I must say this: Out of all the Mac Donald's, we use this continuously is at the top for bad service. It's an absolute shock if your order is ever correct. The staff at the serving hatch always always seem to have attitude. And today it's open but closed, When you phone, nobody answers the phone. The managers and staff need to visit other branches to witness how it's done.

Popped through the drive through on Sunday afternoon on route to our holiday home and picked up a happy meal,chocolate brownie for our little girl and a coffee. When collecting we asked for the coffee and was told it wasn’t ordered. We were told to go back round to order again and queue! So we left. Today,we arrived to purchase a coffee and some fries on route home and once collected we drove off and again no coffee,it was hot chocolate!!! My husband is diabetic so took one mouthful and couldn’t drink it! Really two mistakes in a week! Such a shame as I always have been happy with the service I have received here!!!

You place your order via the app. The staff don’t pack everything you ordered and Uber deliver it! Uber then add insult to injury by refunding £2.81 (flat fee refund order they call it) of a £6.99 order, plus service charge, plus delivery!! I know it’s not Uber’s fault the McDonald’s staff cannot follow a 4 product order, but it’s not mine either!

Do not use the app, no refund for non delivery. I have a working phone, working doorbell and working door knocker, none of which were used. My address is easy, clear from road with space to pull up. The app support have evidence the delivery was attempted to their standard.

Do not use the McDonalds App. It has double charged my account. The staff here don’t care. Bad service.

Attended today and although pleasant staff taking my order when originally going through the drive through the niceties stopped there. I was met by absolutely disgusting behaviour from Emily and a so called manager called Katie. Accused me of my payment not going through and then although I showed the payment going through on my bank they disrespectfully told me it would bounce. They said I’d have to go back around or go in to the store to pay again. Rather confused I went back around and was told again my payment had ‘100%’ gone through (for the second time). Met again by Emily who was completely unapologetic and rude. I asked who I’d previously spoken too, her abrupt response saying “she’s the manager”. I again asked politely for her name and was told Katie. I was then asked to wait again in the window in-front. Then when I received my order it was cold and inedible. As a front line worker during the pandemic I know the stress and difficulties the pandemic has brought. However I wouldn’t dream of ever speaking or treating any one how I was today. Obviously effective and polite communication is not an essential characteristic of these two individuals. Now I am awaiting a refund after being charged twice.

El personal fue acogedor y eficiente, y la atención a la higiene y Covid - seguridad fue sobresaliente.El único aspecto negativo fue la baja temperatura de la comida, pero la calidad estuvo a la altura.

Conduje hasta hoy y necesitaba ir a la tienda para usar el baño. El personal estaba en PPE y pidiendo a los clientes que hicieran cola adentro, sin embargo, el interior estaba muy lleno, mucho más de lo habitual y sin distanciamiento social. Me hizo sentir muy incómodo. Entiendo que el personal tal vez no quiera andar preguntando a la gente, sin embargo, tal vez limitar el número de personas adentro como una opción dada la situación actual de COVID.Mantendré mis piernas cruzadas la próxima vez.

So Saturday night specifically asked for Diet Coke as I am diabetic and no sauce in my cheese burger because of the added sugar content. Anyway cut a long story short I got home and my burger had sauce which I asked for plain cheese anyway I ate the burger as I knew one bit of ketchup wouldn’t send my sugars sky high little did I know until my brother noticed I was drinking full fat sugar coke by this time three quarters of way through drink. 20 mins later I’m a DKA seizure having to inject myself 2x. Had to go hospital and be a put on a drip, consequently spent two days in bed and fancied a McDonald’s today because I’m so weak I said to my husband go there get a plain burger comes back with sauce after he said no sauce. Anyway get to the window near enough had to argue with the lady over the orders and issues she then has the cheek to say why are u having 2 fantas then and not Diet Coke well them fantas was for my husband . Thoroughly pi##ed off about this I’m sending in my medical hospital notes and won’t be returning head office need to get rid of the manager

