The food and service were both excellent! One thing worth mentioning is that you get free drinks to refill alongside the meal, so there's no need to buy additional canned drinks

Expensive, tiny portions, cash only but only on busy nights. Pitta bread with lamb or chicken, I've ordered three separate things on their menu and received them same thing each time. They're in business for being the only place open that sells after pub grub. Open another place and sell half decent kebab and you would make a killing.

I recently purchased the Leon subscription and asked for help using it in-store. She had short brown hair and had a rude attitude telling me I couldn't use it because it's a 'franchise'. It wasn't clear when I started paying I could only use it in some stores. I am appalled at why a paying customer cannot get a coffee in this store.

I went to this place yesterday. I would recommend this BK shop to everyone excellent customer service, quick delivery of food and fresh food. 10/10 for this BK. Keep it up 💪

Delivery took 90mins. Food was cold, subs were not goaded and the sauce was missing from the sides……waste of money!!

Absolutely hate the new screens they've put in, they don't pick up my inputs, and I'd feel a lot more comfortable in general having the option to order with someone. Came in and the lass was stood in the back playing on her phone, I tried to get her attention and when I eventually did I asked if I could order with her, she said I had to use the self service screens. So I had to leave, and obviously won't be back until there is an option to actually order with a member of staff.

first pizza came burnt they sent another and I've just bit in to a piece of wood that was a couple of centimetres long and about a center meter wide unacceptable

Today 26/01/2025 I was the order no 008 and this my second order, but initially I didn’t realised and it’s my first time here in subway But….. today I order chicken tikka that was the worst subway sub I had ever in my life This time they fixed kiosks so we can’t see how they preparing they add less quantity of stuffing like chicken and veggies and only one option sauce It’s soo yuck that I felt it’s such a scam or I feel they not real authorised subway franchise

Very good staff with great service and hospitality and very warm ambiance As for food it is very delicious and tasty.
