why do i pay for missing food in delivery bag and no one will pick up phone when called

Ordered a delivery through just eat today ( Thursday 17th October)from this outlet. The order came with an item missing, I informed the driver who told me to phone the number on the receipt. The number rang for about 5min then an automated message said this number cannot take this call.. Not good enough

The customer toilets were Disgusting filthy and not clean.

They don’t like giving out paid dips! The amount of money they must take from customers is ridiculous. Food is standard nothing special, staff in the other hand are rude and very unprofessional. I was in the store and ordered dip for my chips and the girl rolled her eyes at me “hahaha I mean I paid for it” and I get eye rolled at! If that’s the kind of attitude you get you shouldn’t be allowed to work with the public…….

The service was very good and we enjoyed the food and company and the staff are very nice and how ever served chip they were yummy he did a good job at it a young men at the table service was very friendly with his cap tell him looks like someone from a boy band I will be again to try new food

As expected, it's a McDonald's at the end of the day... the cleaners are top notch, friendly and so nice... the servers however could do with ensuring orders are correct.

Once more with both the clydebank mcdonalds actually, another waste of money, sent me something I couldn't eat, requested no sauce as allergic and sent me one dripping in it, got run around from Ethan the manager and got nowhere an absolute joke, basically got robbed as it had to go in bin

Don't know why but find that if you customise your cheeseburger and add more onions, it tastes a lot better. McD, you need a way to keep your fries warmer for longer! 90% of time the fries are luke warm! And that's if you eat them as soon as you collect your order. Housekeeping could have been better. Then again if some of the mungrels that came in cleaned up after themselves..... 🤷🏼‍♂️

Did use run out of lettuce and mayo sauce or something???

Understaffed and overly busy due to the non stop profession of delivery drivers who are making a mockery of the term "fast food". The staff were all excellent btw, just need some help.

Just ordered 3 breakfast meals only received hash browns and drinks called the Clydebank Mcds restuarant to ask for our Mcmuffins and bacon roll and they told me to contact Just Eat help. We waited over an hour and now we have to wait up to days for a refund. Absolutely shocking service. You could,nt make it up.

Terrible. Ignore actual customers to make up just eat orders. Stood for 20 minutes at till and it was lime I was invisible. Manager on shift has spent more time drawing on eyebrows that go to her ears. Restaurant stinks of pish also. Then stood 15 mins waiting on a burger that takes 180 seconds to make. Multiple complaints by customers manager just stood and did nothing but huff and puff as if we were in wrong. Got a guys coffee wrong 4 rimes one after the other. Finally got cheese burger. Flung together with 4 pickles. Tomato sauce falling out of it and a freezing cold hard bun. Not an actual adult in the place making sure these kids actually give a damn. Staff do not speak to customers, not even a thank you. Disgusting food. Disgusting service. Disgusting face full of slap at their work. Steve and Monica if this is still one of yours I'd get in there and sort it out. Disgusted

honestly never order a delivery from the mcdonald’s app as when i did i never got my food then the app said that i had received it then i phoned up mcdonald’s and they said its nothing to do with them its uber eats fault so we phoned that up and they r gaslighting us saying that they had phoned me when they never did and anyway i had put on the notes to meet me at the reception they never did. and now none of them have given me a refund, my father is in the hospital and we didnt need the added stress

Food is always lukewarm in this place. Don't usually return it but did today. Chicken burger with bacon and triple cheeseburger. Both items cold . Returned them . When they brought out the next one's the bacon on both was freezing and chicken burger had no mayo. Not sure if it's due to lack of staff training or short staffed but it's always the same in here. Best sticking to coffee and Mcflurrys, they can't get that wrong .

Cleanest McDonalds we’ve been in. Service was quick, food was lovely. The manager (or franchise owner) was on the floor helping keep the place in order. Nice atmosphere. Not chaotic like others. Staff were lovely, relaxed, not stressed. Overall impressed. All this and it was a Saturday afternoon!

Great place brilliant customer service

Usual mc. Order at terminal and table delivered promptly by a smiling McAteer. Bacon although shortback, was a bit fatty, hash brown was its usual greasy self, coffee black acceptable, but why deliver with milk sachets.? Why not put them as an option or display as a separate drink. Rather than bin them I took them home - ta. British catering is blind to the term BLACK coffee. Sigh.

Usually go to Maryhill and always find a fault. We went to Clydebank today and it was flawless. Staff were pleasant, cheerful and very helpful and our meals were perfect 👍 We will be back there. Well done, good management 😀

Came on 12pm Sunday lunchtime. It was busy due to the online orders alongside the in-store orders. The staff managed to give the food on time everyone.

Worlds largest fast food chain. I've been to many different countries in the world but no matter where you go McDonalds always tastes the same. In a way this is good as you can always be sure of what you're expecting. Unfortunately the reality of it is that their food is mass produced in one place before being shipped out to whatever country. Kids always seem to love McDonald's therefore making it a good place for kids parties.

