Good food, good service and good portions. With the cost of everything going up it's nice to see this establishment doing all it can to keep prices and portion sizes in line with customers expectations . Many other shops seem to have massively reduced portions linked with a large price rise . Thank you , we will be back!

Thought I try this fish shop as it’s near where I live . Tucked away I went in and asked for mini fish and a regular chips , the young girl said do you want it in a box , I said ok then easier to carry in car . I also asked for a curry sauce tub of . The fish and chips were at the side so I couldn’t see her putting them in the box she came over with them and in a bag I then said put a jumbo sausage in aswel please as I’m hungry . I paid and drive home . Opened the box and first thing I thought all the chips had fell out in the bag ? But no they hadn’t . You could have counted the chips on one hand . 😂😂 pathetic and tiny really tiny portion for the money . Fish and chips is expensive enough but not to get hardly any chips . I would rather drive out the way to penkridge or Cannock where they give you value for money chips and not scrimp and give you a tooth full .The mini fish was also dry I won’t be going back , first and last time . Il keep on driving by .pity as I’m part of a big family so there service has lost a potentional weekly family feast !

Wouldn't eat from here they have let there standards slip after there latest new staff member she is infested and allowed to work with food and know for a fact she had no food Hygiene or anything as she shouldn't be working

Wow!!!!!..........and not in a good. £7+ each for the above portions, that wouldnt fill my 8 year old son. Anaemic chips, and couldn't even get the correct sauces that we ordered. Forgot our drinks, so driver had to buy them from a shop, and delivery took just under 2hrs. They should be embarrassed serving the food we have just received.

Made an order via just eat at 19.10pm it's on a Tuesday so not a busy day of the week I get a phone call at 20.46 from a employee that said sorry I'm just waiting on a driver it should be with you shortly. I didn't receive my order until 21.45pm food was below adverage no curry sauce with my mini order and I was disappointed with a nearly 3 hour wait. 😔

Don't waste your time take a ridiculous amount of time to prepare food hoping it's not cold when we eventually get it guy that answered the phone poor attitude not impressed!!

Second time ive grabbed something from here as first time wasnt great. Just got a simple sausage and chips meal. Chips couldnt even fill the container they were in and half of them were scabby . Not fresh at all. Was told there would be a wait on chips so I popped to the shop next door, legit in and out and then my food was ready...thought to myself that was quick...obvs too quick. Probs couldnt be bothered to wait for fresh so gave me the scrapings out the bottom. Thought id give it a second chance but blew it again....I dont drive so this is my only local chippy. What a shame...

Shocking really! About 12 chips in a small portion of chips! Mint yogurt ‘HOME MADE’ basically vinegar and mint! Cold saveloy. Drove down to cardinal chip shop for a customer in there to tell me that everyone gets food positioning from this Huntington chippy! Never again

Food used to be amazing here I'm not sure if it's under new management but it's gone down hill I had fish it was tastless and watery... thought it was a one off but been back twice and food is not good now, Shame used to be a great chippy

Cannot comment on food to be honest. We ordered at 6.30 for a delivery at 7.30 ish. It did not arrive until way after 9pm, by which time we had eaten, as we could not get in touch to ask if it was still going to be delivered. This was through Just Eat and payment was still taken for food. Absolutely fuming... they had my number and email. Rediculous service, will not go back. Very unhappy. It would be nice to have a refund, as I did get a confirmation of delivery the changed from 7.30 to 7.50....but nothing after that.

What a joke! I’ve used this outlet before albeit over a year ago. I was impressed with the food but always had an issue with their service. I ordered some food at 6pm to be initially told Delivery was 40 mins. This was immediately put back to 7.30pm once my order had been confirmed and paid for. 9.30pm had come and gone and still no food. I had no call or update from the shop. The telephone numbers listed for the company on line are incorrect so I was unable to vent my frustration with anyone. Needless to say this is the last time I will order food from here. As it stands I am still awaiting some kind of acknowledgment and/or refund. Will keep you posted.

Ordered 2 pizza's, waited over 2 hours for them to be delivered.

Food is okay. The delivery service however, is terrible! I ordered my food at 5:30 and it is now almost 8 o’clock and I still don’t have my food. The same thing happens every single time I order from here. It also looks like a lot of other people are having the same problem! Please sort this out.

I was perfectly fine Thursday 16th September evening, then got a tray of chips with mixed kebab meat. Been unwell even since, food standards agency informed!!!!!.

Ordered at 19.30 and was supposed to arrive at 20.30... rang at 21.00 to see what's happening and said 20mins... 40 minutes later I cancelled! Over 2 hours for fish and chips. First and last time I'll use this joke of a chip shop!

