Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen in Plymouth

It was a brilliant place I found the food a bit pricey but was worth the money absolutely delicious food then staff was amazing and polite the only issue I have is that the toilets was absolutely filthy and dirty and needs more attention because the toilets was dirty with pee on the seats and poo stains on the rim of the toilet there was toilet roll on the floor and pee on the floor to and it's not high standards that's my opinion but other then that absolutely lovely place to eat some chicken especially with how crispy the chicken was. UPDATE: The food has given me a bad stomach and believe to be food poisoning please be careful and check your chicken before you eat it.

Popeyes at Plymouth. Food came quickly, but was thrown all over the tray. Hygiene level was absolutely appalling. We have photo evidence, but judging by some off the other photos, posting has been switched off. Look at them. Nothing has changed.

Popping colors that stand out to other establishments, nice and organized and isn't hard to get lost in presented with what the basics of a restaurant need. Staff are very social and amazing. While I only had fries and a ice cream it still was satisfactory!

Love this place! I promised the kids for a long time to take them to Popeye's and now been twice. Really good quality and the wife and kids love it.

We visited today for the first time and the food was very delicious. The child's meal is very good value compared to other places but the adult meals can be a bit on the expensive side. The drinks were also very good. The service was excellent, staff are very polite and service was fast. We would visit again.

Absolutely love the food and service here. The staff are amazing and understandable especially Seth, Brekcon and Connor. The food is spot on for my taste, its hot, fresh and well seasoned. Only downside is ordering online for delivery as it does come come cold sometimes.

I went in today and exited with great service and the food was amazing! Not to mention the icecream taster I was served by, I think her name was, Brekcon? Would definitely go again!

awful, he stopped off in North prospect for 30 mins, told us when he got to the door he forgot he had our order , food is absolutely stone cold!! paid 40 pound for cold food- not happy

My daughter love the chicken tender. The fries so unique that different than any other places. Always crispy. Just hard to get a sit if it’s lunch hours, but you can always eat outside in front of Popeyes. A lot of sitting place while enjoying sunlight. Always come to Popeyes everytine we go to city center.

We come up to the Plymouth restaurant from Newquay and since popeyes has been here, it's where we always. Easily beats the other famous chicken place. Food, service and price is spot on.

Food tasted nice and was delivered quickly. However, we ordered a large box each but there was hardly any fries. You get more fries in a Kids Happy Meal.

Chips were cold and soggy. The chicken flavour was horrible. The only thing that was tolerable was the chicken bites. The strawberry cheesecake milkshake was the worst. Way too sweet and full of crushed biscuits to the point it wasn’t even a drink. Will never be buying Popeyes again. Such a waste of money!

Went to try popeyes for the first time. Quick food, very clean and loved the chicken.

Our first order with Popeyes and it was a let down. Food was cold and inedible, gave small chips instead of large. Chicken tenders were also terrible.

The whole order was cold or tepid at best, the fries were hard and the chicken tenders were dried up and only 3-4cm long and 1-2 wide which is so disappointing. We have visited the Popeyes store several times and had the tenders which are so much tastier and bigger.

I ordered a sharer meal for two times two via just eat, the food arrived late and cold. The 8 chicken tenders were 3-4 cm in size! One tender in store would be the equivalent of three of the tenders delivered to me, also no Cajun fries all regular which I find that a complete joke and the whole order was cold when delivered. I recommend you avoid Popeyes online because it’s a scam. My order number is in the photo provided

For my first time to try the all hyped pop eyes was such a disappointment to be met with such a lack of hospitality environment. I feel the store has some major problems down to the staff and lack of. I cannot express how awfully run that shift was. I have heard more noise in a library than between that team and the customers. I had been made to wait 30 minutes for an order they have already taken off the “ready to go” screen clearly to make times seem better than they were and then the even more disappointing sight that my order of BBQ Chicken Sandwich, chips and oasis had been sat not on the hot hold or any that I could see but left to be cold. I asked if the order had been missed at 25 mins to be told the burger was sat on the side not keeping it warm as they were waiting on fries. Unacceptable. Then while I was waiting I could see there must be some reason for the delay… it being the fries and it definitely was not communicated to any customers waiting patiently… big problem. The team was not communicating or at least so quiet you’d think they were holding a 2 mins silence for the store. One that did shock me from working in the industry for 8 yrs was a team member that was coming onto shift walked though the front of the store and through the kitchen in there work clothes… big no no. Walking into a kitchen from outside in your uniform allows any kind of bacteria to come into the store! Basics. After being told that my burger had been sat on the side I then when going to eat after being so hungry… the burger as I already knew would be… was cold and the chips were warm. The manager that seemed to be a somewhat cheerful guy seemed to not want to do his best for the slight busy ish period and communicate to customers that there is a delay for whatever the reason was. Again basics. If you have a issue that will cause a delay to food getting out to the customer you should inform them so they don’t think there order has been missed or not been done. Not the greatest first experience. If I do return I hope that there is a better hand on service…I am sure I am Not the only one to have thought the same and such a let down to see paying customers being clueless to why this is happening.

Love the food, taste amazing and the portion sizes are great, the staff are the kindest and the atmosphere is great! Definitely coming here with my family next time
