All I can say is this outlet is the only place that was good in Chessington and were happy to assist adults with learning disabilities, their colleagues need to take a leaf out of their books. The manager/assistant manager and young lady served a great lunch up for 36 people. The food was hot, service amazing and I cannot thank them enough for the help and support. The rest of the staff at Chessington should be ashamed of themselves, perhaps the staff could tell me, as a local authority care provider what a “disabled person” should look like!

Very expensive considering it’s just fast food. Ended up paying £21 for two cheeseburger meals. Very cramped and busy and struggled with a buggy. Waited 20 minutes just for the food!

Expensive food for what you get. Dirty bins over flowing rubbish on floor and all around. No very pushchair friendly with heavy doors. Long wait to get food.

Wish I’d read these reviews before going. Paid £40 for our lunch which was burnt patties in buns no trace of any salad or lettuce. I refused to take it and Upon complaining to the man in charge I was offered a refund which was never processed in my card. He refused to give a receipt saying it will def come through. They have no contact number or email and there is no way of contacting Vampire Burger to follow up on this. I have complained to Chessington who say ‘Aramark is a third party company and they would not be able to action the refund’. We wasted our money and didn’t have any of their food either. The short stubby ‘man in charge’ was apologetic and said he was surprised we had been served this mess of a meal’ But after seeing these reviews I think scamming and ripping people off is their norm. STAY WELL AWAY

Awful! Is all I can think of here to describe the food. For the price I would of expected a lot better but no the quality is terrible. Xl bacon double was not nice at all slapped together just warm. Quarter pounder not nice Kids meals plain hamburger was like a rubber sandwich, chicken nuggets were just warm and just ok. All chips were cold and floppy. Service points were a free for all and no organisation. For the price this was a very expensive meal and I been to many parks in my time and I know not to expect great things but this is absolutely awful and chessington should not be selling cheap food at huge mark up like that the quality of burger I think probably about 50p they tasted like the cheap Tesco value burgers you get 6 for like a £1! The baps them selves were floppy mess and bacon hardly cooked at all within the burger. Chips were so cold they begun looking like cheese strings they were so floppy!!! I have to say this is a very awful trick the food photos and appearance is made to look like and sound like it is Burger King but because inside the vampire area they just changed the name but this is far from BK at all. School canteen burger and chips are way better I expect! I would recommend not eating anywhere near this place at all!!!

We hadn't really got much choice in using this venue unfortunately as the fish and chips shop was closed. We needed to order a burger with no lettuce and mayo.....I might as well have asked for an organ donation! Staff attitude stinks ! We ended up having to order 1 meal and pay for it, then go to the self service screen to order the rest of our meals. £10.25 each was a bit of a shock too !

visited this restaurant on 12/9/21, I was appalled by the staff who were just standing around in groups of 4 or 5 chit chatting instead of getting on with what they should of been doing, the tables were filthy, the bins were over flowing and one boy (worker) just leaned in the bin with no gloves on and pushed everything down, then put one of the yellow signs on top as he couldn't be bothered to empty it, the bin then spilled liquid all over floor. he then went straight into the kitchens and never washed hands at all, one boy (worker) was walking round with half his trousers hanging down his backside showing his underwear while blowing bubblegum from his mouth

Just like a McDonald’s or Burger King but double the price. Although it was enjoyed by the kids. Not a long wait

Food was very expensive!! I went with the family after many years and must say the food tastes just average with limited menu, but their prices are shocking!! Who do they think they are charging that much and serving just average tasting food, even Burger King or my local burger place don't charge that much and they offer decent burgers..... I definitely won't be eating from here again.

For what it is, really decent food. My burger was very juicy and nice and hot. Mozzarella sticks were amazing, better than Mcdonalds IMO. Slightly pricy, but not extortionate considering it's a theme park restaurant, not really any worse than a service station Burger King. You can get MAP discount too, which makes it much better value.