We stopped here at the mid-point of getting some things for our new house. Parking wise, don’t make the mistake of doing so near the Drive-Thru entrance. We did and it was a bit difficult to squeeze ourselves out. That aside, absolutely no complaints with our meal. Our order was correct, the food tasted as it should and the cleanliness of the restaurant was sufficient. A couple of dodgy touch screen panels (where you order), but nothing to dampen the mood. As Maccy’s establishments go, not too bad at all.

The burger was predictably tasty, but the experience was not at all good. Couldn't get a seat at circa 12.30. Came back at 1.00pm and still no seats available. Ordered at 1.30pm and collected food at 1.40pm and still no seat available. Had to sit on the floor against a wall. Shocking experience and I won't be back at Braehead again for lunch, that's for sure.

One of the few locations open after all the shops have shut, which can be a boon for the hungry pedestrian.

Food was great. Had to wait a while but it was busy. Tables were dirty and ice cream spilled on floor with no attempt to clean it up.

New chicken crispy did not say it was spicy, so that was a disappointment.

Putting delivery orders over shop and no balance by time I got my order to the car quick check to make sure was all there and was lukewarm. We were all hungry so ate our meals cold ..pathetic .. I used to love mcds but been goin downhill a lot lately .

Time and time again this place just shows how lazy their staff can be, Really unfortunate on the ones that do actually work hard, burgers constantly not up to standard to a point where I've had an issue almost weekly, stale buns were served to me on my bbq bacon stack and the whole burger was inedible, absolutely shocking and disappointing knowing this mcdonalds can do better, quality has tanked tremendously, do not eat here.

Low rating due to the noise, music is overwhelmingly loud and can't find a quiet table where you can avoid it. Ask for it to be turned down and it is, a tiny bit. Then it's turned back up again. It's full of young teens and students, they can be loud at times but that's fine. In terms of space it's definitely pram and wheelchair friendly.

Absolutely disgusting 🤮 was sitting in having something to eat and watched a staff member wipe a table then the floor then to a different table all with the same cloth made me feel physically sick to watch at least use a cloth for the table and a mop for the floor think environmental health should take a pop into this

It's just nasty. The food is rank, it looks terrible and nutritionally it's a train wreck Largely leaves an aftertaste of greasy cardboard.... For some reason people with no taste think it's a treat.... What's worse is that I've been back since.

I use this McDonald's all the time either if I'm passing by on my break, or when ordering a delivery. However, tonight (Monday 6th June) I've had quite possibly the worst customer service from any fast food restaurant.... And even worse, it was from a manager (tall blonde slim guy). I went to order my food from one of the electronic little kiosk machines.... The shop wasn't all that busy in fact. It was around 7pm in the evening. Once I made my order, I went to go stand by the side and just wait for my order. Whilst waiting on my order, I was observing the staff... Just for curious reasons, because I'm an ex-employee from McDonalds myself. I did happen to notice 2 younger girls working at the front of the tills alongside the manager and neither one didn't look all that happy - as if there were tensions arising. This was obvious to see as it looked like the blonde girl was being rather short with her manager also. Anyways, I seen the manager about to call out my food order number and I start to approach. As I approached, he never once looked my way, looked at me, never said a single word, nor even acknowledge my existence. I went to ask him if I could have a couple of sauces.... He still never looked at me. He reached down and grabbed the sauces and placed them on my tray... I then grasped my tray and as I was about to walk away.... I look at him and say thank you and have a nice day. He then continued to not say a single word, nor look at me in any way possible. Look, I'm not usually one to rant... But as a paying customer and someone who works with customer services myself and a former manager myself.... I find this HIGHLY inappropriate and appalling. Someone like him shouldn't even be a manager if I must say so myself, if his passion isn't the customers, the staff and the companies reputation. He is meant to set an example to his staff and show his staff how to treat customers well. But blatantly ignoring a customer before his very own eyes is disgusting. I will not be using this McDonalds again for whatever reason... I'd rather spend my well earned money in another McDonalds where I'll not feel so unvalued.

Ordered a Big Mac and tbh it's the dryest burger i've had. Not ordered from McDonald's in a while and I don't know what their doing to it but it's so dry that it crumbled. If you're hot holding the meat then you seriously need to stop, if not then you're holding the burgers too long.

Ordered a breakfast at 10:40am on just eat. They then proceeded to cancel the order at 11:00am when the breakfasts had finished. Why?? Now the breakfasts are finished. This place is so unreliable I swear. Last time I'm ordering here!!!!

Friendly staff and quick service

I was only in briefly but even though it was slightly busy the the process wasn't long ordering at the counter with cash and picking up meal. The restaurant was clean and tidy as we're the toilets and staff were friendly.

Christmas festive burger was cold.went to till and said cold ,told sit down and we will replace it with new one ,sat for a while waiting and nothing, went back to till to ask where is my new burger only to be told they had forgotten about it and to sit down and they would bringing.buy the time I got it my wife ate all her stuff and wS ready to go.when I ate it ,it wasn't worth the wait. The capachino was great
