Terrible service! Stop employing children with 0 customer service! If your app isn’t working that is not a consumers problem! That’s a YOU problem kfc. Train your staff to have a bit of decorum when handling members of the public. Won’t be eating from here again

Popped in for my tea and had a lovely meal with excellent customer service from Sadik, who took the time explaining all the deals and helping me order.

Enjoyed my meal. Kudos to the staff (Sara) for her assistance.

Fast service and friendly staff

Food was stone cold when it arrived had to warm it up in the oven and even then It was inedible

I should have posted this yesterday but I was busy. I order Zinger burger Boxmeal and Boneless Boxmeal yesterday. To my surprise the customer service from FAITH was excellent. The nice gesture, asking if I needed help with something else and remembering my face from the last time was very kind of her.

Once collected food from restaurant driver sat waiting for other orders at different restaurants, took around 35 mins once food collected. Food was cold by the time it arrived.

waited as every delivery driver got served while my order ws the only one on the screen for 20 minutes, terrible service never going back to that KFC

it’s too expensive for what you pay for, it’s an hour later and i’m already starving

only half the order was delivered, I called to be told that "he had no drivers and there was nothing he could do". when I informed him that a driver had just left my house and a member of my family will be going hungry he replied "the order had been processed and to call customer support". not how to do business at a fast food outlet.

Seasoning on cold chips too strong. Coating on chicken had many hard bits difficult to chew. Order took almost an hour to be delivered

How KFC justify the price for the absolute rubbish that was delivered earlier is beyond me, full refund requested. Disgusting. I sincerely hope some upper management at KFC UK read this review. Rip off.

Only if u could post the photo of the 2 wraps we’ve just had delivered paid £12 each for a wrap and two small chicken where’s everything else that’s meant to be in the wrap

Food was freezing when arrived and some food was missing

We ordered through the screen and mistakenly accepted what they gave us. When we opened the box at home, my large meal had regular fries and no sauce, this is not the first time this has happened, not sure why we keep going back there.

The staff were pleasant and we were served very quickly, but it wasn't busy, so not sure what it is like at busy times. The food was the same as any other KFC. The men's toilets smelt disgusting!

Was ok , considering how much kfc costs they are abit skimpy with the chips and popcorn chicken box wasn’t even full .

I ordered a bargain bucket from KFC Castle Gate Dudley via the JustEat app. The order was delivered to the wrong address. I rang the restaurant and they refused to replace the order. They claimed they couldn't contact the driver (even though the driver rang me AFTER he'd given my order to someone else) and I should tell JustEat. I couldn't cancel my debit card payment so I get nothing. It's not a straightforward process to speak to a human at JustEat, I guess they're busy eating!

Ordered a rice box came with just chicken lettuce and sweetcorn. No rice at all.

Had the wrong order i ordered bonless chicken and got spicy wings instead lucky there was pop corn chicken for the kids

Advised had allergy to mayonnaise and to remove, this was ignored and Just Eat basically told me I should have contacted the company directly. So no point in using them to order, order directly, save money and you might get the right order

Avoid this Place! I've had multiple issues with this KFC location. Despite liking KFC generally, this particular branch has messed up my orders 5 out of 3 times. Missing items from my order is very annoying, especially when I only realize something is wrong after getting home. For instance, I've received a completely different order, and my gravy was missing from the gravy box. This level of service is unacceptable, and I’m very unhappy with their service!

A terrible smell of sewage inside the restaurant after opening the door to the bathrooms.

The can was dropped or damaged as it had a dent causing spillage and the chicken burger had a sharp bone which stabbed the roof of my mouth not happy

Never turn up had to go to kfc to get it ourselves to find out when we got there it said delivered but it never turned up.

Chicken was still really hot, but chips had gone a bit cold

We were given the incorrect order from the Drive Thru, a bucket of hot wings instead of a family feast bucket. When I called, I asked for my correct order to be delivered, as I couldn't go back out with my young kids. This was refused. When I complained, the server hung up on me and then wouldn't answer the phone.

this order was delivered to an address that I don't know I tried to ring KFC to tell them but no one answered the phone. the driver rang me at the point of the delivery and I told him and he just hung up now I'm at home with no food and not got the money to reorder unhappy is not the word.

what happened is, delivery took an hour, the driver never took the time to inform us that our order arrived, and instead decided to let it rot outside on our porch until we went and check another hour later.

each time we order the same thing it is slightly different but is still the best takeaway place we have found

they delivered to wrong address even though I put my address that I use. the courier said he would leave the food at the door at the wrong address but when I went to get the food there was nothing there. I don't know if the app is having issues because the last couple of days it hasn't worked but I'm not happy.

I've been coming into this shop for a long time....but. this is the best service I've ever received in this shop. Today all the staff were smiling, they looked happy to be at work and I greeted with smiles all round. The Chicken was very well cooked and hot. The fries were hot too... Ordered food via drive thru, completed messed up the order on 23rd Feb 2024. Obvs found out when we got home so rang to let them know... Manager gives me what he said was a code he has put in the book for next time... Went again via drive thru month later, said I can only use code when ordering in resturant not via drive thru. So have just been again into the resturant today spoke to the manager, said he didn't recognise the code and that it should start with 2 letters. How am I supposed to know this, asked me if I knew the managers name on the day. I didn't take this information as I thought as they offered to pay for order next time it was OK. Manager asks me today if I'm at the right store. Payment on the phone shows the correct store. 🤦🏽‍♂️ Question.... Why do fast food places employ soo many thick people?

Driver never knocked he door or rang the bell just left order side of the the door, was an item missing which was a can of pepsi max, food was cold after ring kfc i checked the door step order had been delivered which chips went in the bin , was very disappointed

Some of the order was missing I ordered a 2 pc chicken box extra but just got one drumstick in a bag so only one piece of chicken not 2 plus drumstick wasn’t very good the rest of the order was ok
