Mcdonald's Restaurants in West Dunbartonshire

Usually go to Maryhill and always find a fault. We went to Clydebank today and it was flawless. Staff were pleasant, cheerful and very helpful and our meals were perfect 👍 We will be back there. Well done, good management 😀

We stopped here at the mid-point of getting some things for our new house. Parking wise, don’t make the mistake of doing so near the Drive-Thru entrance. We did and it was a bit difficult to squeeze ourselves out. That aside, absolutely no complaints with our meal. Our order was correct, the food tasted as it should and the cleanliness of the restaurant was sufficient. A couple of dodgy touch screen panels (where you order), but nothing to dampen the mood. As Maccy’s establishments go, not too bad at all.

So I took my wife and 2 kids to McDonald's on Tuesday afternoon, only to find after I ordered a Large Big Mac Meal and fries for my kids to share that the meat was like cardboard! The bun reminded me of a bit of paper dunked in water and the fries were more salty than you can believe. Would never go back and I advise you to never go back too.

Where to start. Cold food, sent all items which were cold and asked for money back. How poor do yr standards have to be when all the food served was cold? Why do staff deem it ok to be cleaning one minute then begin serving food without washing their hands? The office boy (white shirt, no name tag) who came out to provide change so that we could get our money back glowered at us rather than offering apology, I think there are training requirements for yr staff. Poor customer service from office boy and poor hand hygiene from servers. Also good idea to serve food at legal and safe temperatures. My wife cleaned our table whilst staff stood by and struggled to empty a bin. Be aware that I will be emailing Environmental Health in W. Dunbartonshire Council with my concerns in the morning.

Refitted since the last time I was here. Very busy at times but serves your usual food cyou would expect. Nothing special.

we only go in b4 lunchtime our favourite is cheeseburgurs freshly cooked and staff always friendly .service great and prices good..

Went for dinner with the kids chips were cold and not cooked properly and were covered in salt.staff were nice tho

Sometimes hard to get a seat as is so popular especially with kids and guardians but the wait to get served is worthwhile

Went in here on a Saturday. It was very busy and the service was very slow. Atleast the food was good!

I only visit McDonald's when I'm forced to go with friends or family who like their menu. The service in the Clydebank restaurant is always friendly and efficient. To be honest I think their burgers are tasteless. In fact they are not quite tasteless but if I was given a burger shaped piece of cardboard I probably wouldn't notice the difference. However I do like their breakfast menu, particularly the sausage, egg and cheese bagel. If you like McDonald's or that type of menu then go there, you will probably enjoy it. It's just not my preference.

Clean and well presented, great coffee & food as you would expect from McDonalds. Service prompt and polite, handy location - perfect for when the urge for a quick pit stop & a bite to eat suddenly hits. I'm particularly fond of the coffee - especially at the price.

mcdonalds seems to be going down hill rapidly, the last few times I have been the chips have been cold and soggy as if they have been microwaved or left a long time, the chicken burgers have been rubbery and the juice is just water, used to like it but it is really getting bad

Popped in here for quick refreshment , quick service and pleasant girl serving . Didn't wait any length of time for my black coffee and chocolate doughnut . Nice tasty coffee and a quality doughnut . Clean place and not to noisy

standard mcdonalds, polite service and warm food, standard mcdonald options. not keen on the pay at the wall like the personal service at checkout

I would tightly recommend the boat to everyone and anyone this time we went as a family but we have been as a couple and even for work meets and it's had always been perfect fast friendly service with brilliant staff can't fault them at all and top quality food

had a few things in this restaurant got to say happy with the choice of food and cakes the only thing is i feel it is a bit pricey and the staff never seem to smile looking as if they having a bed day

Got a fish supper was full of bones and chips tasted blanched and from last nite the batter was runny and off took not well from it not be recommending any of my family or friends

Again had to use the emergency napkin because there was chewing gum in my glass but overall the fish tasted like chipsThanks for reading my review ma mates R.I.P Shammie

Just went to the famous fish boat there, what a meal I've just had the fish is the best av had in like ever! Also the ice blast cocktails are fantastic!! My gran had homemade steak pie she said was better than hers lol, wee brother had an oven baked pizza looked amazing was too full after the fish defo have 1 the next time!! The staff are lovely great service defo be going back next Monday!

If your in Clydebank and need some fast food then visit Mcd's for a tasty burger meal. This place is right in the middle of the shopping centre and so is very busy but the staff were very attentive and food served up in no time despite the place being packed. When you don't want a restaurant meal but need something quick to fill you up,try this.

When mikeydees opened I was their first customer and the burgers were fab,now God knows how many years later,OMG the grub is pure .... Bad.Limp everything and once eaten,limp me!. Bad Mac Bad !. New range!.

Cuando estoy en el centro comercial si estoy en el fondo y luego me entrad en este restaurante. El personal es muy amable y la comida es estupenda y es siempre fresco. Me gustaron particularmente sus pasteles que son para morirse. Sin duda volveremos de nuevo.

Ordered the big tasty with bacon meal and had to wait while 4 other orders were filled for probably the coldest burger in living memory.

They offer you medium or large when actually the portions are the same only your charged more Chips only half cooked and pale and Chicken Selects like rubber so not very nice .

The staff in here are lazy and stand about talking to one another while everyone is waiting in growing que and by the time they even serve you and you leave you most likely find that they have got your order completly wrong and the girls need to wear there hair nets correctly as im not eating from this place again as the last few times ive came across some hair twicd now and its not mines d

This is a very busy mcds,staff are always very polite and friendly ,toilets are well maintained -Ronald dosnt stand on your toe with those big feet,Having be to a few mcds they arnt all quite the same ,I like this one because it puts plenty sauce or mayo on your burger or deli sandwich .Never seem to run out of milkshake which I have found in other places.So if you fancy a mcds in the area this one should suit your needs

Same old boring menu in every outlet. I am sorry but this concept leaves me feeling too much like being part of a herd of sheep rather than an individual

Going off food as fed up seeing it but daughter loves it along with son. Yes chicken selects are nice but can only eat so much.

The staff in this branch are absolutely unreal!! They spend more time talking to one another rather than oaying attention to the line of customers steadily growing and snaking further and further back!! When the food is given its rubber and cold and definitely not worth the money or the wait!!! Too much going on around them to actually ensure decent food and service!!
