McDonalds has got worse every year. I can remember using McDonalds when there were 4,5 and even 6 servers dealing with customers. Now it's all order and pay on screen, then wait in a crowd of other customers for your number to come up, then get your stuff and look for a table. It's horrible. Now other places like Tesco cafe have machine ordering. Very difficult if you want to adjust your meal or you have an allergy. Ultra processed food in an Ultra Processed customer experience. I suggest LIDL for Aberdeen Angus burgers, Pretzel buns, Deli mustard and a jar of sliced pickles. Lidl frozen fries are great in oven or air fryer. Do it yourself for a much better, healthier meal.

Service was slow and it seemed like all staff were rushed off their feet completing multiple jobs due to low staffing levels. The most thing i found disgraceful was appearance. As someone who has worked in hospitality a long time, personal hygiene and appearance is key. Watching a manager who's shirt was un-tucked, grease/stains all over it and going from packing orders to the kitchen cooking and flipping in-between without washing his hands was a concern and something that needs addressing by higher management. I get things may happen throughout the shift but at least put an apron on and cover it so customers cannot see it. Definitely won't be visiting this one again.

It’s not the first time they’ve got my food wrong I’ve even had undercooked food mentioned it to them and a manager has then had an attitude about it with me this time I decided to leave it as was going through the drive through and I mentioned having a breakfast wrap with ketchup so many times made sure to keep saying the ketchup one as brown sauce makes me throw up I’ve got home not paid attention opened it and seen brown sauce as I say they’ve messed up orders a lot it’s not such a big deal but would be nice to get what you paid for especially since prices are going up on everything I would’ve understood if I didn’t keep saying bout the ketchup but I did so…

The manager and workers don't understand the concept of 'phone order' Really poor customer service. The only language businesses understand is loss of profit, so I will never again give away my money to such an establishment. Hopefully Roscoes opening next door that'll teach them something. They take customers for granted.
