We order from here frequently, I’m never disappointed! Delicious food and friendly service.

Ordered via the app for table service, it was very quiet in there. Maybe 3 other tables with people eating. Food came out really quickly and order was correct, the chips were lovely and no ice in my drink as ordered however the burger (the main part of the meal) was vile, it was drenched with fat, I soaked up some on the serviette but it was really bad, I even googled to see if they were deep frying their burgers that's how bad it was. It was slop!! Will never bother going there again after that experience, ate chips 🍟 but chucked the greasy burger 🍔

Visited today with a friend for coffee. Staff not really helpful. I asked if they sold teacakes and was told to look at the menu, in an off handed way. Coffee was nice as was the teacake too. Offered jam and butter which was good. Biscuit provided with the coffee also Msic was too loud hard to chat with each other. Mentioned it to staff but no difference. A pleasant attitude would have been better.

Very tasty chicken, good value, and friendly staff. Frequently visit here on our lunch breaks, and you can also get a discount if you work locally.

Muy fresco, muy agradable casual. El personal era muy amable, aparte de la que me sirvió y sacó un chip de mi plato y se lo comió justo en frente de mí.

Used to be the brst kebab in gloucester, with now yummies selling and keeping this place, wouldnt eat here if you paod for it

Worst fish & chips ever. Possibly lunch time left overs reheated. Dried out piece of cod with hardly any batter, along with chips. Disappointing cold meal; will not be going back ☹️

Sabía asqueroso y era un total de £ 30 por solo 2 cuencos! No recomiendo! el pollo también estaba tan seco y no sabía a nada. A mi compañero le dio el pato y ni siquiera pudo saborearlo.

Absolutely terrible. On arrival we noticed how the hot counter was filled with food, all looking like they’d been cooked hours ago and yet we were the only customers in the shop at approximately 2pm. We decided to order 1x fish & chips and 1x sausage and chips. The chips were very pale in colour, so soggy that they were stuck together, warmish and clearly had been sitting there for quite a while. The sausage was nearly inedible, our daughter complained that it was very hard to chew and this again had clearly been cooked a while prior to our visit as it was dry. The fish was ok once it had been removed from the thick and soggy inside batter. Can honestly say it’s the worst chippy I’ve ever been to. We gave them the benefit of the doubt when we could see the chips being put in the tray but honestly, we should have cancelled our order and gone somewhere else. Don’t waste your money.

Changed massively! Four Hygiene dropped too 3! What a shame but it’s time to move on! From 3 times per week to none. I’d go elsewhere if I was you

Pedido 2 comidas de pollo Goujon. No podía comer ya que los goujones estaban demasiado fritos como resultado de que la masa no era comestible junto con las patatas fritas debido a que son la consistencia de un ladrillo! ¡No volveremos! No recomendamos este lugar!

Visited with my son for lunch and was not impressed at all. We were asked to sit down whilst tables were cleared by the manager although there were at least 5 empty tables that were ready. After a while we decided to sit at a table for two and none of the waitresses or manager approached us to ask what we wanted to order. We then asked if we could go for the Buffett to which the manager said “yeah”! We asked for drinks and the manager pointed us in the direction of the drinks machine! The pizza was lukewarm, very chewy and tasteless and the various salad creams were not labelled and area around them were messy. I would not visit this restaurant again and customer service is zero so not recommended.

Used to be great but ever since new management took over has gone severely downhill! Poor slow service, people waiting ages and obviously poor communication between servers and kitchen added to wait times

Ate twice from here during a recent family stay in Penclawdd. We had a young baby so having a takeaway walking distance from our air bnb was a godsend. Menu isn’t extensive ( no kebabs ) but what they do , they do very well. Service quick and portions very generous. Fish and chips, cheese rissoles and mince beef pie all highly recommended.