Llegué a la unidad y entregamos nuestro número de pedido al miembro del personal de la estación de pedidos. Se trasladó a la ventana de pago y eso estaba bien según lo pagado a través de la aplicación. Llegué a la ventana de la colección y recibí el orden equivocado. Le dijo a la señora en la ventana que no era nuestra y llamó a su gerente. Le dije al gerente lo que pedimos y fue acusado de no pagar el pedido. Su actitud fue horrible y las miradas que recibimos fueron desagradables. Me pidieron ver el recibo, que tuve que sacar mi teléfono de mi bolso porque pensé que había terminado con él. El gerente le dijo a la señora de la ventana que nos diera nuestra comida como si nos estuvieran haciendo un favor. Esto fue justo antes de que pudiera encontrar el pedido en la aplicación para probar lo que había ordenado. Estoy muy decepcionado con el servicio y la actitud del personal. ¡Creo que es necesario informar al personal cuando hay un acuerdo para que no acusen a los clientes de pagar de nuevo! . . No volveremos de nuevo.

Auto order & pay screens fine but haven't got into them yet and they do have actual people serving! Nice to get a choice of grilled or 'crispy' fries, and proper skinny ones not the awful soggy things KFC (next door) now produce. Service efficient and with a smile, also streets above next door, as is the food.

Waited 7 minutes before someone took our order, cars piling up behind us. The young lad at the till was more interested in having a conversation with a fellow worker than taking our money, no wonder it took him 7 minutes! The food was haphazardly thrown together and cold so we had to take it back. Got my money back and went next door to Kentucky!

McDonalds pride themselves for consistency, unfortunately this restaurant does not meet the criteria. On my most recent visit the bun to a Sausage and egg Mc Muffin was burnt - not just brown but burnt. If you call in overnight/early morning the portions of fries are so small.Sometimes the food is nice and hot, other times it is warm Other times the food is OK but it should be OK all the time.

It's McDonald's, I can't really complain. It's as good as always. Fast food. Good food. Good service.

they get your food right to you but can mess up sometimes ( only if busy) they care about getting your food to you and are very plight .

We brought a breakfast takeaway and specifically requested one of the breakfast wraps to contain no egg due to my child friend having a egg allergy. My husband brought it home and handed all our food out. We was in a rush as we was going away on holiday so thought we would have a quick breakfast and go. We handed the wrap written NO EGG to my child’s friend. Thank god he opened it up as it did contain egg. I would of ended up with a child who is no mine in hospital. I rang the restaurant in whitstable and they apologised and asked us if we wanted to return they would replace it. I explained this is not good enough and absolutely disgusting as this could of be life threatening for this boy or any other customer. So please be aware to check your food as this could of been another Pret A Manager.

Bought a Big Mac & a Big Tasty using drive through by the time I got home which is less than 5 minutes both of the items were cold. Not really worth the visit always the same.

The food is always hot fresh great choice never had bad service here over the years and always very clean fast service

La madre quería probar el encantador tocadito de tocino rasher crujiente. Así que tengo 2 para llevar. Cuando llegué a casa abrí los rollos de fotos. Si el tocino tuviera una boca, podría darle vida. Crujiente es su suerte que vio la parrilla. La siguiente es la que tengo allí para poder recuperarla. Terminé crujiendo en la sartén.

Only due to an awful KFC next door I've recently rediscovered McDonalds, who are wonderful by comparison, and this one is very well run and clean. I'm going to try their southern fried chicken asap!

Ordered muffins from breakfast menu. Both the sausage and egg mc muffin had egg shell in. Off putting. Phoned up and getting a free breakfast. Very helpful staff. Coffee good as always. Best coffee and reasonable prices. Collect the bean stickers to get free coffees.

Nos desviamos por un accidente por el viejo camino a Margate que pasa directamente por este restaurante de Mac Donald. Llamamos para un bocadillo rápido y una bebida caliente. Este restaurante estaba muy limpio por dentro y por fuera. El personal era muy servicial, educado y bien vestido con su uniforme limpio e inteligente. Los baños estaban excepcionalmente limpios.

La comida es buena. No hay quejas allí. Nunca sorprendente pero nunca pobre

It would be nice if they could prioritise orders that don’t have food. Best thing is the consistency and you know what you’re going to get- great quality at reasonable prices.

Not a fan of McDonalds, but you know what you're going to get and how much it'll cost. Cheap(ish) and quick service make it several rungs up the ladder from the KFC next door (where they just ignore you).

Food was cold, the tables was dirty not very busy and plenty of staff so not really the best experience

The staff are friendly and table service. Food good staff lovely. Very clean mcdonalds. Even if you order at till you get table service. Been in a few mcdonalds but thus one is very good.

