Mcdonald's Restaurants in West Dunbartonshire

The most stupid place to pick up deliveries from offer 11pm it’s so embarrassing to stand behind the closed window specially when the customers who are taking there drive thru orders and they give that 😾 look and for sure it’s not safe for the drivers to stand on the drive way they better fine a solution for it

It's annoying that you have to enter a bunch of personal details to connect to wifi, but that's always the case in Britain

So the reason for giving this McDonalds 4 stars, there have been multiple occasions whereby we have not received a complete order prior to exiting the car park (drive through). The construction of the products have been sloppy and required readjusting when returned home with food. Aware of the pace in which the team need to operate I believe this can not be avoidable. It is a very busy restaurant and would highly recommend using the app. However there are times the app shows products not available when they actually are.

As usual order at drive thru heading back Glasgow half meals missing had turn back this seems be common in McDonald's

A very useful McDonald's near Loch Lomond for a snack and drink break when travelling in Scotland.

Used the drive through on a Monday morning and it was fast with no hassle.

Should be 0 stars. Bunch of most ignorant staff I have ever see in my life. People just being ignored, 274 couriers waiting for their order for ages but every single "employee" jump and dance around the kitchen extremely happy. JOKE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE

Great service although very very busy.

I placed an order through McDonald's delivery app. My order was missing a large milkshake and large fries. Which is the fault of McDonald's staff and not uber. I paid delivery fee, service charge and driver tip. When I made the uber driver aware he told me to contact McDonald's which I did only to be told to contact uber. Uber did refund for the missing items however the service from McDonald's was awful so why pay a service fee of £2.50 when the service was clearly not up to standards and a delivery fee for a wrong delivery. Absolutely shocking!!!!

Normally just use the drive through as go when heading to work

Use thus McDonald's often as I attend the hospital just down the road. Staff are always very helpful, restaurant always clean and tidy.

I had specifically asked for some ingredients to be removed and everything was ignored! Unacceptable. Chips also arrived very soggy! Never again!

Order didn’t arrive. Tracking stopped working. Restaurant wouldn’t answer their phone. Had to get refund from just eat. Order was then marked as delivered but still no sign of it.

The McDonald's will always miss ingredients on your items and sauces in the bag.And when you specifically ask for them , they will lie and see that they have them and then charge you and then not give you them

This one gets a 1-Star rating because they offer free tablets which are mounted to the tables in the child area.

The food and drinks were dumped on my door step cause it all the drinks to soak all the food and disintegrate the packing across my door and steps.

delivery driver refused me my food said code was wrong when i was told it was 0002 he said no wrong and prceeded to attempt to steal my food

went to the bathroom and delivery driver came and then left again with the food

An absolute disgrace sent my husband for 2 iced twixt latte not realising the don't do iced twixt latte he came back with 2 lukewarm cops of dishwater nobody explained to him they didn't do iced and they certainly were not twix latte took them back and all I got was a weak apology I used to be a manager in McDs and would never have treated a customer like that

specifically put no onion on my burger as I have an allergy and the burger was covered in onion Lucky I check before I eat it. app and driver were great as always 5 stars to then just the restaurant that really let it down again

Chips were cold and not salted. Staff forgot to put straws and napkins in our bag. No milkshakes were available. Cheese was hanging half out of the burger and part of the chicken select was missing.

took an hour to arrive and the drinks were spilled in the bottom of the bag. the driver was lovely couldn't have been more apologetic saying "the teenagers working there were throwing everything in the bags please be careful, I told them to stop"

Service was fast, but maybe because the food had been desiccating for sometime. Worst burgers and fries I've ever had from the chain. Fries were dry, the burgers were like sawdust previously dunked into an over diluted beef stock, moulded into a mac and cooked with a hair drier. The bacon was equally dry and crumbly, but it did have taste.... erm salty, does that count as a taste? Avoid this place. My son, a devoted carnivore sum it up as, 'the salad was the best bit'. The highlight? Driving away... Oh and an after thought, the carpark was like an alternative reality Tardis. It was much smaller in the inside than the outside.

We visited around 10:15pm on a Tuesday night and ordered for table service. There were several loud teenagers in and the music was to loud. We waited 10minutes sti no order I approached the counter and asked where our food was so obviously had been overlooked and it was'nt that it was busy. We got the food promptly ate and left.

there was missing chips and the sauce I ordered was wrong, this is nothing on the driver he was excellent this is all on mcdonalds.

I was happy with the delivery but disappointed with the restaurant attitude as they was putting the blame on Justeat for the missing items as it was a member of staff who packed the items in the bags as they have a list of items that has been ordered

This is one of the best McDonalds I get to stop at on my travels. Forfar and Broxden McDonalds could learn a lot from this outlet.

Atmosphere was awkward Good was tasty Service took 40mins for pancakes and a sausage patty..

Hot chocolate machine not working and producing brown water, staff were very apologetic and replaced for other items no hassle.

In with grandkids. Food piping hot. Kids enjoyed their treat. First since lock down began. Cannot go wrong with a Macdonalds Food not warm at all Coffee the same. Place extremely busy Staff doing great job tidying up and keeping place functioning Disappointed with food

Delivery driver was extremely friendly despite the pouring rain and delivered my food on time, warm, & free of drama. 10/10. Wish I could have this gentleman as my delivery driver every time.
