driver brought the wrong order got 5 drinks instead of 3 and didn't get the food

packed well, chips abit soggy but other than that all was good

Chicken nuggets and chips all stone cold and my portion of chips was half empty

There were no sauces at all (they could have included any…) also the food was cold! It tasted absolutely nasty, the oil very clearly needed changing. It was clearly left out too long too as it was cold and stale tasting. Had to chuck it which I rarely do. They won’t even give me a refund… don’t bother here and get off this app because their support doesn’t care.

Wrong items were delivered. I filled the online complaint form but that seems to have been ignored. Quality of McDonalds is not an issue it’s (1) the human error in delivering the wrong order (2) Asking me for details when I complained and then doing nothing about it.

Freezing Cold food went in bin and walked to shop instead

As McDonalds keeps forgetting my sauces and this not the first time. I know it’s not drivers fault but it needs checking

Where do I start, Big Mac medium meal and a cookie, I had stone cold soggy fries if you can call them that they were all burnt and I only had about 10 fries where is the rest. The burger bun was burnt and completely cold looked like it had been thrown together oh you will like this bit my coke was warm no ice whatsoever. Last but not least the cookie it’s so stale I’m using it as a door stop. If there are to many orders maybe don’t take anymore till you actually can.

Since the online orders, it feels like in the instore customers aren't a priority. Wait times have increased significantly. The ordering machines are always unable to give you a receipt. If you order online it's always missing something. Shambles.

Cold food, missing item. No option to get the item delivered which Is rubbish and a tiny refund of £5 somethin for cold food as a way of saying sorry isn’t good enough. Should get a replacement

Both the bbq dip that was ordered and the salsa dip that was part of the mozzarella sticks were missing. The food was also cold which was probably because the delivery guy was delivering orders before ours.

I ordered 20 chicken nuggets and sweet and sour but the sauces were not delivered. This is McDonald's fault clearly. The chicken nuggets taste like cardboard without any sauce. WTH???? I keep trying to call McDonalds but they don't answer.

most the order was missing, what came wasn't great, it was cold and not well made. the fact I had to run outside to try and stop the driver from going as I had half my ordered without shoes on in the rain for him to ignore me and drive off honestly made ordering food for a nice night in turn into a bad evening where not everyone got their food and those that did dint like it! is this what you get for not tipping before an order arrives? something that shouldn't be asked until the food arrives

Specific order placed at the till, waited 15 minutes and it was still wrong! Most important to the staff was to serve the delivery guys. Asked for the manager he/she wouldn't show! Dreadful place

Ordered a mozzarella stick share box upon eating them i discovered one of them already had a bite out of it and no it didnt just break in half because there was no other half in the box also did a side by side comparison by biting one of my mozzarella sticks in half and it was it was identical if ur gonna take a bite out of my food DONT put it back in the box

There is always something missing from the order and I never get a refund for it so I am basically just paying money for nothing.

Chips were on the cold side so had to eat quickly. Ordered enough to qualify but didn't get the free chicken nuggets.

The biggest item in the order was missing. I have submitted a request which has now been refused twice. Very difficult process for genuine errors. Hopefully will eventually be resolved but restaurant needs to take responsibility for errors.

Tiny- tiny place,we barely manged to get in and order food. At the time we were there, only one toilet was awailable. Recommended to use it as a takeway only.

McDonald’s can’t even check the order as we had an item missing it’s getting silly. It’s every time we order we have to get a refund of something missing. It’s not the delivery driver’s fault. It’s the workers who can’t do the order right.