The fish finger sandwich was nice. Chips and mozzarella sticks were warm and tasty. Paper straws available and plenty of napkins. Portions small for a hungry adult who has been walking round the park all morning but you can always order more nice food.

Food is shockingly expensive even for a theme park. Not enough tables but they will keep taking orders allowing people to queue up whilst their food gets cold.

We made the huge mistake of going here on Wednesday the 23rd September 2020. You never have high hopes of theme park food, but htis was a whloe other level of disgusting. Social distancing was the only thing done right. Limited menu due to covid, not busy at all, so you would expect a decent burger- how very wrong you would be. 2 burgers and a kids meal relieved us of £26 !! The burger ( bacon double cheeseburger) was without doubt the most vile putrid ‘burger’ I have ever attempted to eat. It had been obviously been pre cooked and re heated, white congealed fat surround 2 of the most pathetic ‘burgers’ in a stale bun. How could this be as the place was dead with the teenage staff standing around doning not a lot. Raised this with 'management' and told to write in to complain Left the meal. Do yourself, your stomach and your wallet a favor and give this dive a wide birth!

Food for 5 all disgusting , dried up burgers , chicken nuggets rock hard , chips warm, drinks ok . Look else where

It’s a theme park so I didn’t have high expectations for price or quality but seriously!!! The “cook” wandered in from break to find four staff waiting for him for food... we got a couple of burgers and fries... fries to be fair were nice, but the burgers were thrown together probably a long time before and left in the warmer leaving them stale tasting... As I said I had low expectations but some attempt to provide food quality should be made.

My husband and I ate here last year (August 2019), pre-Covid 19 craziness!We were visiting Chessington WOA for the first time since I was 8 years old! One of the clearest memories I have of that childhood trip was a visit to the Vampire Burger Kitchen when it was a Burger King. The memorable theming and familiar and reliable Burger King experience was amazing. We had to revisit!This time however the theming had been parred back quite a bit, although it still fitted well with the Transylvania theme. We ordered using the electronic touch screen and collected at the front. The wait for our food topped 20 minutes, and this was ordering at 4pm on a Sunday (intentionally NOT peak lunchtime, to give us more ride time). When the food arrived it was below par. The chicken burger was grisly, cold and soggy and the chips were limp and also soggy. The beef burger was okay, so at least we had one decent thing to share. The dining area was dirty and had not been cleaned since the start of the day. The toilets in this restaurant were also grimy. Food littered the floor (annoying as sticks to expensive trainers) and tables were sticky. Two medium meals (burger, chips and soft drink) cost in the region of £20. Fast food joints in theme-parks often get a bad rap but we had to revisit to see if it was as magical as remembered and either I was a delusional 8 year old OR the quality here has dramatically reduced.

The food was great we had lunch here twice whilst at chessington we will come back next time we visit

My children love this restaurant and the staff are always friendly. Thank you Although it’s too busy inside VBK so we take food to the green near Room on the Broom, would be better if you had outside seating .

Me and my partner decided to come in here late afternoon as the Vampire ride had just been shut down and it was the closest restaurant to us. I decided to have a kids nugget meal as i was not that hungry. It all came out looking good but the fries had been over held and definitely sat there for at least 30 minutes, as were the chicken nuggets - cold and bland. I work in a fast food restaurant and the quality of the Vampire Restaurant shocked me, especially when your paying double the price you would in a normal fast food restaurant.Wouldn't go back.On the upside it had self serve drinks, which was a useful place to fill up my refillable thirst quencher without a long queue.

Good, food tasty but expensive.5£ for a kids meal, nice enough layout but as it’s so busy it became quite filthy and disgusting quite easily and the staff could not deal with it as their are not enough of them .

Staff were really friendly and helpful and even had all of our chips cooked in the gluten free fryer as it was safer with all of the other chips we had ordered. Really put my daughter at ease as she gets very nervous when we eat out. Wanted to leave a review on the tablet but unfortunately someone had smashed the screen. Thank you for catering for those with food allergies and intolerances!

