Mcdonald's Restaurants in Plymouth

We visited this restaurant a few times and the breakfast items were covered in grease. It’s actually greasier than the other restaurant

Ordered food via Deliveroo, although it said it will be 40 mins it arrived within 10 minutes and all was freezing cold (£25 orders worth), I called macdonalds and they wouldn’t do anything about it and just said I should ask Deliveroo for a refund (which I’ve done) but clearly the matter is that macdonalds have already prepared food waiting around and going cold and then just sent that out to us rather than fresh warm food. This happened to us last weekend as well as items missing and all I received was £4 and an offer of free meals. I have called Deliveroo today and they’ve refunded the full amount even though macdonalds are the issue. Absolutely disgusting customer service and support from Macdonalds. Won’t be ordering again from them. Deliveroo on other hand, I use them frequently and never had issues.

Someone lost their wig in my chicken nugget meal. Quite appalled by the chunk of black hair that just came off of my nugget.

Visited at lunch time for a quick meal during lunch break. The place was busy as could be expected and there was approx 10 minutes wait for our order. What arrived looked like it had been assembled in it's burger box and then kicked around for a while before being placed in the bag. Notwithstanding the fact it lookrd nothing like the product as advertised, neat plump and inviting, the lettuce was soggy and wilted and the meat patties were cold. Not great.

ordered chips and other food, the chips never came, a wrap i bought was cold when i got it, chicken tasted uncooked , and the wrap was all messed up and mushed up??? disgusting.

Staff need more training cos NEVER get order right, it's starting to become a joke. Would never recommend and food is always cold

1 star got kicked out for opening a pack of salt to have with my chips and they kicked me out for it please don't go here there are workers that stopped me drinking after I did nothing

Came with family and the food wasn’t great and saw rats in the car park around the overflowing bins. Not a nice experience.

So i came to McDonald's for dinner with the misses on 21/01/2022 at 19:40, it wasn't massively busy but also wasn't dead in there, i then proceeded to wait 20minutes for my meal: big mac, Large fries, Large coke Wrap of the day, Medium fries, medium Fanta 2 mcflurrys i then could see the staff collecting the order and he had dropped the chips onto the side and acted like noone had seen before gathering them back up and placing them in the bag upside down, the 2 mcflurrys were basically milkshakes the amount of time they had been sat there waiting, i then asked about it and he proceeded to tell me its because they had been flurried. also while i was waiting there was a female staff member who was meant to be on "break" yet was still taking food out to cars who were waiting for there meal, she had her hair down, holes and rips in her trousers, putting her fingers in her mouth. just very horrible, cleanliness is awful. i then got home which was about 2 minutes away from the store and opened up the box to find i had a double cheese burger in a big mac box :/ safe safe to say i will not be visiting again

Found this outlet very easily with the aid of my sat nav. Called in at 9am for breakfast. Outlet was very clean and tidy and we were warmly welcomed by the lady keeping the place clean. Ordering was simple using the screen ordering system, a first time for me. Food arrived at the collection point within 5 mins. Food and coffee were hot and tasty. Reassuring to see that every single member of staff was wearing a mask, I guess it is company policy. Unfortunately not every customer was doing the same. This virus will never go away unless people start taking some responsibility for their and others wellbeing. Will most definitely call in here again on our next visit to Plymouth.

Ok, let's be realistic - this is McDonalds, not a Michelin starred restaurant so you're never going to get Haute Cuisine here. Yes, the buns come out a bit squashed and sometimes the lettuce is spilling out of the box, but you come here for the quick bite or to stop the kids going "Daaaaaaad, I'm huuuuuuuuungry" in the whiney voice only a child can do when you're already stressed out! The thing that sets this restaurant apart though is the staff. They're probably paid somewhere around minimum wage but still seem rather cheerful in their work and are always polite. Due to lockdown I have only ever experienced the click and collect, but not once have they got the order wrong (my partner has some intolerances so has to customise her food) and happy to help when presenting the free coffee tokens. Yes, there will always be the odd off-day, we're all only human, but all in all if you want cheap food with decent service around the outskirts of Plymouth then this is a decent choice.

