Town centre McDonald's..... Nuff daid

Elena is an amazing staff member. She is very kind and always has a smile on her face. She makes sure McDonald’s is clean and sanitary and always makes our experience welcoming.

Dirty, horrible macdonalds. Walked the whole restaurant looking for a clean table had to clean our own in the end.even though cleaner was only emptying bins and didnt really look as if they could be bothered to do that either.

Found the place to not be pram friendly

Thank god the franchise has changed from literally the most horrendous experience ever where ASB and delivery drivers ruled... Order is at last restored... Well done Abdul and team 👍

food always to mcdonalds standards but how difficult is it to get a order correct between receiving a triple cheeseburger with no cheese, over cooked chicken nuggets and always forgetting the sauces whether they were ordered extra or they come with a specific dish

Cold food as usual and looks like it was made with 0 care Harrogate need to sort their act out! Useless McDonald’s always a huge fail at the basics

nearly 2 hours wait for cold food, nothing against just eat, I think the problems are fully at the McDonald's store,

I've been going to haroga5e macdolalds for 4 years during December and it's been constantly the slowest restaurant baring KFC ib cleethorpes. Wh6, delivery's to many and the6 mix them.with customers, sometimes it takes 8 to 10 minutes for a egg mac muffin on its own. It's a joke. Macdonalds have lost their fast service

Food was 40 mins late despite pre ordering, stone cold and missing 2 items. So disappointing

the driver went way out of the way to get to my address, which made the food cold i will not be ordering from mcMcDonald's again

Ordered a family deal with four burgers and they only delivered the chips 🍟 literally 9 out of ten deliveries from them are missing something. Hire competent people!

if you order on mcdonalds app the order is put through as uber eats, if it arrives wrong theres nothing they can do once it arrives ? then you have to try contact uber but your order doesnt exist as its not on their app. massive oversight and just another way the consumer gets taken advantage of. not to mention this mcdonalds and the ones in knaresborough couldnt cook something properly if their lives depended on it. what a shambles. plus the costs mental for the pleasure.

Ordered for delivery through JustEat, food came quickly but we had the wrong order delivered - was advised by the ‘restaurant manager’ over the phone the only way I could get the right food was to re-order through JustEat, then claim a refund through JustEat for the incorrectly delivered food… so spend over £80 in the expectation of hopefully getting half back - no thanks!! I understand they may not be able to deliver without a new order, and so offered to come and collect at my inconvenience - thus meaning I would at least have the food for me and my family however was told they were unable to do this… why??? Surely it is easy to see they made a mistake in giving the driver the wrong food - fair enough mistakes happen… but to say they are unable to cook food (for me to come and collect) without a physical order is clearly utter rubbish. So as things stand - I am owed just over £40 for food not received - and have just eaten a KFC… which was exactly as expected & ordered. This isn’t the first time I’ve purchased food at McDonalds Harrogate and had bits missing or incorrect - come on McDonalds, sort it out!!

Ordered at 11.30am don’t arrived till 12.25pm good stone cold everything very soggy took almost one hour to get cold food so want some money back for this very bad

In real need of a refurb, upstairs is shabby, trashed seating, graffiti on walls with pen. Toilets filthy, whole place cold when sitting for a bit. Chips were cold, wrong drink given, just give it a miss. I believe the 5 guys place is good….

Always regular amount of fries in large container and always forget sauce very annoying

Made it before breakfast ended, didn’t receive for 30 minutes. When my boyfriend was passed a cup of tea it got spilled all over his hands leaving him with burns. Which the staff obviously turned their backs and ignored. Food was covered in the tea and when he’d cleaned up returned from trying to ease the pain (only hot taps obviously didn’t help) he finally just asked for a refund only then did he receive any form of genuine service and they happily complied. Rude and ignorant staff.

Asked for lettuce to be removed and they away every part of the burger basically just received a bun. Was given the wrong drink too. Honestly just incompetent.

My food arrived with 2 missing items. I couldn’t contact just eat or the restaurant to rectify the situation despite many attempts. Very disappointed with the level of customer service.

Hot chocolate drink was missing and no point in getting one delivered as the food would be even colder when it arrived.

Missing burger + chips. Delivery driver passed me the bag dripping and walked off. over half of my coke was spilt in the bag. Everything was cold. It just kept getting worse and worse.

Excellent food and staff. Sadly, a large group of teenagers were causing chaos, setting off alarms, running out of fire exit doors etc. Staff said it is a regular occurrence and the youths can't be stopped. Unfair for young staff who are doing their best, to be harassed regularly at work. Management clearly need to employ some security on Friday nights.

Terrible driver food never came so he decided to steal it as he couldn’t be bother to drive 30 seconds

There were no fries with my order , missing 4 potions

Food was hot and fresh and everything we ordered came for once which is a real treat! Driver was really nice and polite too.

I ordered double cheeseburger large chips and the toffee apple pie I got a chilli cheesburger which I cannot eat and no chips i was so looking forward to my meal am so dissapointed

No dips for the chicken nuggets included (again). Every time I order it’s the same from Harrogate McDonald’s. Poor.

My order was cold when arrived the driver even said he was sorry but he had few other deliveries first and when watching tracking it kept going up 5 minutes can i get a refund because this isnt right food should be hot dont get 1 driver to go to 3-4

Really wasn’t impressed with this order the McFlurrys came melted the burgers are chips were all very cold and it’s took the absolute mik to arrive

Food arrived only just warm and Big Mac had been thrown together in an over toasted bun. Food quality wasn't anything to do with delivery driver who was great

I spent nearly £50 on an order & all that turned up was 2 drinks & 2 mcflurries. Now I have unhappy children as none of the burgers/meals have arrived. Rang the restaurant to be told really sorry but I’d have to re-order & apply for a refund.

just ordered breakfast and app saying foods been delivered but no sign of it now 20 minutes late

food delivery guy was on point outstanding even he coulent of been better if anything he deserves a raise he was so kind and my food was in the bestest of quality just like it came straight out of the kitchen

you forgot to add my 9 chicken nuggets and the 2 x sweet & sour sauce..how do you not see what was on the order to then simply bag it up..awful

Great, city centre located, hard to park .

Service was quick but after finishing my food the guy (don't know what his job was, cleaner or what) basically stood over me until I left. Wouldn't care if it was busy but there were about two other tables taken. Then when I got up to go to the toilet he advised I was going the wrong way to exit, at this point I snapped and politely but firmly advised I wished to use the facilities first! Joint worst Maccies experience, along with the time security in Leeds told me to take my woolly hat off (on a freezing cold night) before entering

Driver was on time and pleasant. As a Saturday treat, Chicken Nuggets, Fries and Strawberry Shake were wonderful.

Friendly staff and 24/7 opening.

The service we received is the worst service I have ever experienced at a McDonald's. We arrived and placed our order. After. 20 Minutes wait. I had to remind the staff about my order to finally get my order prepared. When we finally got my order half the order was cold and the "coffee" tasted like hot milk with a hint of coffee. But I was past the point of caring I just wanted to leave and get on with my day. I think your staff needs more training or you need more staff working for breakfast.

Ordered pancakes with sausage and syrup just dry pancakes arrived. Hot chocolate is tasteles

Portions at McDonalds seem to get smaller and smaller and more pricey. You charged me 2 pounds for a tiny thin hashbrown
