Burger King’s beef burgers are still delicious

Took 1 hour after told it will be 5 minutes and not to order piri piri bc it would be 30 minutes

Just waited an hour in the the shop for a kebab that just stone cold when I got home and had cheese on it that I didn't ask for.

INCREDIBLY LATE FOR DELIVERY, RECIEVED NO INDICATION OF ARRIVAL TO THE POINT I HAD TO CALL REGARDING MY ORDER, WASNT OFFERED ANY REASON OR COMPENSATION. LOST A CUSTOMER.

Fish and chips not great quality. Would rather pay a little more for better piece of cod not full of bones . Fish cake also tasted stale. I hope they can improve the food as the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Excellent, brilliant food chicken burgers I love and chips always get chicken burger and chips. Very polite staff great food been having this food for three years. I love it to bits great people great staff great delivery.

Soft noodles & spring rolls fine. chicken & mushroom soup dreadful, no flavour watery chicken stock & boiled mushrooms for almost £5. Delivery was quick

staff need re training on allergy awareness. asked if a burger bun contained dairy and the answer was “dunno” i then prompted the question of “what dairy free products do you have? and the same answer again “dunno”. this causes a loss of confidence in food preparation in accordance to allergy’s. this NEEDS to be addressed.

3 different days tried to order food, and the restaurant never accepted took about 30 mins till I was told that they cancelled my order!!!

Went to go get some breakfast, done click and collect. Got home to the pancakes being mouldy in my newphew breakfast. Tried to ring the restaurant to inform them for a food safety perspective but continuous no answer.

Just to start off, I’ve been here multiple times and the staff have no respect or maturity whatsoever. These staff put no effort into making the food, literally doing it as quick as they can, putting burgers out of place so they just fall apart. Also, the toilets seem to rarely get cleaned as they smell horrifying and there is also food found on the floor? This place is so unhygienic so honestly, make sure to bring some hand sanitiser if you plan on going here. Also, not to mention that people under the age of 18 are not allowed in after 4pm? Me and my friends tried to come here once at exactly 4:01pm and the ‘bouncer’ that Mcdonald’s has hired told us to go away!!! How sad do you have to be? It didn’t even look busy inside either, just showing how lazy these workers really are. ——— Anyways, onto my experience today with Mcdonald’s. I ordered my food via Uber Eats and after almost 1 and a half hours, my food had finally came, arriving stone cold. Also, not to mention the bag that my drink was in was leaking out the bag, How careless are these workers? I ordered a McSpicy chicken burger and requested no burger sauce as I use my own at home, and the staff didn’t even bother to put no sauce in it. I also ordered 2 of the new Minecraft sauces and they didn’t arrive. My fries were freezing aswell. Mcdonald’s, I suggest you should up your game because this is clearly minimal effort.
