The driver went to thw wrong address messaged asking for the code which I said no because your not at my address he asked me again x3 times I refused he finally turned up at me door 45mins later with stone cold food and a wripped bag! Not impressed!

Burger bun was burnt and squashed in box. Other items were ok but there is better

Having bought this last time and being disappointed with it, I thought that might be a one-off issue so I ordered it again. No, it was the same. Not really enjoyable at all. I won’t be ordering from this particular place again.

No stars . Got the address wrong. Driver went to number 9 when address was 15. Saw on the map driver went to the hospital then wrong address. Driver couldn’t speak English

I usually enjoy KFC but today there was an overwhelming smell of burnt oil! I think perhaps it’s time the pans were cleaned out and oil changed. It’s the first time that I’ve had this so maybe a one-off.

Food was missing 2 peoples food, had to request a refund but didn’t have anything to eat. Not a difficult order to get right but just a terrible service and what did come was cold. Service fee and delivery fee and then charged for non items

Both meals missing wings, gravy missed off other meal, no sauces given despite paying for them.

My order never arrived, the delivery driver never called or buzzed my door!!! I lost almost £38!!! I called kfc but no one answered the phone at all… never ever going to order from them again.

One of the worst KFC. I ordered on drive through and lady was very rude and ask me to wait for five mints. Food was also not up to KFC Standards. Zinger was old.

Staff chatting amongst themselves standing in food serving areas with outdoor coats on. Asked for forks (yes I now know they are on counter) the young woman serving looked at me like I was asking for silver service at our table...pointed to them said there... Absolutely freezing cold in there too.

I have not received my order which was ordered 2 hours ago. I can not contact anyone to ask the web app just keeps you going around in circles. I want my money back no order has arrived.

We asked for wrap to be plain in notes and didnt cone plain and son wont eat it and there was ment to be some free chicken if spend over 20 odd pound

Kept shifting the timesxale for delivery and took 1 hour in the end to deliver what normally takes 20 minutes max a s the food arrived complety cold.

Sadly a bad experience due to a female server with an awful attitude when going through the drive thru at 5.26pm tonight (1st February 2025). She’s advised to go the last window but as we were unsure which was the last one we waited at the incorrect location. The server rudely expressed that she told us where to go and shut the window on us before we could say anything

This branch sent out my order with missing items, when I tried contacting castle gate drive KFC I get no response, and no where on the app to report missing items. Very disappointed 😔

not great, I specifically asked in the order notes for NO drumsticks but I got one. plus food was cold

Waited half an hour for two items, they ignored me then when I did get served they didn't have one item so tried to give me a different item even when I said no and wanted a refund then I had to wait for a member of staff . When the member of staff came to me to give me the refund he was horrible and didn't treat me the way you should treat a customer.

Don't normally complain but the food was cold and chips were soggy . really disappointed.

I am not happy in the slightest, the person who delivered my food took over one hour to come and then opened his bag and no food was in it

Over cooked chicken not edible. luke warm burgers . Burger buns tasted stale. No excuse really as they were not busy bined all food complained to management and went back to hotel not the best KFC I've been to

never really had a bad order from kfc but today the chicken was really undercooked to the point it was pink inside. The bit that I did eat before realising it wasn't cooked tasted very off. Will be a long time before I order KFC for a while

Placed order Usually takes 10 to 15 minutes to get it. Ended up taking 1 hour and 20 minutes. And the food was cold. Horrible service.

Staf is rude , every single time that I come here tables was dirty, the floor is like a tripping hazard! Men’s toilets are just with a terrible nasty smell! I would not recommend that place and never going back to it

The eating areas are clean and well maintained. All the meals ordered came out hot and fresh. The staff were super friendly. Only issue was the stench in the men's toilet but a decent place to get some fast food. One of the better KFC restaurants out here.
