Don't use the app. Thought it was straightforward but continually advised the pizza was cooking. An hour after placing the order for delivery (thought I had) I called to see why it said still cooking.Young lady told me it was for collection! Then asked if I wanted it delivered......an hour after it was cooked yet the app said it was still cooking. Had it said ready for collection after the 15 minutes I would have known there was an issue.

Amazing chicken wings and really good sauces. My Friends had chicken and chips which was also on point. Definitely recommend

Tuve una experiencia muy decepcionante en esta sucursal debido al comportamiento grosero y poco profesional de un miembro del personal llamado Emmie. Alrededor de las 5: 15 AM, regresé a la unidad, porque mi chocolate caliente sabía a agua, pidiendo cortésmente que se cambiara. Si bien ella lo reemplazó, la nueva taza no fue mejor. Cuando mencioné esto, ella despectivamente dijo: “No tengo tiempo para todo esto” y se alejó, dejándome sintiéndome irrespetada e ignorada. Cuando le pregunté su nombre para poder reportar el incidente, ella se negó inicialmente. Le dije que esperaría hasta que ella estuviera lista, incluso si retenía a otros clientes (aunque el viaje - a través era tranquilo en ese momento). A regañadientes escribió “Emmie” en una servilleta y me la entregó, dejando claro que no estaba interesada en abordar mis preocupaciones. Finalmente, llamé a otro miembro del personal, que era mucho más profesional. Ella explicó que la máquina no estaba dispensando suficiente chocolate y amablemente me ofreció un reembolso, que acepté. Si bien su ayuda fue apreciada, no compensó la desagradable interacción que había tenido con Emmie. Además, me di cuenta de que Emmie llevaba su cabello largo y negro, peinado con trenzas delgadas, que colgaban de su espalda y la alcanzaban detrás. Se descubrió por completo, lo que es un problema significativo de salud y seguridad en un entorno de servicio de alimentos. Teniendo en cuenta la falta de profesionalidad, la actitud grosera y el desprecio por las normas básicas de higiene, esta experiencia me dejó muy molesto. McDonald’s debe asegurarse de que su personal reciba la capacitación adecuada para brindar un servicio respetuoso, independientemente de la hora del día o de cuán tranquilo pueda ser el turno. Los clientes merecen algo mejor que esto, y espero que la dirección aborde estos problemas rápidamente.

No whoppers available only tiny kids burgers. Decided on the crispy chicken burger absolutely appalling. Burnt, mouldy brown lettuce and slimy old tomato. Cold fries literally thrown into the bag so basically we got a huge brown paper bag full of cold soggy fries. The cheese bites looked like they had been kept warm since yesterday. Come on guys how hard is it to serve fast food? We’re not talking gourmet French cuisine Michelin Star food here. It’s FAST FOOD! how on earth can you ruin a fast food burger. Complete waste of £25. Everything went in the bin! I didn’t dare eat it.

I have decided to now move on and do my weekly shop at Tesco. To start, parking no problem regarding safety. One way system, bigger parking bays and to date no sign of removal size vans parked in the bays. All shelves from what l saw are filled. No shelves with empty boxes with full boxes hidden behind the empty ones. Plenty of friendly staff on the floor to help on finding items for newbie shoppers. Last but not least, no queues, plenty of tills if you don't want to scan your own items,and here again, no queues. So to top it all, no STRESS. So thank you Tesco for making my shopping a pleasure, as for Asda, your loss and Tesco's gain.

Food disgusting , cold chips were like cardboard had to call to complain, the only thing they're good for is the bin, don't recommend on any level

They said no to my job application the nobheads. I’ve been getting kebabs there since year 7 and this is what they do?! Absolute violation and I will be contacting their manager very soon 🤬

I place an order Saturday afternoon on 15th April 2023. The delivery was on time and that's the only positive. The chips was an odd colour, had a hint of grey to then and didn't taste right. The fish bites batter was hard and the fish meat inside was though and rubbery, as if they had been reheated. The mince beef pie didn't tate right, I opened the pie it was dry inside. I smelt the inside and I vomited. Can't even describe the smell. The lot was thrown in the bin. I never write reviews, but I was disgusted with my poor food quality. I'm also worried that someone could become seriously ill, if this continues. The owners need to be held accountable and need to be checking what's being produced on there premises.

Elegimos este lugar para el menú. Sándwich de albóndigas para mi hijo atracción estrella. Pagado entonces 10 minutos después se informó que el artículo estaba fuera🤷‍♂️ Qué raro. Personal muy despectivo y antipático. El chapuzón de ajo no estaba con la orden, aunque seleccionado🤷‍♂️ sí fuera del chapuzón. Elegí una pasta de malla. Abrumadora Siento que nos deben £ pero es una pantalla táctil (chapuzón de la suerte obviamente) Evitar. La comida fue v promedio de peso corporal.

Anoche me puse a comer kebab a las 12. 45 . Nunca vinieron y nunca explicaron por qué. Tenían todos mis detalles, incluyendo correo electrónico y teléfono móvil. Quiero mi dinero de vuelta

Llegó y esperó a ordenar. La música era tan alta que el personal ni siquiera podía oír a los clientes hablar. Mencioné la sonoridad de la música y sarcásticamente se ofrecieron a bajarla (era volumen de discoteca). Ordené un tunacado para llevar. Esperé a que se hiciera mientras me ensordecía la música y veía al personal bailando y cantando en lugar de trabajar. La mujer detrás de mí también se quejaba del ruido. Me llevé mi sándwich a casa para encontrar prácticamente nada de aguacate y estaba demasiado salado para comer. En resumen, un mal y caro desperdicio de dinero.

Please do not go here if your looking for absolute disappointment. Ordered some late night food for me and my wife. Deliveroo was due to deliver and after nearly an hour the driver rang, we could not hear him so we rang back but still could not hear him, then we text with no answer. On the tracker they were on a completely different street, the driver just dumped it on someone's drive saying they attempted delivery. Now we are left with no refund and no food. Absolutely disgusting service, extremely difficult day with two disabled children and an opportunity to eat for the first time today. Thanks a lot

Was starving last night, went down and ordered a donner wrap with salad. Paid £5 and it had about 4 strips of donner in, about 20ps worth. Honestly the scabbiest portion of food I've ever had. I got a donner wrap in another place a few nights ago and Godfather's wrap wasn't even 5% of the food from the other place. Get more food for £2 in Maccies. Man serving me had an arsey attitude on him too. Absolute sh*te , wasn't even nice. AVOID
