This is absolutely disgusting food leftovers crap avoid this dump at all costs I could have eaten a scabby rat and honestly it would have been better than there food avoid avoid avoid the worst muck ever threw it in the bin place needs shutting down

Food dry ..no seasoning on fries or offered..had to ask for..meat either over cooked or dried out .. very disappointed..how these people think they are serving good food

Service is absolutely shocking. Food is a joke, if you ask the staff for anything they’re so rude and will make you wait for everything. Would absolutely recommend anywhere else.i never leave reviews but worst place I’ve ever been too

Incredibly rude when phone to explain how we all got food poisoning from this shop food was very very cold when turned up staff very rude I suggest that noone use this place bloody rude stuff !!

Staff where very friendly food was lovely we visited it twice during our Stay delicious 😋 and reasonably priced too.

I don’t agree at all with bad reviews of the food here. The mixed doner is superb, chilli sauce is top drawer. No issue with the food whatsoever, but what is wrong with those guys there? Why are they so rude and miserable? Fellas, it really wouldn’t hurt you to smile at paying customers occasionally. I’m always polite and friendly, as I appreciate it’s busy and you’re working hard, but it’s getting to the point where I just won’t bother anymore.

Don’t waste your money. Might just as well put £30 down the drain. Had to wait well over an hour for absolute crap. Food was dried up and cold. Won’t be using them again

The worst mixed doner kebab I've ever had. Large I asked for. Given the smallest I've ever seen, the greasy cold meat from the cold steamer was disgusting. Rude ignorant sullen staff. I was eating Kebabs before these two muppets were born so consider myself an expert. Avoid like the plague.

After using charcoal grill for many years and spending a lot of money with them, I have tonight placed an order which the website has somehow reverted to a previous order which was removed from basket. Rang to sort out to be cut off. Will now never use again.

The chicken I had was mostly breading but the chilli sauce was great. Service was terrible and the guys just stared and you- can't decipher if they're listening to your order or not.

I have always had a lovely kebab with this place and the chilli sauce is so good .and they havent let me down when they deliver aswell good people

It’s the go to venue after last orders are called. Not many alternatives at that time of night but the food is generally tasty and fresh. If you like kebabs, you won’t be disappointed. A “cash only” venue which isn’t ideal.

Reasonably priced, quick service, polite grillers, LOADS of chilli sauce. Can recommend the chicken on the grill

The takeaway that was delivered tonight (27 Feb 21) was absolutely awful. Cold chicken, cold lamb, soggy chips, soggy onion rings and the salad was wet. Totally disgusting and not worth the money. Never again.

Ordered a chicken shish kebab as a delivery and the photo is what I got! Telephoned to advise there must have been a mix up and was shouted at and was told I got what I ordered! This isn’t the first time time this has happened either! Keep away from this place as everything about them is disgusting! Dreadful food, dreadful customer service!

Reading above reviews seems to be a problem ringing in the order? I went there on a Friday night. 1830. Straight in. Wasn't sure what to have so guy showed me the differences. Went for a large chicken doner. Lovely and hot and tasty and plenty of it. Cheerful bloke. Not sure if others expect the Ritz from a kebab house? First time there and definitely go again, hence me writing this review.

Best kebabs I have tasted by far. Quick and easy ordering and delivery. I would highly recommend them.

After a busy day in the garden I decided on a take away. Despite asking for burger sauce on the burger it didn’t come. The chips were stone cold and had obviously been cooked several times. The chicken nuggets and the onion ring were burnt. The kebab was cold. Most of the food ended up in the bin. The coleslaw was very nice.

Sadly these gentlemen do not know their own delivery menu. I'm not sure what is wrong with burger bars in this area but it is scary how they can advertise thi gs which they don't even recognise. Spent 15 mi utes describing their own menu which they first acknowledged, then stated they didn't know how to make what was on their own list. .. Friday night couldn't give a f@#k maybe

Rude rude rude person on the phone I asked for my salad that will be on my kebab to be in a separate box because a large kebab feeds me and my child between us as I’m not a huge eater, my child doesn’t like sauces or salad so it’s just easier in a separate box well I am furious with how they spoke to me ( no it don’t come in a different box no I’m not doing that) just so rude no Thankyou no please on the phone anyway the food comes it’s not even remotely warm and it’s a good job I have salad in my fridge to add to my kebab they are absolutely tight, for a large I’ve always from everywhere I’ve been get enough not even mouth full worth. And the pita bread was a small one. Don’t even get a large pitta with ur large kebab portion sizes are stupid , on the other hand the chips are nice sadly I won’t be returning

We ordered a takeaway to be delivered. The order, when delivered, was wrong. We phoned to ask for the missing items to be delivered, and were subjected to a stream of abuse and patronising insults, sexist in nature, plus a refusal to acknowledge the original mistake.We are local residents. Businesses like this need us to survive, but we will never use this place again. Please, Aldo yourselves a favour and avoid at all costs.

I rang to order three dishes. They arrived without the sauce that I’d ordered. I telephoned to ask for the sauces to be delivered, very politely, and was subjected to a torrent of abuse. Unbelievable. I asked to speak to the manager, and was told that this WAS the manager! I was patronised, called ‘darling’ repeatedly despite asking not to be, and couldn’t get a word in edgeways! We are local customers, and have used this place many times. Needless to say, that stops here. Rude. Unhelpful. Bye bye.

Pretty good, particularly my favourite, a chicken donna. Wife had a chicken shish and liked it, but not the burger sauce, should have got her the chilli sauce.

Fantastic pizzas and kebabs. I highly recommend coming here due to such a wide selection of kebabs, pizzas and salads. They also do very nice chips. What is also fantastic is the fact that they are open almost all day. I strongly recommend coming here for food. Thanks to the people who served me you have made this shop are go to shop for kebabs.

Always good, looks clean. Combo kebabs are excellent, Messy burger is truely inspiring. Service is quick and efficient.

We use The Charcoal Grill for takeaways every few weeks. I like the Combos on offer and the quality is always good. The salads on offer always compliment the grills nicely. I particularly like the chicken kebabs with Shish. The home delivery timing is always good too ! Recommended !

"Hello charcoal" One large mixed kebab please with chips. Can you deliver please? "Half hour" And it is. Always. Sometimes 20 mins. A plastic box with everything. Plenty to feed me and the kids ( just get a few cheap pittas from Aldi in advance). Best flavour kebab in town.

Miserable staff followed by an even more miserable kebab. I strongly recommend you find another outlet for your kebab cravings.

Ordered a lamb shish with salad and chips..... I got a polystyrene container with a few little bites of meat , then filled up with a raw onion , the a pitta bread outside the container .... where were my chips ? Charged through the nose for it too!!!It was vile and have tried this place on a few occasions but never again!!!