Typical MacDonlds. Food is reasonable although could be hotter. But is always quick. I do wish they would give you a chance to read the menu, always rushing you.

I like to visit this Mcdonalds on the way home after a long working day. They have the screens to order your food which I prefer as I like to browse the new stuff which you can't do if you go to the counter.

Para comer lo que ha sido una auténtica personal broma están completamente inútil pedido 400 pounder sin cebolla queso o alérgicas, pero dieron una con todo! ! ! No importarle! gerente ! Las patatas fritas eran frías, bebidas tienen más hielo en el restaurante que estaba sucia, con mesas de líquido sin recoger, parque coche sucio con pésimo! Desde el renovado este ha ido cuesta abajo. Comida fría, grosero, estúpido, no tenían educación que no personal realizar peticiones básicas de evitar! ! !

Utilizamos el coche por y en llegar a casa nos dimos cuenta de que teníamos un cuadro con 5 pollo sólo 3 selecciona en. Llamé a la tienda y el teléfono fue rapido y amablemente respondió. La señora en el teléfono fue muy amable y nos dijo que nos daría dos comidas gratis, como un gesto de buena voluntad. Hoy fuimos a la tienda para recoger ellos y tenía un excelente servicio rápido sin problemas. Gracias

Fuimos ayer y me quedé sorprendido por la transformación. No está mal, pero para un restaurante de comida rápida que parecía mucho más lento de lo habitual. Esto podría ser debido a todo el mundo que uso para los artilugios que ahora están allí. Una cosa que no entiendo es por qué tienen ordenador artilugios en las mesas para los niños. No se cansaba de estas en casa! También he notado que no es McDonald's barato.

Desde la reforma, McDonald's ha tenido, se está trabajando con su nuevo sistema. Nos toma dos veces como mucho tiempo para entrar en el restaurante y por un café. Me he quejado al personal que están haciendo su mejor. El nuevo sistema es terrible. Algunos empleados han admitido.

Me gusta la forma en que Mcdonald's ha sido modernizado, es una pena que algunos clientes decidieron dejar su pésimo. Teniendo en cuenta que fuimos allí justo después de su reapertura fue muy popular y concurrida y creo que una vez que la fiebre de todo el mundo que vaya a ver lo que es ahora el personal se entrar en una rutina de limpiar las mesas mejor en el área de servicio de mesa. Recomendaría ir aquí si te gusta comer y comida rápida.

Its McDonalds love it or hate it, I like it, it is what it is, if you want a snack that will be well cooked in a clean and well run resturant with well trained staff this the place.

Very good service we had some think missing when we got back to the holiday park we rang them they answered straight away very understanding and replaced all the meals and had it ready and hot when we walked back there thank you so much...

Terrible McDonald's staff are all miserable.....food never comes well packed....ordered large meal got a large fries box with a less than a small portion in time I got one wasn't worth the journey back to get a full size portion....this last one is aimed at McDonald's in general please get rid of the bad chicken Legends and bring back the salsa one I only ate that when coming to McDonald's and it's gone so now I have KFC...just saying

There is ample parking and it's a drive through too. McDonald's are basically the same in the UK but the fries always seem undercooked and cold at this branch. We've not quite reached the USA standards yet.

Always good service and if you have special requests they try hard to oblige and apologise if you are kept waiting. Food is normal fast food type but edible. Perhaps a few other restaurants around Whitstable should take note of the service level.

Awful service in drive thru not given full coffees and was cold. Burgers bit cold too. No cream on mocha, weren't offered sugar or stirrers.

There is never any problems when you visit there restaurant's, there food is always tasty and a great price.

Personally I would never visit this McDonalds if I could avoid it but with kids who sometimes 'need' the obligatory Maccy D's after a long week of school I have no choice. The one thing that really grates is how almost without fail every single order is messed up, invariably with one or more missing items (you could be forgiven in thinking it was part of the staff training it is such a big problem) yes they will apologise when questioned but if using the drive thru I would prefer not to have to then pull over, check the food and then return into the restaurant by foot to point out the error!Sort the staff training out, get more efficient and accurate with the orders and probably gain some happier customers would be my advice!

