Mcdonald's in Harrogate

Why no cheese bites of some kind. Please fix asap rocky. But staff are amazing!

Excellent food and staff. Sadly, a large group of teenagers were causing chaos, setting off alarms, running out of fire exit doors etc. Staff said it is a regular occurrence and the youths can't be stopped. Unfair for young staff who are doing their best, to be harassed regularly at work. Management clearly need to employ some security on Friday nights.

Service was quick but after finishing my food the guy (don't know what his job was, cleaner or what) basically stood over me until I left. Wouldn't care if it was busy but there were about two other tables taken. Then when I got up to go to the toilet he advised I was going the wrong way to exit, at this point I snapped and politely but firmly advised I wished to use the facilities first! Joint worst Maccies experience, along with the time security in Leeds told me to take my woolly hat off (on a freezing cold night) before entering

The service we received is the worst service I have ever experienced at a McDonald's. We arrived and placed our order. After. 20 Minutes wait. I had to remind the staff about my order to finally get my order prepared. When we finally got my order half the order was cold and the "coffee" tasted like hot milk with a hint of coffee. But I was past the point of caring I just wanted to leave and get on with my day. I think your staff needs more training or you need more staff working for breakfast.

I left here hating myself for Messing up my diet

Portions at McDonalds seem to get smaller and smaller and more pricey. You charged me 2 pounds for a tiny thin hashbrown

Fries were under cooked, soggy and half empty. Both cokes (standard and zero) were not very fizzy and clearly running out of syrup as they were almost clear and tasteless. food is usually to a decent standard, obviously an off night.

Items were stale, half the order was missing and had to wait 1 hour to get them after having to reorder.

Bacon was blocked out due to no stock so I didn’t remove it from my order, however it was in the wrap when it came. Not amused

We did not get the drinks that we had order. But hot chocolate instead. And our order was late.

Driver was a bit ignorant towards me after explaining he left my drink at the restaurant and spoke to me in a rude way

Met some younger people, teachers, that were stranger's and had a right good laugh. I am saying I had Apple pie, one of the said girls, teachers bought my apple pie, if you see this Thank you very much.

Did not receive it waited over 2 and half hours

absolutely shocking delivery from JustEat. food absolutely freezing, soggy and crushed in transit. I can't blame McDonalds because we regularly eat in, so absolutely the problem of Just Eat

Very late delivery, items missing and not very warm.

Forgot the Syrup with the Pancakes which is a cardinal son. Often forget sauces and other condiments too, even when paid for. Very frustrating.

some nonsense printer issue meant that our food was delivered almost an hour after ordering and completely cold. not sure why they couldn't either keep it warm or remake it. driver told us we should contact support to have it remade but there isn't even a live chat option, so that's not possible - no recourse!

I ordered a McDonald’s for my children which they were looking forward to as a treat. The delivery driver turned up with 2 fruit shoots and no food! This isn’t the first time that’s happened. Very disappointing yet again. I’m going to stop ordering from this McDonald’s.

Ordered a nugget happy meal, Big Mac meal and a cheeseburger. What we recieved was 20 nuggets and 2 large fries. Only thing that was correct were the drinks. I’ve had things missing here and there in the past but this one takes the biscuit

Fast table service. Lovely little place with some seating downstairs and some upstairs.

Delivered cold mush with mushed upbits of several other orders in it some not even macdonalds, not edible, unclean, food saftey standards zero. Staff rude, could not careless. Told to f off and take it by delivery driver who had 4 or 5 other orders jammed in dirty bags that smelt rancid. This place needs to loose it food saftey rating. Order had been openned prior to delivery, split bags, drinks all split, Bits of fluff and other junk mixed into order... beyond zero food hygenie. If your delivery drivers are running 4 or 5 phones at pick up whynot stop using them????.

We ordered 2 double bacon egg muffins and they tasted horrible.looked warmed up took 1 bite awful.the place was downright scruffy a horrendous experience.NEVER AGAIN

You walk in it feels dingy and unwelcoming and that's saying something when you don't have high hope for McDonald's to begin with. You make your order and then wait around you see a lot of moving around behind the counter but very slow order preping, rather just lots of deliveroo/justeat orders bagged up and going cold on the counter. The term from Ramsey "busy idiots comes to mind", manager didn't seem to be deligating but more just aimlessly moving around. I've never been a fan of their new let's got slower one chute method of serving and its not like it was middle of the day on a weekend or the have a drive thru to deal with. 11 to 12 mins in a fast food place for precooked held food is poor I'd say, if you're in a rush with limited time I would avoid this place. I wouldn't even say its value for money anymore either.

Order never arrived, showed at courier at restaurant for nearly two hours and then it suddenly changed to delivered, took my money, wasted 2 hours and never got the food in the end!

Waited ages for my cold burger, stale fries and lukewarm coke!! It's ridiculous!! Not only that but the amount of mess and grime upstairs is a joke! I mean do they even clean it?? Plus there were a gang of Teenager's vaping in a corner with staff members not even doing anything! Appalling! Never returning again!

Went here today, Receipt printer not working So had to remember my order which took like 25 minutes before It was finally ready! It was quite confusing though as my order disappeared off the preparing screen for 5 Minutes before they called it out! went upstairs due to no available seats downstairs to be greeted by a busy sticky disgusting room with dirty tables full of mess. Clearly not cleaned enough! I know its fast food and mcdonald's, so you kind of expect that thing but ive been to other ones not far away and they are much cleaner and nicer so I feel like they could do with hiring more cleaning staff! overall The place was packed, especially downstairs which was annoying, so struggled to understand what que was what! The food however was okay but normal McDonald's standards so nothing new there, although it was quite cold. Overall I just found it quite unhygienic and probably lots of germs, plus food not worth the wait! So I'm not going here anytime soon!

Right I’m not normally one to complain, but this McDonald’s has gone to utter 💩💩, I’ve ordered online due to being busy with work thinking I’ll get a nice quick breakfast; how wrong I was. I used to work at McDonald’s so I can understand the pressure that you face sometimes but I really don’t know how hard it is to read a receipt and place the items on the receipt in the bag. The past couple of times my McDonald’s have been wrong and I’ve not said anything but this is the last time I will be getting one from this terrible establishment. To the workers who are on the front counter and delivery maybe focus on some more training for the time being and maybe just slow things down a little bit and give the customers what they actually ordered.

The Driver collected 2 orders and then drove round to another restaurant to collect more orders from another service, all shown on the map. he drove all over Harrogate before coming to us and i had tipped him! then lied n said this was the only drop.

Very friendly staff. Not much seating downstairs, but plenty upstairs. Ordered breakfast which took around 10 minutes to arrive and was fresh

Yet again a number of items missing from a just eat order. Not just eat's fault, I'd imagine ineptitude within the store though lack of quality control measures and due care and attention from staff. When a large part of your market share is likely families, leaving children without food and unhappy isn't a good look.

Popped late Thursday night with my children. The lady behind the desk was amazing. We'd ordered apple pies which take ages as they have to cool down. She went above and beyond for us. It was super busy with online orders but she made extra time for all customers. Thank you
