Absolutely disgusting food not even worth the cheapness of it chips under hot lamp for god knows how long they Certainly were longer than the time they should be. The whole place is filthy I'm surprised it even has and hygiene rating.

Slow service, rubbish presentation but it is McDonald's and you expect this.....major flaw lately in all McDonald's within stoke is all of the delivery drivers congregating

Ummm, its a McDonalds. Food as expected, coffee ok and atmosphere as cold as a morgue. However it is 7.00am and the only place open in quite a bustling high street. Sutton have outdone themselves with parking restrictions and complied with idiot Khan’s speed restrictions so not surprisingly this area is like something out of Kamp Gulag. I used to live here and despair at the decline in this once desirable town. Avoid Sutton unless you want more despondency than you can cope with - McDonalds a dependable if bland safe retreat.

Definitely not fast food went to drive through with my Grandson as always asked to park up to wait for our order. 20 minutes later we got our food.

We ordered a mc delivery , the bags delivered sealed items missing from order app customer service failed uber refer u to the branch branch never reply

QUITE SIMPLY THE WORST MC’D’s POSSIBLY IN THE UK. NEVER COMPLAINED ONCE TO ONE UNTIL NOW! GAVE THEM TWO CHANCES WHILE I’VE BEEN OVER VISITING FAMILY. FIRST CHANCE THEY CANCELLED THE ORDER. REFUND TOOK 14 DAYS. 2ND CHANCE I GAVE THEM. FOOD ARRIVED STONE COLD & AT LEAST 50% FRIES MISSING ACROSS ALL THREE ORDERS. DO NOT USE !! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Came here early before my flight, staff were very friendly and kind, and the coffee was great as always. The only thing is to make sure you check in your car numberplate on the machine inside otherwise you get fined, we were verg unaware of this especially being tired and the staff didnt mention, luckily saw it last minute. Could do with more signs inside regarding the fine for parking situation as i didnt see the signs in the dark.

Typical Burger King on site in the UK. Complete menu, quick delivery time, friendly service. There is a place to sit. Food ok, no later problems. I recommend!

l ordered food worth of 21£ on Sudany expected for it to arrive at any time soon 3 hours went by never got ma food went down to the restaurant they closed next day same thing closed just went to their official website it says the restaurant has been closed permanently l have been phoning them they never pick up l genuinely think it’s studied trick to scam ppl for their money wdym your permanently closed and also if you knew what you were gonna permanently closed it why would the restaurant official website doesn’t inform us that online payment shouldn’t go through it ridiculous I’m literally fuming right now

The men are predators, came in to get some food with my girl mates and the workers are being very inappropriate calling us sexy, making us feel really uncomfortable.

A long hard working day beautifully rounded off by the service of one young lovely lady at Burger King MOTO. Dressed smartly, service with a smile and willingness to answer my questions about certain products; ANUKSHA gave ‘customer service’ a new meaning! Thankyou very much for the perfect interaction. If there were more people like Anuksha in customer facing roles, life would be better! Very deserving of good credit and any applicable reward/recognition please. The staff workers are racist along with their drivers, if you live in a block do not order as they feel they don't need to deliver to your door and want you to leave your under age child alone, Baring in mind if you pay for delivery you expect food to be delivered at your door!! I also contacted the CEO of this business and put a high compliant in, the food is disgusting like they rush to cook the pizza's. Also found hair in my food one time but even explaining it to them they ignored my concerns, reasons why i have never ordered a domino's pizza again doesn't even matter what branch they will never get a penny out of me again.