Been visiting this Mc Donald's occasionally since I was a kid even though the restaurant service is good it is is clean,modern,good facilities & has mostly friendly staff the service has gone down through the years especially the drive through service. Nearly every time I get my order something is missing or I have to wait in the pull up bit for something simple like a cheeseburger! Sometimes the drive through staff are rude & get the hump if you ask for napkins or sauce, that's only if you have chance to ask before having the window shut on you. Any who reads this and goes through the drive through make sure you check your order before leaving.

I do not eat meat and am coeliac so to be honest, there is not a lot I can eat in McDonalds but I go there every so often with my best friend and her 9 year old as he loves it. Despite not being able to eat much (I usually have tea and chips), I still go and that is all because of the service. The staff are without doubt some of the friendliest and most helpful I have ever come across in a restaurant - absolutely nothing is too much trouble and they are endlessly patient with excited children and harassed parents. On several occasions I have seen different staff helping parents carry their food to their tables and making sure the tables are clean and also bring toys or games for the children to play with. The toilets are spotless and although as I say there's not much I can eat, the tea is excellent and the chips always perfectly cooked.

I come here more often than I should.Well managed and always clean with friendly, helpful staff. They have the knack of not letting food hang around but not making you wait either.Service is good whether I drive through or eat in.I can't give 5 stars because I think some Macdonalds food, wherever it's bought, is just a tiny bit costly for what it is.

It's very easy to get to, by traveling along the old thanet way, Chestfield (A2990) on the outskirts of Whitstable . The food is good, I've never received a bad meal or poor service from here.It's also situated next to, or very near to other fast food companies and supermarkets -- should other family members want something completely different.

Prompt and efficient service last night at drive through. Large order taken and delivered quickly and accurately. Coffee particularly good.

I like the size and seating. Very friendly and always balloons handed out for kids. Beware drive through though. ALWAYS check your food order that 1. It's there 2. It's how you wanted it!!!!!!

Service was quite slow and took some time to work out the payment machine. Other than that wasn’t too bad and at the time plenty of seating available (Thursday afternoon at about 14:00). Car park ok as well.

This is possibly the worst McDonalds ever! I have been in McDonalds all over Europe and to be honest this one needs a reward for serving the worst food ever! Fresh don't make me laugh i swear half of it was for the previous day no actually the previous week with the dried out edges! Service well apart from it be handed to you it may as well just be thrown through the window because the packaging is quite frankly the worse i have ever seen unless of course you have under fives doing it!Ice cream Mm thats ok if you like to drink it for god sake cant you even get that right!! Well Mr Franchise while your sunny yourself on hardworking peoples money can you take the time out when you have five minutes to sort your business out because quite frankly you are a disgrace to the the McDonalds name!!

I am really disappointed I have my niece and nephew ages 10 and 13 staying over and for a treat my dad went out and got us mcdonalds breakfast. We ordered 5 meals alltogether 2 of which were lovely (breakfast wrap and bacon roll) however the 3 sausage and egg mcmuffins were scruffily packed (i have photo's) and upon opening them on they were so sloppy to be frank I am really pissed off. The bun tops werent even on top of the muffins one had the cheese missing and where they werent packed in the paper correctly they had cooled by the time we got home (5min drive) and they were just dry and crap. Really disappointed in mcdonalds because I made the silly assumption the staff would be on top form on a saturday morning. However every cloud has a silver lining the drive thru servers were very polite and efficient...if only you could see the photo!

Makes me laugh. People order food at McDs and are surprised when they are served poor quality food. It is what it is....I use this restaurant in times of self loathing and it serves it's purpose perfectly well. I usually eat it in my car in a poor attempt at hiding my shame.

Ordered double sausage n egg mcmuffin meal was given single mcmuffin which was cold and stale. Not what you expect from McDonalds even if this is a franchise !!As for the service, so many staff and yet the service is so slow - this is not a fast food restaurant at all.Do yourself a favour, find another McDonalds rather than Chestfield !!

Went recently and ordered the special Spanish burger. Looks great on the ad on TV. Brimming with filling. Ordered two using drive thru, when got home filling was the size of a 2p piece on top of the burger. Very shameful. Have tried writing a complaint but finding where to send it on their website is a joke. Feel totally ripped off. And this isn't the first time I've been sold below standard food or charged for items I didn't even receive.

Chestfield mc Donald's always good service & quality , good parking .clean toilets kid friendly. Recently re furbished.
