Best place going especially for pizza's, they don't advertise it but ask for tikka garlic bread you won't be disappointed, very cheap compared to everywhere else and so much better quality

Ordered through uber ,got a notification to say it was delivered, nothing was delivered. Flame grill couldn't give a shit!

Very rude, poor service. He wouldn't let me place an order because "people always forget or fall asleep". I had a long day at work and told him that he was the only place left open to order from. I'm not sure what kind of business refuses a delivery on such shaky grounds but I'd advise anyone looking for a late night bite, to avoid this place.

Don't order,shop is no longer open but is still allowing you too order

Food totally burnt and after calling to complain had manager/owner claim he cooked himself and I was lying (check photos and avoid!)

Don't order a burger from these people used to be pretty decent my favourite place, but past 5x has just been stale buns rock solid. I'm done wont be using again.

The food is always freshly cooked, and they have a quick service, i love the cod and chips. I come all the way from halesowen. Friendly family run business. Always bustling in this joint. 💯 *CASH ONLY PAYMENTS.

Aggressive, unprofessional staff. I was very shocked about how I was treated this evening and the extraordinary long wait for my simple food order. An embarrassment to the franchise. Food was made quickly but distributed very slowly and piled up getting cold. They took my receipt so I could not leave a “food for thoughts” comment officially.

At the play off final for Charlton. I’ve never ever seen service like that before. The place was packed and orders were flying out. Well done McDonald’s 👏👏 and most of all the food was hot a d lovely

Very disappointed says it shuts at 11.30 online but went there at 11 it was shut I’m absolutely devastated all I wanted was a kebab 💔💔🥺🥺🥺
