Subway in Canterbury

The delivery was spot on however the packaging is silly as a cold drink is put in same bag as a hot sandwich why?? This makes the sandwich cold when ordered a hot sandwich

Delivery service itself was perfect, driver was nice guy etc. Food itself was okay, lacked olives but rest was fine.

no problems with the delivery. food was completely cold and it didn't seem like my sub had actually been toasted at all lol. unpleasant wouldn't order again. not the delivery persons fault at all want to make that clear.

it was absolutely shocking the waffle fries were rock hard the sub was freezing and don't get me started on the pizza slice ....worst ever take away I've had 21pound later and food in bin

The estimated time was 20minutes and then went up to over an hour without any explanation. When order arrived the driver was polite but all hot elements of the order were cold.

Times changed a few times but order arrived piping hot and delicious!

Nothing to do with the driver. But subway kept making the waiting time longer and longer. 30 minutes longer than originally said. 90 minute wait

Ordered at 12 and the delivery time kept getting pushed back, when it was finally out for delivery we could clearly see the driver at another address and delivered it there which he shouldn’t have because you need a verification code to accept the food. it’s been almost 2 hours since I ordered and I haven’t got my food or my money.

The Vegan meatballs, were inedible. They were very hard to the point I somehow broke my brace and struggled to get a knife through another one.

The meatballs was too hard to eat and the sauce was not nice at all. The staff need to put more salad bit in the salad box as it was only quarter in the box me and my mum was so disappointed with the meatball and how much salad we had in the box 😞

Absolutely disgusting the chicken looks like it’s been chewed up and spat out on to the sandwich. I asked for my sub to be toasted - it was stone cold. Churros are so pale it’s basically dough. Never again - over £20 wasted

It's Subway so not expecting prime cuts or anything, but toasted bread felt stale and rotisserie chicken was dry. Definitely not worth the money, which included a non-optional bag fee, maximum service charge and delivery fee

food had salad in when requested no salad also only a couple of pieces of meat in each and hot sauce in all subs when not asked or ment to come in the sub and I cant eat hot sauce as I don't like spicy meatballs and the pizza bread was all good

Bought 2 footling meals, didn’t receive either of the cookies paid for, tried calling the store but they don’t provide you with a phone number and the one online isn’t a local one.

Didn’t get the drinks we asked for, wouldn’t have been so fussed if they hadn’t given us a drink we dont like or they rung to ask us our preference. My subway wasn’t really toasted as the cheese wasn’t melted either. But delivery time was early.

Great customer service. I was slow making my order and the staff did not rush me at all. Very polite and well mannered. Food arrived quickly, hot and tasty. Premises were very clean. I see this Subway has lots of bad reviews, not sure how as my experience was excellent.

Really nice fresh subway Polite staff and helpful dont rush with your order .Lots of thank you so very nice place to pick up subway if your in the area . We had Italian cheese bread,tuna tomoto ,red peppers and sweet chilli sauce. 😋

Wrong crisps but still like them but doesn’t matter

The delivery driver left the package outside without knocking, where it got soaked in the rain. YES, you're working, YES it is raining, and YES you can stand there and get wet. I don't want to hear rubbish about how you don't get paid enough. Do your damned job. It's your own fault if you're not suitably attired to work in the rain as someone who makes <deliveries>.

Wrong drink gave me a 7 up instead of Gatorade and wrong crisps not sunbites

ordered through uber eats and even though i ordered the bowl of meatballs they didn't turn up with my order, i tried phoning them to resolve the issue however they seemed to just ignore the call despite me ringing them for several minutes

But disappointed, sandwich came un toasted so of course was cold and instead of having melted cheese, I just had a cold block of cheese (ordered extra cheese) with a bit of salad and bread. Melted cheese in a sandwich is what makes its great.

Delivered the wrong order, won’t be using them again…

Ordered foot long meal from the app hoping to get it delivered. Ordered another sub through Just Eat, put the order reference number in. Explained I’d placed that order and to be delivered to my home address as I’m unable to collect. The driver only delivered one meal to me

The food is cold late, 40 minutes but the app won’t let me change it

Took a while to have a courier assigned, not an issue, I get it’s busy. Food arrived within 5 minutes of courier pickup and was stone cold all the way through despite having multiple toasted items. Receipt on bag clearly states do not cook hot food until courier is assigned, but im confident it was toasted when the prefer was received and sat waiting 45 minutes for the courier to be assigned.

Missing cheese from sandwich. Thrown together sandwich. Cold and squashed cheese melts!
