Amazing food here. On my first meal, I got food poisoning so.. 🤔 I think it was just a mistake. All the other times it was delish 😋

First visit, chicken pieces. Bigger portions than the Colonel's and just as tasty. They were offering a bacon roll, hash brown and a coffee for £1.99. A bargain feast fit for a Google guide. I have visited a few times now even when busy, service is pretty quick.

Popeyes is the best fried chicken place, period. Their fried chicken sandwiches are second to none. This location is busy at weekends and could be cleaner, the the food is excellent nonetheless! If you've never tried it, I wholeheartedly recommend it!

Popeyes have the best chicken coating. they do banging Cajun fries. And Connor is amazing!

delivery rider went to wrong address at 1st as didn't read address properly. multiple times happening now. riders need to learn streets B4 delivery

Order with milkshakes without attached straws

I don't know what the other reviews are complaining about - mine arrived hot and on time, very nice and filled me up. The only slight compliant I have is the fact that no straw got delivered with my milkshake, HOWEVER it's not a major fault, as I have a glass straw at home. Overall, really tasty and had no faults. Will order from them again.

We ordered and it said it would take 15-30 mins at 13:08, and it arrived 14:15.

Yooo just went to Popeyes and it was the best! First of all, the food was fire. The chicken was crispy, spicy, and just perfect. But the real shoutout goes to this guy named Connor who works there. He was so nice! Like, he made sure everything was good, checked on our order, and he was super fast too. I think he’s the best worker there. Popeyes should totally give him a raise or something! If you go to Popeyes, make sure you ask for Connor, because he makes the whole experience even better! 🔥🔥🥶💸💯

I don’t usually write reviews, but I have to praise Connor, a young man working here. He greeted me with a warm smile, made sure my order was perfect, and treated me with genuine kindness. It’s rare to find someone so young with such great work ethic. Connor is a credit to this Popeyes, and I hope they appreciate him. He really made my day.

Popeyes was like walking into a dream. If heaven is on earth, it must be Popeyes Louisiana Chicken, Plymouth. And the angel behind the pearly gates? Connor. My mental health has taken a turn recently, but the memory of the impeccable customer service and the meal that made me cry will keep me going forever. So for that, I say, thank you. 🙏😇👼💕

delivery driver wouldn't walk up to my flat to delivery so I had to walk to the car park and collect my food. the food was wasn't hot and the milkshake melted. plus came with no straw

6 chicken pieces contained 2 wings. It's a bit of a rip off and not acceptable. If I'd wanted wings I'd have ordered them.

Day light robbery. We ordered LARGE chips at £4.95. They arrived the size of small McDonald’s, all the food was cold the restaurant do not answer phone.

Great food and taste. I've ordered numerous take outs from here.unfortunately when you order a 3 peice meal you end up with 2 bits of chicken and 1 chicken wing ever time. I seem to never get an answer as to why??I've paid for 3 bits of chicken.... I haven't paid for 2 bits of chicken and a wing.....

I really like the flavour you get in popeyes even if it's busy you never have a long wait for your food and is a good alternative to kfc as it's fairly price comparable, but I'd say avoid the spicy chicken as it isn't spicy really and maybe a bit bland compared to there original chicken which is lovely.

I specifically requested in a note I didn’t want the large pieces of chicken. When I received the order 3 out of 6 were large pieces. I am so disappointed. I have gone in the store and asked and they provided my request. I was not able to eat the large pieces which went in the bin. Very disappointed and will not order Popeyes with just eat again.

Good delivery time but food was cold - chips very cold - and a hot wing was substituted for one of the chicken pieces which was a bit of a con.

1st time for trying Popeyes and the food was nice but did not arrive hot.

I haven’t tried popeyes before but worker ‘Connor’ was incredibly helpful in suggesting items of choice and I very much enjoyed the food. His positive attitude was electric and made the atmosphere much more welcoming will definitely come again.

chips were cold and a part of the order was missing. Had a very unhappy 8 year old who was looking forward to his chicken tenders and they didn't arrive. luckily he had Mac and cheese but still not happy.

From my side is BIG NO because the food has a strange smell the chiken smells like lamb and the fries are very oily and has a dirty texture as a reviewer of many locals and many places I'll say to the future tourists or peps to not order food....even your belly will say its not good food!!! We decided to go to Popeyes as it was really quiet in there and we were hungry. Well what a joke, the staff were too busy chatting amongst themselves and looked like they couldn’t be bothered to even be working. We waited half an hour for our food, one member of staff spent ten minutes opening and closing a Popeyes box with our food in it obviously just to try and look busy! Once we got our food it was cold. They forgot part of our order too. Absolutely shocking customer service. Please please re-train your staff or find ones who want to work for a living not spend their time gossiping and laughing with each other whilst customers are sat/stood waiting for their food speechless at their sheer ignorance and audacity.

I recently visited Popeyes and had a fantastic experience, largely thanks to a worker named Connor. From the moment I walked in, Connor's positive energy was contagious. He greeted every customer with a warm smile and ensured that orders were taken accurately and efficiently. When I had a question about the menu, Connor was knowledgeable and gave helpful recommendations. The food was delicious, as expected, but it was Connor's exceptional service that really stood out. He made the visit enjoyable, and I left with a smile, feeling well taken care of. Popeyes is lucky to have such a dedicated and friendly employee!

I didn't notice receive my order as it went to the wrong address as there are 2 attached to my account. I change the address to where I was at the time of the order I was unaware that this didn't change. I contacted customer service where I was met with the customer service guy who left me VERY unhappy with the out come. I would like to speak with a supervisor or higher

First time visiting Popeyes in Plymouth, definitely not my last. We visited at approx 2pm on a Tuesday in August and the site was clean and tidy and not too busy. After ordering we selected table service and our food was delivered promptly by a friendly member of staff. The chicken was succulent and the fries are deliciously spicy. I did speak with Sarah B. to compliment her on the food and service and found her to be an excellent Ambassador for Popeyes. This is a welcoming family friendly restaurant with reasonably priced menu and I am very happy to recommend.

Connor was like the best customer service i’ve ever experienced in my entire life he was so sweet and genuine and he has a cool tattoo so it’s instantly a great experience. chicken was good also but probably only because Connor made it good via aura. i am now connor’s biggest fan.

As a student in plymouth, it’s one of the places I go to regularly. The savin’ deals are just amazing. Walaaeldin is also a treasure to Plymouth’s branch. Amazing food and people!

The food here was amazing the atmosphere was the perfect place to come eat with even better staff that got the food out quick and compensated my mate for a lil bit of lost time coudnt of asked for a nicer establishment in Plymouth
