I have decided to now move on and do my weekly shop at Tesco. To start, parking no problem regarding safety. One way system, bigger parking bays and to date no sign of removal size vans parked in the bays. All shelves from what l saw are filled. No shelves with empty boxes with full boxes hidden behind the empty ones. Plenty of friendly staff on the floor to help on finding items for newbie shoppers. Last but not least, no queues, plenty of tills if you don't want to scan your own items, and here again, no queues. So to top it all, no STRESS. So thank you Tesco for making my shopping a pleasure, as for Asda, your loss and Tesco's gain.

I was in Telford for a show and brought my boyfriend with me. We decided to grab food at Asda as it is just up the road from the venue. We were originally met with relatively quick service however this would change. My boyfriend waited 45 minutes !! for lasagne and chips?? When it finally arrived the staff said that they had “forgotten” and half-heartedly apologised. The wait and apology, if you can call it that, were absolutely unacceptable. Will not be coming back nor ever recommending Asda to anyone.

I shop online using the delivery service. I have to book by Thursday night for a Sunday Delivery although, once booked, I can change things up to 10 pm on Saturday. No problem there. However, for the last few orders, there have been availability problems. Firstly, in the last few weeks, most of the Cadburys range of chocolate seems to be Out of Stock, including Crunchie which I like. This weekend I ordered three Extra Special meals and two pizzas. As this was a bit much, I deleted two of the meals in favour of keeping the pizzas only to be told they were unavailable. This has messed up my eating arrangements for the week. It is particularly annoying as they make the pizzas on site, or so I believe. So I am somewhat disappointed at the moment. The delivery service is excellent - if they have something to deliver!!

When I went shopping on Sunday the cleaning standards were evidently high with staff being proactive & helping customers. This I noticed as soon asI walked in with even each basket being antibac’d & wiped down .I had just been to Tesco and did not see the same happening there. I was a little fed up with not being able to see my children due to Coronavirus but was directed to the free flowers Asda were giving away. It really cheered me up & they are now on display bringing a little bit of happiness! I don’t usually shop at Asda but was so impressed with the hard work yesterday. Well done to all staff at Asda in Telford! Thank you so much for brightening up my day!

I would like to comment on the excellent customer service given by sapheena and Emily on the pizza counter. Very friendly and efficient I've often purchased a pizza and its aways pleasure to be served by either one of these 2 ladies. Please pass this review on to the manager of the Telford Town center asda so he can congratulate them on there superb customer service.

McDonald's breakfast was good but this was even better. We stayed at the Premier North Telford but the Brewers Fayre restaurant was overpriced. It's worth the trip to ASDA for breakfast.

Staff always pleasant and helpful but prices have greatly increased recently by 50-75p - shelves often low in areas or empty - cafe has become expensive also, we have stopped using it due to coffee being nearly £2.50 - it used to be a reasonable place to go for a treat but not any more.

I am not always easy to please, however you cant complain at £5 for a 12 item breakfast! The sausage are not the best quality but there is plenty to eat. The staff were fine, however they need to look carefully at food handling practices - we saw on lady handle food with her hands and then wipe them on her overall/uniform before handling someone elses food!

We have tried and given up on this Asda cafe permanently. The staff are pleasant but never look happy working and I do not know whether this is because of there working environment or fellow colleagues/management should be looked into. Out of all the supermarkets breakfasts we have ever eaten this has to be consistently the worst. Sticky tables and the lack of napkins are a further put off. Never again.

Why oh why do I keep trying this cafe.... well when I went past the bearded gentleman was on which is usually a hopeful sign... Not today. Firstly, the hot food area is covered so you can't see the food, it's not cooked to order so why can't you see it?? Food: bacon thin slices, 1 X barely cooked, 1 X couldn't cut, sausage burnt, fried egg - solid like wood (btw you can't have poached eggs ...wait for it... Because of health and safety...they couldn't expand further), hash browns - well they were edible - just, but super greasy. Tinned tomatoes were ok though!! I think I'll remind myself I have tinned tomatoes at home and save they £5 in future. I'm sure the staff have very little influence on what goes on in the café, or what they are serving, but they need to take some pride in what they are dishing out.

For many weeks now the ASDA store in Malinslee, Telford has been shockingly bad. Shelves are not stocked and multiple EMPTY fresh grocery bins, aisles are a mess and floors sticky. Seems only the cheapest quality meat and sausage is on offer ..... with these pathetic choices just WHAT KIND of customer are they appealing to? Manager should be removed.

Popped in at lunchtime to the ASDA at Malinsgate, Telford TF3 4HZ First Impressions.. the cafe was tired looking and the staff weather beaten. Was hoping for a bit of sunshine with my breakfast but I have to say it was the worst slop stacked on a plate I've ever eaten. Breakfast FAIL. over £6 with a cup of tea. I honestly feel ripped off. The restaurant Manager needs to either sort it out or move jobs.

I ordered a lunch deal consisting of 2 paninis, a fizzy drink and a portion of chips. They were served promptly, and were of a reasonable quality. Had I ordered something different, I may have given a higher rating. Staffs friendly and helpful.

The worst service I've received from any McDonald's. Waited 10mins to collect my coffee which was sat on the shelf all that time, so it was cold. Couldn't wait to get it remade

Waited over 15 minutes for 2 coffees. Staff were just standing around chatting behind the counter. Most of them seemed clueless about what they were supposed to be doing. By the time we got the coffees they were cold and the cream has melted. Tasted awful too, nothing like the galaxy lattes I've had before.
