The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Fast food food

Went to go get some breakfast, done click and collect. Got home to the pancakes being mouldy in my newphew breakfast. Tried to ring the restaurant to inform them for a food safety perspective but continuous no answer.

Just to start off, I’ve been here multiple times and the staff have no respect or maturity whatsoever. These staff put no effort into making the food, literally doing it as quick as they can, putting burgers out of place so they just fall apart. Also, the toilets seem to rarely get cleaned as they smell horrifying and there is also food found on the floor? This place is so unhygienic so honestly, make sure to bring some hand sanitiser if you plan on going here. Also, not to mention that people under the age of 18 are not allowed in after 4pm? Me and my friends tried to come here once at exactly 4:01pm and the ‘bouncer’ that Mcdonald’s has hired told us to go away!!! How sad do you have to be? It didn’t even look busy inside either, just showing how lazy these workers really are. ——— Anyways, onto my experience today with Mcdonald’s. I ordered my food via Uber Eats and after almost 1 and a half hours, my food had finally came, arriving stone cold. Also, not to mention the bag that my drink was in was leaking out the bag, How careless are these workers? I ordered a McSpicy chicken burger and requested no burger sauce as I use my own at home, and the staff didn’t even bother to put no sauce in it. I also ordered 2 of the new Minecraft sauces and they didn’t arrive. My fries were freezing aswell. Mcdonald’s, I suggest you should up your game because this is clearly minimal effort.

I stupidly made the mistake of ordering via the app for a delivery again. Again my daughter’s happy meal was missing again. I called up the restaurant and they stated unless I drove there they wouldn’t not be bringing the missing items and to call up a number to get my money back. I called the number and now have to wait up to 14 days for my money back. My advice for having a delivery from here is check everything is there from the doorstep and if anything is missing refuse the whole order then do a chargeback from your bank.

It Was Alright. The Food Can Taste Funny Sometimes But I Think Its Pre Cooked And Thats Why They Taste Funny. Overall, I'll Recommend Other Restaurants In The Park.

Visité aquí por una hamburguesa, y me quedé asombrado por el mal servicio. Hubiera pagado en mi tarjeta de crédito y pedí un recibo de la tarjeta, a la que el personal me miraban como si fuese una extraterrestre! Pedí cortésmente varias veces para que se quedó allí mirando en blanco! No visita aquí.

Cold food, half the order missing (2 burgers and a fries) was told order will be replaced, even if get correct order fries often filled only half way so a small portion when paying for large... Went back for manager Samual to refuse replacement order, was extremelly rude and argumentative got aggressive and comments verging on being racist to my passanger... Have escalated to store management but not been followed up, will report to regional management next as racism or any aggression should not be whats ecpected Samual clearly cant manage his own emotions let alone a store... sort it out mcdonalds, RACISM is not acceptable, seems a management issue from the top... as most the staff are genuinly freindly and happy

Possibly the worst McDonalds I have ever frequented. For a new restaurant the standards are non existent. Fifteen minute wait for a standard order which was incorrect, a foreign body found in a friends wrap and a debate and multiple attempts to get a receipt. The staff are poorly trained if they have received any training at all, communication with staff is a challenge in itself. The washrooms / toilets are absolutely disgusting, filthy, smelly and unhygienic. Clearly no regular cleaning by professionals going on. Never ever again.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a smile, such quality service, the saturday security guard always assuring the best service standards. Food is always hot and tasty, the restaurant is always super clean and the staff deal with the late night rush so well. Would a 1000% recommend. Mcdonald’s doing what they do best!!!!

The food is so fresh and very tasty had it delivered and the service was brilliant it was under the time given for how long it was going to be and lovely and hot

Never fails! Every-time we’ve had food delivered or collected from here it has been delicious. So hot fresh and good portions. Husband gets the Chefs Special and I have the lamb shish.

SO SLOW The guy working was very kind and helpful but extremely slow and would only work on 1 sub at a time. I was there at a busier time and he Recieved zero help for management. Unlikely to return, would rather drive to plymouth.

Got the new double big mac mcdonalds must be going broke to be lien about a double big mac it looked like 4 slices of lunch meat I never been disappointed with mcdonalds until now they getting to to be just like toco bell that was the last straw with me im so done with mclittles

Great service, friendly staff. Went on a Saturday night, the staff were busy so you expect to wait a while but it was worth the wait. Big portions and tasted great.
