Absolutely love this Popeyes in Plymouth! The food is always fresh and delicious, but the real star is the manager is so kind, attentive, and genuinely cares about customers. The whole team runs smoothly under their leadership. It’s my everyday thing atm

Recently purchased the new boneless garlic parmesan offer they've introduced. I love Popeyes normally and the new sauces took it to another level. If anyone is questioning if they should try it, give it a go

My partner was the first person in Plymouth to order the garlic Parm boneless meal. You have to get down to Popeyes and try it, The chicken was perfectly cooked, and the tangy Parmesan flavour with the subtle garlic sauce over the chicken was amazing!! The manager, Will, had a great personality and amazing service also! We will be back!

Food is great, cleanliness of the restaurant needs improving as there's frequently tables that aren't tidied away.

Never tried popeyes before so I decided to try it out, and there was absolutely nothing wrong with the place at all. Many places to order it was quick and easy, the food was nice and reasonably priced for what it was. Would recommend to try it once.

Restaurant and tables were all clean and the food was delicious and really well cooked. Friendly and helpful staff in specific one the managers who came down to help answer questions I had regarding the menu and dietary needs. Enjoyable time, will be visiting again soon

Pulled up to Popeyes expecting a bit of a wait as was fairly busy for Saturday evening, but they had my order out quick. The staff had it down, everything was running smooth, and they knew what they were doing. The chicken was on point had a nice crispy, juicy, meal with a shake to top it off. Overall, solid experience. Clean spot, fast service, and they actually made sure to get everything right. If you’re hungry and need something good quick, Popeyes delivers.

The service herew is pathetic. my delivery time was pushed back to an hour after they closed so i called and was assured they would deliver. My delivery time kept being pushed back and pushed back so i called again. "we've closed, we're not delivering..." No refund, no food, no customer service at all. At least cancel and refund me...

Popeyes has some of the best fried chicken out there! The crispy coating is perfectly seasoned, and the chicken is always juicy and tender. Their biscuits are to die for, buttery and flaky. Don’t even get me started on the sides the mashed potatoes and gravy are a must-try. Overall, it's a delicious and satisfying meal every time.

I have never had Popeyes before until today And my first thought is it’s banging There’s nothing wrong with it. The fries were absolutely lovely so was the chicken wings and tenders. and most definitely the Oreo milkshake is really good as well. It helps when you get spicy tenders and your mouth is hot and the milkshake is very tasty And the staff are very polite and the waiting times weren’t long I Don’t think it’s expensive either and Everything has a nice vibe to it. I definitely recommend coming here.

I don't know why people rave so much about this place, but I suspect that they were asked to give a positive review in exchange of discount (some even write that they were approached by staff to give positive review). The first impression is good, but I quickly realised how filthy it is. Trash is everywhere and nobody cleans. Both bon stations were overfilling with rubbish and trays, yet staff were interested. Two seats were damaged and milkshakes were stored next to a garbage bin! It's expensive for fried chicken but I decided to give it a go. Waiting time was nearly 20 minutes (screen showing orders was empty) and staff were either not interested or clueless, but after chasing I got my meal and oh boy, how unpleasant it was. I tried a burger with chips and hot chicken wings. It's understandable that it's hot, which I love, but it's so salty, it's unbearable. Consistency of the chicken and the burger was actually good. Chicken was tender and juicy inside and crispy outside, but this was killed by the amount of salt used. It's a fast food chain so I should expect msg (and I like it). I get that, but spices feel like containing 80 of salt and some Cajun seasoning. I'm surprised as feedback is mainly positive and this food is not just expensive, but also unpleasant to eat.

Late more than 2 hours as before and keep delaying giving an impression order is being prepared but actually when I called the restaurant there was no one available to pick it up. I am deleting my app after this message and no more orders from now onwards. Bye Bye.

McDonald's is good but here is better. Come here instead