What a disappoint, come to my local takeaway for what I didnt realise would be my worst drive through experience in my life, all was going well, my burger and chips had gone through, being a polite person I asked for a second order for my associate, the reply I got from the microphone was extremely upsetting to me, the sarcasm coming from the maid on the window just made me feel like I was not welcome at the venue. All this upset just for a wrap of the day... safe to say I will be very reluctant to return to the premises..

Visited the mcdonalds drive through tonight, after arriving home and getting ready to enjoy my food I came across what I thought was salsa in my burger, turns out it was a lady bug, im glad I saw it before i put it in my mouth! Tried to contract the restaurant but unable to get through what so ever!

Accepted sadly no veggie wrap available due to reduced menu, settled for veggie delux burger, got home with my meal to find 2 veggie dippers put in roll in place of the burger!!!!

recently refurbished up to date McDonalds with easy access just off A38 with good sized car park and drive through.

The quarter pounder with cheese is my favourite MccyD's. The chips are not to my taste but they are ok. On a good day this is best MccyD's in Plymouth. Just try and avoid peak times especially with the drive through.

Revamp is good apart from the design feature of now having doors in different walls that creates a breeze blowing through the building that is even worse when both are open. Not great in September. Will be awful in Winter. The old airlock door style...

No he visitado un McDonald's en algún tiempo y como estábamos a casa tarde una noche decidimos entrar para hamburguesas y patatas fritas. Estábamos tan decepcionados como las patatas fritas no estaban muy calientes y eran difíciles, que necesitan un montón si salsa para ellos! La hamburguesa era muy insípida, que se convierten en la norma para McDonald's. Por otra parte, el piso había sido limpiado la mayor parte del tiempo que estuvimos allí, aunque las mesas eran completamente ignorados. El personal era amable y muy eficiente y todo el lugar tenía el aire de estar bien dirigido, pero quizá no en todas las zonas a la derecha!

Es lo que es, pero tengo que decir en 2. 30 el personal hacen un gran trabajo de sonreír cuando da con borrachos abusivo que yo habría prohibido de por vida.

La comida es regular, es McDonald's.

Llamamos el sábado para el almuerzo. Había mucha gente, pero la que iba rápido. Pedí un gran sabroso con tocino y fuimos grandes como mi estómago necesitaba una alimentación gordita! Que lamentablemente olvidé mi tocino así me sentí mal nutridos. Por suerte volví después de una crema de huevo y pedimos mcflurry para saciar mi insatisfacción. Sigo intentando decir! !

Cola muy larga no y el personal era muy educado. Pedí una orden especial (sin ensalada) y me preguntaron para aparcar. Estacioné y comida trajo bastante rápidamente. La comida estaba caliente, correcto y tuvimos una buena experiencia. No hay mucho que se pueda realmente informe de de Mc Donalds.

Fuimos a visitar aquí durante la noche temprano recientemente. Este McD's aún no ha sido convertido en nuevo sistema de autofacturación. Pedimos nuestra comida, y tuvimos que esperar unos minutos, ya que estaban muy ocupados, pero cuando llegamos fue nuestra comida caliente y todo muy bueno. Lugar estaba lleno y no dudaríamos en volver de nuevo. Por lo que a nosotros respecta, este es el mejor McD's en Plymouth.

El restaurante estaba sucia. Big mac ordenados una comida grande y una hamburguesa comida. Tuvimos que esperar casi 20 minutos. Cuando llegó estaba frío. Volví y me dijo que el personal de mostrador farfulló algo y tomó otra 10 minutos para ser reemplazado. No hay disculpa, el personal no podía ser más cuidadosa.

Fuimos allí y la hamburguesa festivo de la gama de navidad. Tenía tiempo para el almuerzo, 6

Unfortunately I did not book a table before my visit and there were none spare when I arrived. Noone came to seat me or offer me a wine list. I am horrified that they do not have an alcohol licence here! Well things went from bad to worse. After finally getting a free table I HAD TO WALK TO THE COUNTER TO ORDER MY MEAL!!! i could hardly read the menu, even after disentangling my glasses from my handbag. So after all that I ordered a 'quarter pounder with cheese meal' , I asked for a diet coke with no ice.