Great tasting food slightly smaller portions.

I used to live here and their quality is spectacular. However, my recent visit was very disappointing. The food was dry and soggy and delivery was 45 mins later than Just Eat's recommended time. Between the text I got from Just Eat, it took 20 mins for the food to get here, but I know the journey was a 10 mins drive. If I visit again, I would opt for the fish and chips again as it usually excellent. However, I would not order the wings and mushrooms again, they were horrible.

Decided to order directly through the Littleton Fryer website, took over 2 hours to inform us that that order was also cancelled!!! Unacceptable. Food from here really is amazing, but no longer willing to accept the lack of customer service. Tried to call the restaurant over 60 times, no response. Will no longer even try to order from this place

Absolutely love the calzones from here! They are always spot on, battered chips are great too. Delivery orders Arnt always red hot when they get too us but when I've collected the food is face burning hot when I get home. Would recommend.

Food is okay. Your staff however are some of the most unintelligible people I’ve seen working in the hospitality business. Simply asked why you weren’t accepting interactive payments in your shop which during a viral pandemic you should be. Completely misconstrued into a false narrative. Don’t use this take away if you want to remain covid free, not a sanitary eatery.

What a shame..... This little chippy used to be top class. Unfortunately, it’s now being inundated with Just Eat orders and it’s obvious they are struggling to cope and this is reflected in both the service and the quality of the food

Ordered food for delivery which was brilliant. Had to wait much longer for delivery but weather conditions and roads were treacherous. Consequently I have to send huge thanks to the delivery people for carrying on regardless risking life and limb to feed us.Just hope they kept safe and eternally grateful for their valiant support.

lovely food only thing I find is a portion is to much for one could make 2 meals from one portion but then again I could always ask for a smaller portion but I don’t think until I’ve ordered lol. Only had 1 not so good meal fresh row not cooked but I have a takeaway most weeks so 1 not so good is not bad considering some of these reviews and as for the young girl looking like a joker of the pack because she was wearing too much makeup what that has to do with serving fish n chips I don’t know if she looked dirty and scruffy then you could complain but as I see it she was trying to make a good impression as she deals with joe public so carry on with your made up face my love xx

Just had a fish special with battered chips and curry sauce was beautiful the fish was lovely and moist I'm a picky eater when it comes to chip shops and this was amazing and quick 😁

We order our food at 5.30 today and was giving an estimated time at 7.00pm by 7.15pm our food hadn't arrive so I rang them to find out where our food was, the bloke said that they just had big order through and was waiting for the meat to cook. Give me 10mins and your food should be there. No sign of food so as we try to ring the place kept saying engaged being try for at least 30mins to get through and no answer which I find bad service as didn't know where our food was, when it arrived it was ok but my problem is don't give estimated time and then waiting nearly 40mins for food.We have ordered before and no problem but tonight now has put me off from ordering from here

Great food , but the time you wait for it is unbelievable !! If you order on just eat just add a hour or so !! And when you ring all you get is its on its way ! It just takes so long but food is good tbh !!

2 hours 15 minutes when the original wait time was 35-45 . Absolutely shocking , wait times should be honest !

Waited 20mins as nothing was cooked and ready!!! Was set home with wrong order tried to say we had ordered wrong! Box meals dont come with chip apparently. Would not use again. TOO BUSY DOING FOOD FOR DELIVERYS INSTEAD OF CONCENTRATING ON PEOPLE COMING INTO THE SHOP!!!!

I called in here tonight for the 3rd time. I asked for roe and chips, the chips were cooked nice and the roe was a good thickness. I was asked if I wanted salt and vinegar to which I said "plenty please" loudly. I hardly had a shake and splash. The plan was to eat them on my journey home. I ate them but the lack of seasoning ruined them for me, basically it's like eating toast with no butter on. Why is it when you ask for plenty of salt and vinegar at chip shops you very rarely get any at all. It's not as though it costs a fortune is it although I'd gladly pay 10p extra as long as I got plenty so I could enjoy my meal. I will try this chip shop one last time and if the salt and vinegar is lacking again that will be it. I know lots of people who all feel the same about chip shops so, chip shop owners, tell your serving staff that if they are told plenty then give them plenty!

Yet again thought id give this place a go but yet again its disappointed me! Smallest portions for the highest prices!! Asked for battered sausage n chips, automatically but in a tray so portion is restriced already! And £3.50!!!! Absolute rip offs!!!

I go most Fridays and the staff are all very friendly. I do have to wait most times but I am fine with waiting for the great quality food. Would recommend the battered chips.

