he then told me he didnt care and it was not possible. His attitude and english were both equally appaling, absolutely no care for their food or customers. Absolute worst food I have ever had the courtesy of throwing in the bin. The only thing I received that was edible were the wedges, and let's be honest even my cat could cook wedges. After reading all the good reviews about this place I was very excited to order, but it is quite possible that the shop have posted those reviews themselves because I cant really believe that anyone has had good food from here. I will be contacting the shop again tomorrow regarding this disgraceful food and appauling service, if I get off of the toilet by then that is (after 2 bites of food) this place should not only be closed down but demolished, and even that would be too good. Absolutely disgusting....

Quality of food varies depending on the time of day and mediocre quality at best. Hard to order as they have a problem speaking English. I used them for three months and always made the same order but they charge differing amounts depending on who is on the phone. My last order was meet by a VERY aggressive delivery person and his two passengers. I had to call the police over the issue. The lamb kebabs give me the runs and the chips are soggy. U are better off with a bag of crisps from the petrol station just down the road. Avoid.

New owners and We have tried Munch box twice now from Abra-kebab-ra and the portions are big. It is £12.95 and loads of food. 4 different kebab meats (2 meats were underneath the lamb doner meat) loads of chips, salad and a naan underneath too and wow it was a size of a large dinner plate. Best of luck in the future to these guys. Not greasy. Will visit again. Highly recommend. Thank you so much.

Our favourite kebab takeaway. In all honesty I always order the chicken shish & koftas combination...so cannot comment on other dishes. But the place is clean, the food always good and fresh add the customer service friendly.

Lately we discovered this Kebab shop when we' were in Chesham and hungry, we stopped by and had some nice chicken burgers and (all halal ) lamb kofte ( a little spicy ) for my husband with large portion of fries.The owner is a nice chap, chatty and helpful with whatever your needs are.Last time we had a take away from the grill and this was also very tasty and ample, clean and tidy with 5 star hygene ratings. It's difficult to shop some where else when you receive the best!Thank you young man for your good food and your hospitality.

I have ordered a large shish on two occasions and thought it was decent value for money, but I had found the portions to be quite small so tonight I ordered the mixed kebab for £9 which promises 3/4 different meat + 2 pittas +a separate salad. What I was given was one box with meat and salad squashed in together (so the salad wasn't seperate) And one pitta bread on top of the box ( paid for two pittas) The lamb cubes were complete fat,absolutely inedible. Never again.