Si te gusta "bebidas gaseosas" plana, este es el lugar para usted. Todo lo que he pedido una coca-cola o similar no hay travesura! Además en 4 ocasiones más probablemente sobre los últimos 6 meses mi pedido ha sido incorrecta y a veces esta no se realizó hasta que tuve y estaba millas awY! Vienen en McDonald's Plympton conseguir un agarre realmente no puede ser tan difícil hacerlo bien ¿verdad?

There are a number of McD's in Plymouth. This one has slow service and barely warm food. I requested a special order and the food supplied was not what I asked for!

Ordered food and paid for curry sauce.... Did t get curry sauce Expected food to be hot.... And it wasn't. This is bad compared to other McDonald I have been too. Do they even know how to cook? I'm not coming back to this McDonald's.

Hemos comido aquí unas cuantas veces a lo largo de los años y es un McDonalds típico. Como siempre, tienes que ver nuestro pedido antes de conducir, si es desde el Drive-thru porque se han conocido a lo malo en más de una ocasión. Son bastante organizada en el drive-thru pero puede llegar a estar muy concurrida en muy popular.

Promedio de alimentos pero siempre es lo que cabe esperar cuando visite cualquiera rápido un buen restaurante. El personal era normal aparte de una señora que siempre parece estar ahí y lo ha sido durante casi 20 años, ella es un encantador y tan amable y servicial, una pena el resto de los miembros del personal no son los mismos. Por otro lado, la comida es buena para disfrutar de un tentempié rápido y el paseo en coche por flujos bien!

Close to electrical store and medium sized B & Q as well as being beside arterial road to big suburb. Usually very busy and a queue for the drive-thru. Absolutely ordinary. Nothing exceptional.

I am surprised this is listed as the food is mass produced but of a basic quality. The salad is always a bit limp, spend a bit more an experience a non chain burger - must try harder mcdonalds.

Service shocking and dubious food hygiene practices, if you can bear to watch the food prep staff while you're standing waiting for the serving staff to slam your food onto your tray.

Un bochorno que sirve un asistente que parecía que ella era en realidad salir de su camino no sonrisa o residuos soplo en palabras, y un gerente que estaba sentado en una mesa al cliente para toda la longitud de mi visita charlando con su mate visitaba.

llegar en coche a la cosa que hablar a, que era una tontería ver había una persona pedidos de dos pantallas y la misma persona que toma el dinero que estaba tomando pedidos. Llegamos a donde nosotros le pagamos y nos esperaron durante al menos tres minutos y el tío coger el dinero fue ocupado pedidos, al final nos fuimos antes incluso pagando. Basura, y la basura en la zona era TERRIBLE.

Went to this McD and there was loads of rubbish from the drive through all over the place. Staff were not the best, like being served by children. Not the best place to visit for a take away.

Well I came in and I like to sit downstairs but their were all rowdy teenagers leaving their ketchup wrappers on the floor. I nearly slipped on one. I am very disappointed with this restaurant and i will be trying spud u like instead.

We stayed at Premier Inn just across other side of A38 and decided to walk the few yards to this restaurant. It's the first time we've had breakfast and it was fast and very hot, lovely! And busy but clean too. Thanks

the food is tasty and i have been here before party and hang out with my cousins and it is a bit busy in the car park and inside but other than that it is okay and i think people should go here less often so that you don't get stuck in the traffic jam and the drinks are nice but sometimes the machine breaks down and can't get the drinks we want to get so i think they should have more drink machines so that we can get served quicker

McDonalds típico. hamburguesas fresco y suave. café es la mejor oferta. Lleno de juveniles tratando de ser fresco y visto en un McD! ¿Por qué hay una cola para el viaje. experiencia horrible. Debo añadir que el personal bien formado y genial.