Food was lukewarm and some staff were rude (might be due to them being tired) but the rertaurant was clean.

Food okay service can be slow . Fries could be better prices not cheap as a rule food fairly hot . very noisy

Perfectly adequate fast food place, typical for a theme park, prices a little more than the equivalent outside but not too bad, kids meal was £5 and adult meals were £7 to £9, chicken nuggets and burger were pretty standard, the chips were actually really nice, hot and tasty, one tip is don't use the self-order machines but go to the desk and order directly, much much quicker!

This restaurant is basically a beefed up more expensive mcdonalds. The food is overpriced and though it is pretty nice, I always wonder why they don't make it a sit down restaurant . However the theming and soundtrack is lovely in here so I would recommend popping in , just don't but anything if you don't want to seeing as there are better options throughout the park.Please subscribe and like my pist

The food was quite good but a little bit greasy and the service was not that great, but I did like the food still,and it was more than edible. The digital ordering system was a nice idea but didn't always worm. However id definitely recommend to anyone looking for restaurants in Chessington.

The chips were disgusting the burgers were just ok the queues were so long we waited in line for about 20 mins reasonable prices if you use your merlin card and the waitress brought over the sundaes to our table without any desserts spoons and the member of staff was rude to us

We had lunch here, one kids meal and one adults meal. Very expensive, poor quality, little taste but good service.

Total waste of money chips cold! Ridiculous queues, high prices not enough choice & our party were sick after their soggy fries & hard burgers! Staff forgot several Items of our food had to go back to counter wouldn’t eat there again 2 of my grandsons had stomach aches for the rest of the afternoon & every felt hungry again after about an hour

We had lunch here, and it was pretty much as expected. We visited during peak times, when it was raining, and so it was overcrowded and complete chaos as you might expect. We had to loiter around the tables and fight for seats as someone was preparing to leave.

Chips were cold, replaced with slightly warmer ones, but didn't taste nice. Texture was as though they had been cooked a few times. Roll looked as though it was days old and had been sat on, lettuce was probably out of date The actual chicken burger tasted ok. Overall not a good experience for what it cost. I would find somewhere else to eat.

All I can say is £7.00 burger meal deal for a dry burger and over cooked chips... nothing more to say

Burger and chips £8 what do you expect. It is what it is. These prices were the cheapest place on the site. The all you can eat buffet was £ 15 no wonder it was empty

Burgers where lovely and the kids meals where great just enough to fill them up for the rest of the day

The best thing about this restaurant is that it is air conditioned, and that's about it. The food is overpriced and sloppily put together, which in itself is unbelievable. It would seem that it's not just garlic that vampires are allergic too, they're also averse to any form of vegetable in their patty. Great for kids who also won't touch lettuce or tomato though.

The quality of the food is the same as something you would get at mc Donald’s except it is extremely over priced The pr car of the food in this place is the price you would pay at a half decent restaurant except you will be getting a cold burger and chips I would not recommend this place to family’s

My children's favourite at Chessington. really quick service and plenty of space to sit and chill for a bit. We love the veg burgers and my daughter loved her bacon burger. A great treat in the middle of the day when you need a sit down.

With two young kids, tired and famished, this seemed like a oasis in the desert. Took some time to get past the order, even more to get it made and finally, gross in taste inspite of being very hungry.

Had the misfortune to eat here on recent visit to Chessington. The meal cost £7.25 for quarter pounder burger and chips and what is jokingly called a Coke. When filling the cup the drink you receive is more water than Coke which can clearly be seen as it is pouring out.

I'm not a fan of fast food but the meal deals were reasonably priced, perfectly edible and quick service. The man who served us - probably in his 20's with a long beard was extremely helpful and friendly

I was really impressed with my burger, double bacon burger really was good. A large amount of chips.

