I am disabled, the driver would NOT come to floor 4 of my flats, he said it was health and safety which is utter rubbish other delivery drivers do. I struggled to go down to get it to find he had sat on it and it was all squashed and NOT edible, I tried to speak with him he shrugged and walked off not even apologising. he did not care that I had struggled to come down and did not care that he had ruined my order.

The food was cold and all half full. The fanta was half full and the fries were too.

Last time with bk, burger looked like it had been sat there for awhile before I even ordered. not very nice!

Great place to take kids for food

I Ordered four meals and everything was wrong, plus the chips were missing in one meal. Every burger had the wrong sauce on! I asked for a plain kids burger, I even stated just the burger and bun, yet still it came out with cheese. If I didn’t live so far I’d of drive back. I will not eat from here again. They didn’t give me an option for the chicken burger so ended up with beef on a bun that was not fresh at all. Oh and I had to wait for 10 minutes on the carpark for the food.

ordered a basic burger, ticked the box for no lettuce, burger came, the wrapping on it marked it with no lettuce, open it up and theres a whole bunch of lettuce.

Reaaallly disappointed with the order paid for cheese on my burger didn't get it burger was overcooked, all of the chips was burnt and cold missing cheese bites.. no straw for my milkshake? waste of time and money still hungry and now annoyed. Burger King what has happened..

There’s no option for the “order didn’t turn up at all” else I would of clicked that . I watched your driver drive 20 minutes the wrong way from my house on the map he then calls me askin for my address I tell him the address n explain it’s half hour away from where you now are and the food will be cold he hung up on me 30 minutes later I watch the driver pull into my street park up for 30 seconds then leave . I checked my order and it said delivered which it wasn’t as he didn’t even step out.

Honestly am disgusted the way and manner the burger looked. It was a left over burnt piece of meat that was served to me. This is very disgraceful, no wonder the whole place is empty. Shameful

ordered at the till and the woman didn’t even know how to use it. we asked for 2 dorito fries meals which we got but didn’t get the option of beef or chicken so when we complained they put the blame on us and said they did ask us when they didn’t. also ordered the cheese melt meal and gave us the wrong thing. gave us the dorito fries instead of the chilli cheese bites. staff were incredibly rude and overall not a nice experience.

Come in here almost every week. Very good food especially the spicy cheese bites. Also the chicken royal are very tasty. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.

First time ordering a burger king food was only warm had to put it in the microwave to make it hot enough to eat but when heated up to be fair it was ok

Got told by a few not to buy from this place as they have some very rude staff and uncooked food , however i went and tried it anyway to give the benefit of the doubt . Be sure i will not be back . Not only was the food very soggy and raw but the milkshakes tasted as if they had been waiting in a freezer for hours . Manager was definitley not bothered and should have listened to friends to be fair !!

Driver was very polite very socialising kept it short and sweet and would like to say he has very good manners and very pleasant to talk to. I give him a four out of five for customer service. And my order and all my food allergies have been met. I am very happy. Thank you for your service and thank you for your drivers service. Have a blessed rest of the day.

Although food was on time, was cold and needed to be reheated. We also had no sauces that we had asked for, our child had 3 chicken nuggets instead of 4, and our other child asked for a plain burger and got sliced onions on it. This was a very bad thing because shes allergic to onions and i had to give her some of my food.

i’d rate 0 if i could, ordered online. thought i’d try this one as oldbury was shocking, turns out it must be the whole area. wrong order and not answering the phone? are you joking, i have allergies& nothing is labeled, clearly the area manager needs to figure out what has you lot unable to do your job🤣 cold drinks in with hot food? no call to us to sort out something else if they didn’t have it in stock. i work in a similar chain and believe me jobs would be on the line for this. if management sees this you need to sort this place out, completely out of order and unprofessional. im actually fuming. you lot know about natasha’s law, right?

Turned up with the drink bottle in with all the hot food, condensation from that split the bags.Missing a full meal.

Overall food was okay. Delivery time always says 20-35min however they keep changing time o delivery and it’s always 45-50min.

burger bun was stale and smelt really bad, when took it back to the branch was told no refund, told I could have another burger, I was feeling sick from the one I ate so I wasn't going to make myself feel even worse

I've done a order on the drive thru but they forgot my burger and I just realized when I was home, try call, no answer. And was too late to come back as was nearly time to close.

Staff were rude and unhelpful when I asked if they could take my order two staff refused and a manager come out to help me after a wait he was helpful the staff not so helpful I can't understand why burger king want customers to only use kiosks to order thwyr is no help for people with disabilities vision loss or generally people who don't use and understand technology and the staffs attitude will never get the customers served I won't be coming back to this burger king at all because you made me feel like I was worthless when all I wanted was to order food

Food was an hour late! Freezing cold when it arrived when I called the restaurant they told me the other had been ready a while but no driver came forward to deliver it!! Wasted the best part of £40!!

I shouldn't keep ordering the burgers. They are always smaller than advertised. The extra chips with cheese, not worth £4.45. They are the same portion size you get free in the meal deal.

Quick service. Restaurant was clean. Very quiet in there for a Thursday evening. Ordered using the kiosk machine and it worked really well allowing me to scan my app and use discount codes. I used to think Burger King was over priced, however, this evening I was impressed with the value for money. Large chicken Royale meal. Large bacon cheeseburger meal. Large Double cheeseburger meal. Kids burger meal. All came to just under £25. And a free portion of Onion rings! Service was quick, food was fresh and we enjoyed our dinner! Will be returning.
