Delivery driver rude and ignorant After numerous calls from him trying to find our adress when location on app was provided. Food freezing cold and wrong sauses provided. Terrible service. Food was binned and ordered from a different take away for a hot meal. I want a full refund

As per usual something was missing and the rest of the food was lukewarm

Food was freezing to the point where inedible, half filled chips and just generally bad quality. Nothing fresh, could tell everything had been sitting under a heating lamp for a while

Missing pineapple stick in happy meal so all my son got was 3 fish fingers and a juice, and got given a McSpicy instead of a McCrispy.

Ordered meal and got 1 large fries instead of 2 and food was frozen and no drinks and they were put into a bag and spilled everywhere and delivery driver walked away when said drinks have been spilled and phoned up McDonald’s where I ordered it from and they went “ unfortunately we can’t do anything about it because we didn’t deliver it” and hung up when mentioned a refund or another order

I went yesterday with my 8 year old son. bags were shoved at me from a girl with a dirty neck with no thank you nothing. Completely no Customer service. Staff were completely ignorant in such a small space of time.

Difficult to find a parking place. There are in total 20 slots, but not enough as we had to wait 10 mins for someone to leave. Food was ok, except for the fries which were unsalted and soggy.

Waited a hour and a half for £50 worth of food and it’s sayin it was delivered at 17.10 that is not the case I’m taking this further as this was my last £50 to treat us for dinner tonight

Driver got lost could barely speak English or follow Sat Nav or spoken instructions the place isn't hard to find and when he finally reached here the food was stone cold thus flung in the bin

I had requested sandwich sauce on my fillet o fish and it came with the tartar sauce, the mcrispy was also to have no lettuce but arrived with lettuce

Not impressed at all, wouldn't say it was mental busy but waited a wee while. My real problem was the standard of food. The fries weren't cooked at all. The wee woman on the floor swapped these no bother but the ones we got instead weren't great either. Wee woman was lovely for the record. Wish I'd taken a pic before sending them back. But I'll post one of the fries I got.

There order arrived late as usual with this McDonalds Balloch, when it arrived the drink had spilled in the bag due to McDonald Balloch employee not closing it properly. This made all food wet and inedible. Courier took it back but when I spoke to McDonald Balloch on the phone the employee was very rude and condescending and told me to speak to Just Eat about a refund because they won’t send the order back unless I pay again. Don’t order from McDonald Balloch never!!

The most stupid place to pick up deliveries from offer 11pm it’s so embarrassing to stand behind the closed window specially when the customers who are taking there drive thru orders and they give that 😾 look and for sure it’s not safe for the drivers to stand on the drive way they better fine a solution for it

Orded for delivery at 5pm got delivered at 3:30.. Why ask when I want delivery.. Then disregard my wishes???

orders really need to be tripled checked as my kids had no meals so i had to give them mine so i went without. when i asked the driver all i got was 'awryt' as if he didnt care which is shocking. without fail you always have at least 1 thing missing which is why i havent ordered in a very long time. disgraceful!

So the reason for giving this McDonalds 4 stars, there have been multiple occasions whereby we have not received a complete order prior to exiting the car park (drive through). The construction of the products have been sloppy and required readjusting when returned home with food. Aware of the pace in which the team need to operate I believe this can not be avoidable. It is a very busy restaurant and would highly recommend using the app. However there are times the app shows products not available when they actually are.

as usual stuff missing from order, not that hard to read the receipt and make sure every item has been put in, especially when that's your actual job 🙄

Delivered earlier than expected

Put right address in and no one knocked on door till 10 minutes after saying out side and an absolute disgrace of a delivery driver for arguing with me and no phone calls or anything saying they were outside

I placed an order through McDonald's delivery app. My order was missing a large milkshake and large fries. Which is the fault of McDonald's staff and not uber. I paid delivery fee, service charge and driver tip. When I made the uber driver aware he told me to contact McDonald's which I did only to be told to contact uber. Uber did refund for the missing items however the service from McDonald's was awful so why pay a service fee of £2.50 when the service was clearly not up to standards and a delivery fee for a wrong delivery. Absolutely shocking!!!!

Use thus McDonald's often as I attend the hospital just down the road. Staff are always very helpful, restaurant always clean and tidy.

Order didn’t arrive. Tracking stopped working. Restaurant wouldn’t answer their phone. Had to get refund from just eat. Order was then marked as delivered but still no sign of it.