What a great place, large seating area, plenty of choice and automated ordering system excellent with little queueing. If you know what you want order on the machine pay by card and just wait a short while and its ready. Food great and plenty of it, kids lapped it up without prompting like at home. good choice of drinks for both adults and kids. Well recommended

Well what would you do expect from a place like this. Food was OK and service was quick really nothing special and obviously a bit overpriced but OK and pretty much what I'd expect

The restaurant is a lovely size and has lots of choice for kids. Really nice quality and friendly staff.

The burger bar is sited in a separate part of the site alongside some long queues for popular rides. The Vampire seemed to be the main meat emporium and was tasty and worth it.

Had the chicken and bacon salad meal - very generous bacon and chicken and fresh tasty salad. My companions liked their burgers. Not a particularly memorable place to sit but overall quite ok.

The restaurant offers burgers mainly. Self service option impressed the children. If you fancy a burger and fries you can go wrong.

We went as a family for a birthday so there were a few of us . The burgers were cold with cheese that was cold straight out of the packet so also cold . Dreadful overpriced rubbish . Don't go .

Our usual lunchtime pitstop when we visit CWoA. We tend to get there for an early lunch (just before 12pm) so it's usually clean and quiet with speedy service - I can't comment on what it would be like during the lunch time peak.

For a theme park I'd say it's good, priced as you'd expect. We went at 12 so wasn't very busy Food was hot and served quickly Staff were friendly and constantly cleaving

Dived in here to get out of the rain. Decided to eat while we wait for gruffulo time slot. Not a great meal really my recommended dish below says it all.

We went here last year too! The only problem is time to prepare food and we went at 4pm and only had 3 tables to choose from as they cornered off most of the restaurants!!! Will not use again due to this!

I have visited this burger fast food restaurant on many occasions. The food is reasonably priced (we have a discount due to Merlin passes) and food is very nice. This is normally our first choice when visiting the park.

Food was ok and the service but they didn't really cater for vegetarians very well. One veggie burger option and nothing really for the kids.

Chips tasted old and bland. Was served by a young lad in training and he was great. Place was clean and tody considering it was lunchtime.

After being in the Gruffalo rides we decided to go to Vampire's burger kitchen, place is big and clean however the lady who serves us doesn't know how to smile, the burgers that we ordered was very cold, and doesn't taste good at all, will definitely not go back

We came last weekend and ate here with a group of 4. We all ordered a different burger meal, however ALL of them were terrible. Wilted lettuce, cold by the time you're biting into it & the chips were awful (tasted like the oil needed changing)

When we visit Chessington we always eat at Vampire's burger kitchen. Plenty of tables that are spaced out ,, relaxed atmosphere ,, food is always really tasty and very reasonably priced.

We went here to eat on the Saturday evening it was fairly quite . The burgers were vile , mine was stone cold and covered in sauce when I had asked for plain, the got me another this one then had no cheese in it and had to go back again. Still it was cold as were the others in our party. ( also another family were taking there back because they were cold. The burgers tasted and looked like cardboard .so thin. We had 7 in our party so cost about £60 what a waste.

Yes the tables were clean and yes the service was fast However the quality of the food was atrocious. Quarter Pounders tasted awful and were sloppily made Didn't think it was possible to get a burger wrong ....

Couple of mediocre experiences at the park on rides this year but the food at the Vampire Burger Kitchen was a saving grace each time. Good quality for what you might expect, nice burgers.

Hot fresh delicious food at a reasonable price. Not very quick service but we were late in the day and out of season.

we have eaten the burger meals in here regularly, they are all lovely tasting and fresh the chips are a very big hit with my children, seems a popurlar place they have always been busy when we have eaten there. staff are always polite and helpful. prices have increased and i do think picnics are more popular in the warmer weather as this helps families keep the cost of a day out lower.

The burger kitchen is right next to the Vampire Ride , although nicely decorated , the food is quite standard for Merlin burgers. With a little more thought this culd be a really good themed burger bar