For the last three times we have eaten from here the food is terrible keep giving them the benefit of the doubt as it is our local chip shop, the food is always undercooked ,soggy batter ,anemic sausage , tasteless sloppy greasy chips food Is always cold if you as me it needs shutting down now my girlfriend is now up stairs throwing up after eating here, to be honest I wouldnt feed this food tonight my dog !!! 0 stars !!! Avoid at all costs

The wait can test even a saint but the fish and chips are very, very good. Tad bit greasy but worth it. The fried battered mushrooms are gorgeous

If you like your chips and anything that goes with them you'll love this place. Pssst the gravy is to die for. I love it. The lads are lovely and nothings ever too much for them to do for their customers. I personally only go to them now for my chips. Try them you won't be sorry. They do delivery as well

Had fish and chips from here last night I was very impressed with the size of the fish I could not finish it. Chips were fab I could tell they were freshly made.

Lovely chippy, delivery is great and the lady who delivers is so polite and friendly.

1st time I have ever used this chip shop, and it will be the 1st and last time I use. I collected the chips myself. I live less than 5 minutes away, by the time I got home in the car. The chips were freezing cold. You need to check the temperature on your fryers and where you keep the chips after being cooked. Pity as the chips would have tasted lovely if we're hot!!!

Good size portions, wide variety of food available, including battered chips, it’s always very clean and has friendly staff. Often have to wait for fish to finish cooking but that’s only couple minutes and personally I prefer that as you know it’s fresh.

Waited over an hour and a half for food to be delivered. Phoneed the shop and they insisted it would be 15 minutes. Phoned back after another half an hour to be told it hadn't even left yet. Terrible service. Cancelled order. Will never use again.

Seems some mixed reviews on here about this chippy - very marmite (love it or hate it)Just had a delivery via Just Eat for whole family. Mixed items including Pizza, Kebab and Chips and Steak Pie. Turned up exactly at time we’d ordered (we pre ordered and selected what time we wanted delivery)Whole family enjoyed - Chips were best I’ve had in a long while and Pie was great. No gristle. Portions all good size. Will definitely be using again and highly recommend.

I Loveeee the food here! They serve a unique taste of foods and the menu is fab! The staff are welcoming and always smiling however i have noticed some of these reviews stated below are mainly criticizing them.Well maybe if you spend a little time talking to them instead of standing there judging them on their makeup then you may get to know them a little more and understand they are there to provide you a service of food and not a make up tutorial. I have had no issues of bad food here and infact enjoyed all their meals, altough i had a delivery a little late - no more than 10 mins late, but no takeaway shop is perfect and always will get hiccups but its how they deal with it which they did by contacting me to keep me updated. If you havent been here i would highly reccomend you to try it for yourself as the food is delicious! 1

I would give zero stars if possible. Ordered a pizza, arrived raw, not undercooked, but literally RAW. Fair enough they replaced the pizza, but with another pizza even more RAW. It's not me being picky but I could literally use the dough as filler. Never using them again, and if you do order a pizza, make sure it's cooked.

Spent £15 on two coffees two ribenas and two bags crisps at services. Went here on the off chance to go to co-op . Fantastic food great value. Will be returning.

Food from here is often cold, soggy and soaked in grease. Tasteless other than old cooking oil. Chips are crunchy and hard to eat kebab meat is very poor quality not enjoyable at all. Burgers taste terrible. It’s a shame because the food from here used to be really nice but in last 12 months or so it’s really gone down hill. Probably won’t use here anymore

First time trying battered orange chips and definitely was not dissapointed! Great portion! Will defo come again when in the area! Highly recommend this place to anyone in reach or anyone wanting to try battered chips.

Excellent local chippy, food served is very tasty and has plenty of options and specials. The battered chips are fantastic. Staff are friendly. There is also an app you can use to order, but I don't use this.

Lovely little fish & chip shop.. only dropped a star because the fish batter had hot oil still bubbling under the surface on one end.. after taking that off the rest was delicious.. shame it wasn't drained for a couple of minutes..

The last 2 times we been very disappointed in the service!Curry sauce was forgotten on the last order and this time barely a decent portion for £1.80!!I think the new younger male staff are lacking the experience!

This is our local, every time I've been the quality of the food is very nice. Prices not bad at all and will continue to go. Do agree with the other reviews though that service could be better. Honestly feel like some of the staff are just too young and need some customer service training.

Not been for a while, decided to pop down as it's our local chippy. Still nice food although the prices have increased quite a bit recently.

Waited 2 hours for delivery and then had to collect was told it was on the way after 1hr. When we finally got the food most went in the bin kebab was inedible!
