Wrong order AGAIN - really disappointing

Food Wasn't amazing - chips been re cooked goodness knows how many times - not a nice taste, some inedible. And few loose strands of cabbage and lettuce on the halloumi pitta which was disappointing.

Got my food in the drive through, told to park up and drinks took 20 minutes to get to my car, and I still had to drive home. It was 3 drinks. Idk

As a 68-year-old male I must have been the oldest person in the restaurant. Even the young parents looked like children! I was served by a very kind, humorous young man and collected my meal (wrap of the day, French fries and orange juice) from a pleasant young lady. They both smiled, which makes one feel welcome. The atmosphere was peaceful, my meal was tasty, and the lady who was cleaning was very friendly.

Food was cold and asked for a cheese burger and got just a bap

2 items I was charged for were missing from the order

I have a lot of problems using the McDonald's app.

chicken is fine but service is not got classic burger that got fries included with a drink had to ask for a drink myself in the end and fries wasnt included very unpleasant experience with staff that trying to fool customers

On the sporadic occasion when you require it, she fails you. Pretty sure I’ve paid at least twice for nothing. Clearly they don’t want any business, close your doors and go away like you’ve done on most high streets and stop wasting our time.

Never wait longer than 5 mins. Food is better than McDonald's, easy to order on kiosk.
