Went for both breakfast and dinner, although we arrived late in the evening for dinner they were still happy to accommodate and were overall very friendly, I has the spicy chicken burger which came with fries and coleslaw and was delicious, for breakfast had full English and continental and was again very tasty, even with allergies staff were helpful and happy to accommodate, overall good experience.

Great night out with the lads, Great music DJ was playing some good tunes, nice & friendly atmosphere, door staff are friendly too, plenty of good drink in offers, definitely go again!!!

Before i leave an honest review i want to say this is not the delivery drivers fault. Second time we have ordered from KFC Castlegate and both times the order has been incorrect. My name on the receipt and my order details but a different customers telephone number. BREACH OF GDPR. We can not get hold of anyone from kfc. Do not use this Kfc

Totally gone downhill.... the muffin top was stupidly small, half the size the bottom and had a chunk missing? It didn't even cover the egg, all the filling was hanging out?

I ordered a meal for me and a friend , the lady read it back to me so fast I thought she was on drugs , when the meal arrived there was an item missing , won't go there again ,.....very dissatisfied 🤬

The service was amazing, me and my cousin are 13 and 14 we didnt know how to order and they came and helped us and we appreciated it so much
