Half a drink freezing cold food I'm fuming about my drink it's less then half a cup full

items missing and arrived cold. followed delivery on tracking who went all the way round typical foreigners

milkshake was like plain milk all melted which spilt out of the bag onto the food which was cold and soggy

Food took an hour and forty minutes to arrive and was (unsurprisingly) stone cold. Total waste of money.

The best Burger King in the Midlands (probably the world). Extremely helpful as I ordered food with the app at this restaurant (by mistake) and turned up at Brierley Hill. When I eventually arrived at Castlegate after being told I was at the wrong restaurant the Castlegate staff prepared the order again. Hot and fresh, as the original order went cold. Brilliant food, brilliant offers and brilliant service with brilliant smiles.

Lady Manager working tonight was rude and being racist to Asians she was shouting on customers burger king should take notice

Order number on bag was wrong after telling the driver the correct number food was all wrong chicken burgers instead of beef burgers blue ice drink instead of strawberry. Milk shake all had to go in the bin don't like chicken and don't like blue ice

the food was stone cold, chips where appallingly soggy and had no flavour. the bacon on my burger was barley cooked and the whole thing was just very sloppy. I would not expect this from here since the fries I usually have are nice and crispy. donf know what happened but sort it out burger King. disgraceful

Placed this order at 7:30. The estimated time rose from 8pm to finally getting my order at 9:55. Had NO option to cancel at any point. Unacceptable. Requesting a full refund as I had to wait two and a half hours only for the food to arrive cold.

Ordered 4 meals they delivered 2 meals drinks missing and 2 burgers fries and drinks missing also food cold tried calling and they don't answer disgusting the way they think they can get away with it reported to just eat now got to wait 7 days nothing but a joke

Really great experience at BK today. Food arrived really quickly. We had two 1 year olds who loved the food too and there were plenty of high chairs for us to use.

Had a lovely Saturday morning treat this morning, the food was piping hot, cooked freshly and tasted amazing! I didn't want my fries to end! My little boy loves burger king and particularly enjoys eating in. The restaurant is spotless and a very chilled vibe!

Some food items didn't match the order, ordered 20 onion rings and instead I've received 20 flamin hot chicken fries. My girlfriend is a vegeterian hence the onion rings, ordered a chicken royale got a different burger. Very dissapointed

Upon first glance of this Burger King... it was a marvel and majestic to gaze at in terms of the presentation of the restaurant. I loved every bit of my experience. The manager was very pleasant and polite, the customer service was proper and purposeful, and the chicken was succulent, savoury, and scrumptious . I'm proud I went to this Burger King. Well done, Burger King Castleford in Dudley. You have really outdone yourselves as a team and a franchise. You are assets to the entire Burger King company.
