The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Fast food food

Totally fine, except the staff only do drive through from 22:00-23:00 and don't advertise it anywhere. Can't even order via the app for them to bring it out to you if you wait outside. Updated several years later - still the same policy- please update on Google etc

wish i could put 0 stars, they keep getting our takeaway order wrong missing food or giving us the wrong items, no draws for our drinks, no sauces etc we have ordered from here countless times over the past few months and honestly there’s been a problem everytime

no straws or hot sauce, or even paper towels...how on earth can you forget the most important item ...

The food was cold and we ordered extra pakora let me they didn’t give us it and the gift was greasy

The worst McDonald’s ever. Over time, the food has consistently been poorly assembled, looks unappetizing, and the delivery packaging is possibly the worst in history. Every single order is missing something—every single one. I’ve had to drive multiple times just to get my order remade because they delivered cold food, forgot sauces, or packed everything so poorly it was scattered all over the box. This is the worst McDonald’s restaurant in history.

Takeaway order completely wrong order by a country mile. Ordered for one and looks like I got a families. Good look sharing the one sausage and egg McMuffin with no cheese (allergy). I can’t even eat the 4 McMuffin breakfast or 2 wraps as all have cheese on. Rang up complained kept saying hello can’t hear you until on the 4th time I said I know you can ****** hear me and she put phone down. 5th of ringing spoke to me and said I have go through just eats. So no brekkie and a 48hr wait see if I get refunded.

Rubbish service. Staff ignored me for 5 minutes whilst i atood waiting to order from the till, even though they repeatedly walked past me. Already driven off before realising burger was cold and greasy, with a half full bag of chips (which considering how small your portions are is pretty shocking) Worst fast food at an expensive price.

If there was 0 stars I would be putting that. The assistant manager Louis is so aggressive. Could hear him shouting at staff and delivery drivers. He needs to learn to respect others. Shouldn’t be at a customer facing job if can’t be nice to people.

Soft noodles & spring rolls fine. chicken & mushroom soup dreadful, no flavour watery chicken stock & boiled mushrooms for almost £5. Delivery was quick
