Burger would have been nicer if it was hot chips cold .not a 😊 customer

everything frozen cold, this is probably due to the driver turning around half way and going back to the restaurant

Everything was cold, toys were missing, half the food was missing, called them up and got told to basically do one and submit a complaint through the app. Absolutely abhorrent.

ordered specifically for the Minecraft toy, got 2 big mac Minecraft movie meals and didn't get a single toy, not the first time we have ordered something for the free item (the stormzy stickers) and we didn't get it.

Was missing 2 burgers and 4 fries out of my family burger deal. Two 9 select share boxes with all the sauces. The chicken nuggets came like they were reheated atleast 3 times. So after spending £50 I ended up with two mcflurries 20 nuggets and two big Mack’s. Shouldn’t happen to anyone.

I only got my chicken nuggets and chips and I didn’t get my 2 hamburgers and chips and it took the money out my back absolutely disgraceful

2 Big Macs both missing a patty and a large strawberry milkshake was missing and in its place a fruit shoot

Don’t think this McDonald’s has ever got my order correct. Always items missing and always freezing cold when it arrives as courier is left sitting there for 20 minutes waiting for my order which is ready and just sitting in a bag. Last time I order from here. Complete shambles.

Food was totally unedible. Almost looks like someone had spilled salt shaker on the burgers. Large chips was less than half full. Delivery driver is a pest.

both burgers arrived unwrapped thrown around the bottom of the bag and the mccrispy came ejected from it's box!!!!

arrived opened - was told by delivery driver that the bag burst when ut was lifted out - even though juice was also spilled onto all the napkins and the food was only slightly warm and chips barely even cooked

Driver had drove by the house to go to another delivery about 15-20 min away and resulted in my food being freezing

Slow, no one seemed interested in orders getting out to customers. Waited 15 mins for a breakfast wrap, asked how much longer to staff and just got a "don't know "reply. Awful worst McDonald's been in.

Breakfast Wrap was missing the bacon, Sausage and Egg McMuffin was missing the egg, so not a great job...

Shocking you took money for ice cream which you already knew the machine was broken.Will not use again that’s a lot of things you have gotten wrong

online it says 24hours i have now tried to go in 4 times and tried again last night on my way home at 8:34 and got stopped at the door to be told they are shut while all the staff members stood and laughed from the instead of the building i’m not very happy about this , why is it stated 24hours online and it is shut at 8:34 at night ?

I was wondering if I could be refunded due the o my meals being freezing and like rubber the chips were cold and like rubber and so was the burger as if they were reheated

Absolutely ignored, left standing like a piece of crap while staff walked by.no assistance from staff. Had to ask 3 times and was given the look of someone who didn't give a hoot.

Order arrived over half an hour later than original time given, then arrives with only fries & a juice. Called the restaraunt and they say there is nothing they can do after waiting nearly 90 mins for it to arrive

The delivery drivers always phone me and can’t find my address When you phone McDonald’s they just say it’s not there problem And the food is always cold and inedible

Delivery was missing all the hot food so we only received the drinks and ice cream. Spoke to the driver who said he only got 1 bag and to call the restaurant. Called the restaurant and they said there was nothing they could do and to complain to just eat. So waited an hour for a delivery to be sat without any of the food I ordered. I’d accept it being a mistake if part of the food was missing but not all of the food just totally horrendous service.

Fast and food was warm. They never had my drink so got a phone call and asked for a different option which I thought was a good idea. And they even put in a wee note saying sorry. How sweet is that.

Delivery driver was fantastic, so polite and helpful when my order was wrong. Hope he sees this feedback as he deserves the recognition. The food was awful, as usual from McDonalds.

4 things missing from order, there is always something wrong when you order from here. Very difficult to prove this to just eat and get a refund. Wouldn’t recommend ever

I ordered the attached Lge. Katsu Chicken MEAL. & 1 lge. Coca cola. There ae NO fries included!! A Mc.D's Meal ALWAYS includes a side! WHY was I NOT given ANY FRIES? The restaurant are NOT helpful, and I cannot SPEAK with ANY Human on Lets Eat Cust.

Upset. Not the whole delivery was delivered. They say I’ll get my money back in a few days. But what about the person that didn’t get food. Now I have to make something or go and reorder. And they then eat alone. Unfair.

Difficult to find a parking place. There are in total 20 spots, but not enough as we had to wait 10 mins for someone to leave. Food was ok, except for the fries which were unsalted and soggy.

There are not many parking spaces, but it is next to the motorway . At 8pm, I was on the motorway near Luss and was looking for a toilet. It was more convenient to go to this place. All the nearby P spots were closed. I could go to the toilet on this shop, take a break, eat something, and then continue on my way.

Should be 0 stars. Bunch of most ignorant staff I have ever see in my life. People just being ignored, 274 couriers waiting for their order for ages but every single "employee" jump and dance around the kitchen extremely happy. JOKE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE

No problem with the food from the store. The manager couldn’t have been more helpful. Issue is the just eat courier. They had pressed the button to indicate they were in the store, which they clearly were not. Food had been ready since 1407 but wasn’t delivered to 1508. All food items freezing and inedible!

In with grandkids. Food piping hot. Kids enjoyed their treat. First since lock down began. Cannot go wrong with a Macdonalds Food not warm at all Coffee the same. Place extremely busy Staff doing great job tidying up and keeping place functioning Disappointed with food

Food was warm, and good portions of chips, burger was good too, and cheese melts were warm too, only thing I never got was curry dips but overall was still good
