McDonald's in Bexley

Ordered online for collection, food was ready for me when I arrived I was created by the lovely Heather who was friendly and helpful. Food was tasty as always.

We got seated straight away and waited half hour for pitta bread and homous then for the manager to come over say it has been given to wrong table the manager wasnt concerned she just offer a refund I know it was busy but too wait over half hour for pitta bread and homous The rest off our food was ok

Absolutely awful experience Dirty floors Dirty tables Sticky menus The manager is dismissive, arrogant and rude They only wanted to use one till for ordering even though this meant the queue was around people eating at their tables. Food was cold when delivered to table, order was not correct either. Worst Nando’s ever !!!!!

My daughter in law purchased some food today and unfortunately assumed all Nando's were halal (the ones we have been to in London and the South were). Although the food had already been purchased and she had left, I called to explain that we were unable to consume the food. I returned to the restaurant and spoke to a staff member, Katie, who was courteous and professional and offered a refund, which I accepted.

Ik ben dol op Nando's met sappig gegrilde kip met veel sausjes en bijgerechten. Maar de liefde is wel aan het bekoelen. Ondanks dat Nando's als fastfood wordt gezien, zijn ze niet bepaald goedkoop. Voor meer dan 70 Pond besteld voor takeaway voor 3 personen. De gegrilde kip is nog steeds okay, maar ze wordt kleiner en kleiner. De bijgerechten ook: de hoeveelheid frietjes, rainbow slaw, erwten en puree in de bakjes was schandalig klein, terwijl de prijzen dat niet zijn. De maiskolf was verbrand, hard en taai. Niet eetbaar, moest dit weggooien.

I ordered from this Nando’s one evening, waited over an hour as food took ages to be cooked. Once received the food, we was missing a double chicken wrap. So we thought we’d cut the other double chicken wrap in half as was missing one meal already. As we cut into the double chicken wrap, there was a hair in the middle of it. Made us all feel sick. So we thought we’d eat our sides, but then also noticed on the halloumi there was more hair on it.. not just one piece but two pieces! Honestly never felt so disgusted.

Visited with my adult son on one of the hottest days of the year and was relieved by how cool it was inside. Ordering using the QR code on the table and online was easy. The food came extremely quickly and whilst very tasty made the meal feel very like a fast food place - it would take longer to get food in McDonald's. The 4 rather than 5 stars however is for the loud music - we couldn't really chat over it. All of the staff we talked to were friendly and helpful - the place was clean and we would return to a Nandos again.

Came here for a cheeky Nandos. I like the way they take your name and number now and text you when the tables ready, rather than waiting about like before. We came back to our table and had a large booth. The food came out on time and all together and tasted really nice. We had a good meal

Spoilt takeaway birthday meal, by not giving us all the bags in our order. 40 minute round trip to get the rest, by which time first bag inedible. Thanks Nandos

Picked up a takeaway from here one evening in early May. We went in and ordered and the restaurant was very clean and organised and they seemed to be following all COVID procedures. Once ordered we waited outside until it was ready to pick up. When I got home and ate the food I have to say it was nothing special. I’d been waiting for this Nandos for a while and I was quite disappointed, hopefully it will be better when I dine in

They must have a new manager as the old manager was miserable and put the staff on edge. It has improved since my last visit. The waitress was friendly, she took our order and the food came out shortly after. The portions were a little small however it was nice.

We ordered Nando’s take out from the restaurant in Crayford. We prefer the take out service as it tends to be quicker and a bit hotter than getting it delivered. Highly recommend Nando’s and the restaurant at Crayford, but make sure you eat in or get a take away.

Just picked up a take away Nando’s .. The staff were so rude Manager with pink hair refused to give me a pirinaise sauce .. I could t pay cash for it .. and didn’t add it to my online order!! Pathetic !!!!! Brilliant customers service WELL DONE !!!!! Absolutely useless.... well Done for representing Nando’s so well .... Massive power trip for the manager to refuse to give a sauce worth 50p away !!!! JOKE

As a regular eater at Nandos, both in the Crayford branch and takeaway, I ordered a two meals for delivery and to my surprise the order came with MISSING chips. I called the branch and spoke with someone called ‘Yeb or Yep’ and claimed she was the Manager. She was extremely unhelpful and disrespectful on the phone. I asked her whether she could contact the delivery team and arrange for the chips that i had paid for to be delivered and she said ‘you’re probably not going to get them so i can’t do that for you’. I’m sorry but WHAT NANDOS?! Since when do you pay for something and don’t get it? And you should be willing to put it right and rectify your mistakes. Your ‘Manager’ needs to be trained in customer service.

I’ve been to this restaurant multiple times in fact I actually worked there at one stage many years ago the food is good and constant and is the same every time we go in. I have no complaints it does get a bit busy from time to time but I always enjoy the food.

Have not eaten in this place for years. Went yesterday with family for lunch. It was quiet which was a plus. We were shown our a table ordered our food and only waited a short time for our food to be served. The chicken was delicious so moist and nicely cooked. In fact all the food was excellent. They gave me a plastic covered cup for grandson with a straw which was good. All the staff were friendly and polite. My only criticism, the ladies toilets were a little messy and smelly with bits of paper on the floor. Other than that a good visit

I went here with my wife and adult kids. Bored of ordering at bar, going to get my own drinks. Food came out quickly and was reasonable. Very little staff interaction and nobody wish well on departure. All said I would return if my family requested as the young ones seem to enjoy it.

Absolute shambles at restaurant. Queued for ages in drive-thru lane, then long wait to move forward to give order, same for paying, and then no food at collection point. Told to wait in car park. Why? We have no burgers! I had seen youths with McDonalds packages wandering half-heartedly through the car park looking lost and wondered what they were doing. There were at least 6 cars waiting for items. Drove to car park, waited again until could stand it no more, and went back to collection window to find out where food was. Had to wait again as woman in front of me has had items omitted from order. When I asked to see the manager, boy amazingly found a small cheeseburger and fries immediately and gave it to me. I still asked again to talk to the manager to complain, and was told to go into the eating area. There a youth told me he was the manager - I didn't believe him at first as he only looked about 15 - and he had no answer. I told him that his drive-thru was a shambles and he ought to get it sorted out and that he would find an adverse report to his head office and to Trip Advisor, and left, still very angry. Isn't it strange that I didn't get a receipt for my order when I first started complaining - is it my suspicious mind thinking that they were seeking to avoid adverse comment?

So first of all two of the workers had EXTREMELY BAD attitude:they kept rolling their eyes, one of them threw the receipt at my friend and told one of their colleagues “I wanna poison you so bad, SPEAK ENGLISH”. Second of all one of them got my friends order wrong three times (along with her attitude) and the other one made the drink and left it there. On top of that she was staring at us seeing that no one had given my friend her drink. In conclusion, the service was terrible.

One of the better Nandos restaurants, premises are spacious and very clean. One good factor is that on the occasions we have visited this restaurant, we have never had to wait for a long time to be served. Food has always been very good.
