My 8 year old son ordered a plain bacon sandwich and I thought it was expensive. I asked for the receipt and realised he charged him for a veggie deluxe (8.99) with double bacon (£4.00). I must stress it was a plain baguette with bacon, no veggie deluxe, not even salad or sauce. He tried to say it was because of the till and if we had ordered chicken bacon it would have been cheaper. Really wish I took a photo. Absolute rip off merchant!!!! Same sandwich in Bagshot subway is £4.80 on the breakfast menu and the girls is friendly and polite!

They keep giving you half the order when they return foods cold

Ordered tonight for a birthday tea for half 7 delivery, said delivery was about 20 to 8 ,rang at quarter past 8 to be told another 10 minutes waiting for a driver ,got to 10 to 9 ,rang again to be told they had no driver it wouldn't be coming no contact to tell us this ,no updates through just eat or restaurant, absolutely disgusting service ,won't be using them again .

Ordered 2 pizzas, honestly the worst pizza I've ever had. Bread was really weird in taste and texture like almost old bread, flavour was proper bland From the rest of the ingredients too. Overall, wouldn't bother, over priced bland and possibly stale. £32 for the bin 🤣also delivery slow to top it off 👌

Food is absolutely delicious, great portions. Friendly staff, we never bypass this chip shop, can’t rate it high enough.

The batter was very thin hardly covering fully. The staff are horrible whispering and sniggering whilst looking over to the customers. The soaped faced girl serving me was abrupt and rude no manners at all. Won’t be going back. And as for the chips under cooked and all condiments are of a pore grade.

Terrible service. Staff are rude towards customers and no respect shown. Pathetic behaviour and no responsibility towards food. Not really bothered with food whether it gets cold or warm. They just bake pizzas and place them on owen. Food ratings should be less than 2.

I tend to be very fussy when it comes to where I order a Chinese from, however, I cannot fault this place in the slightest and whenever I go to prestayn to visit my nan we order from here every single time!

I had just got my Christmas Bonus from DWP, and its only £10 so I thought what can I spend £10 on? I dont celebrate Christmas so Eureka! I thought I would buy some nice food to cheer myself up. Due to high blood pressure, I thought Chickanos would be great as its a decent burger for part most years I've been going there. Never again! Burger burnt, chips burnt, Juvenile staff. I rang them to see if I could get a refund it was THAT bad, they said if you bring the take away down we will refund it.I havent eaten in a week due to high blood pressure how was I supposed to regurgitate the contents out of my stomach? So as you do I thought forget about it and put the phone down. I dont think I will be going back there, not in the near future anyway.

Helado básico, no muy sabroso, el chocolate sabe más dulce que cualquier otra cosa. La limpieza es cuestionable con mesas que quedan con migas y pañuelos sucios. La vajilla y las cucharas parecen que ya se han usado pero no se han limpiado.

Worst fish in my life had large cod but all batter and little fish finger inside and bad smell too through in the bin never go again

It is imperative to initiate a nationwide campaign to raise awareness about the substandard nature of this establishment. Additionally, plans are underway to pursue formal legal actions aimed at addressing these issues and potentially shutting down this establishment.
