cool restaurant very good value for money, large portions

Freshly cooked food, but this site could do with being twice the size to meet demand. The kitchen and car park were pushed to cope at 11am and for that reason I've only given 4 stars for service

Ordered 2 tops yesterday for delivery when I was in store at John Lewis Liverpool, my size was not in stock l. The assistant Elaine went above and beyond normal Customer Service and was absolutely brilliant. Persevered when my App gave problems and could not have been more helpful and professional. Great Store, great service, highly recommended Alice Rogers

It was a brilliant place I found the food a bit pricey but was worth the money absolutely delicious food then staff was amazing and polite the only issue I have is that the toilets was absolutely filthy and dirty and needs more attention because the toilets was dirty with pee on the seats and poo stains on the rim of the toilet there was toilet roll on the floor and pee on the floor to and it's not high standards that's my opinion but other then that absolutely lovely place to eat some chicken especially with how crispy the chicken was. UPDATE: The food has given me a bad stomach and believe to be food poisoning please be careful and check your chicken before you eat it.

Absolutely hate the new screens they've put in, they don't pick up my inputs, and I'd feel a lot more comfortable in general having the option to order with someone. Came in and the lass was stood in the back playing on her phone, I tried to get her attention and when I eventually did I asked if I could order with her, she said I had to use the self service screens. So I had to leave, and obviously won't be back until there is an option to actually order with a member of staff.
