Burger King in Dudley

Upon first glance of this Burger King... it was a marvel and majestic to gaze at in terms of the presentation of the restaurant. I loved every bit of my experience. The manager was very pleasant and polite, the customer service was proper and purposeful, and the chicken was succulent, savoury, and scrumptious . I'm proud I went to this Burger King. Well done, Burger King Castleford in Dudley. You have really outdone yourselves as a team and a franchise. You are assets to the entire Burger King company.

Food was freezing cold milk shake was missing the frozen drinks tasted like water and every drink was half full food boxes was damaged spent £50 on it waste of money never again

Most driest burger's and onion rings I've ever had in my life, I could literally go to the Sahara Desert and find more moisture.

The food was great and delivered on time.

BK can only do burgers, any sides aren't nice and the milkshake is awful, even worse, they got our order wrong, ordered 2 chocolate milkshake, 1 strawberry, got the opposite and the strawberry one really does taste horrible, like plastic.

I ordered a deal from the app using the kiosk. I couldn't use a 2nd code but Bradley was on hand at the counter to help. He was friendly and even recommended that I try something "new" and I did and I loved it! I was staying at the village hotel for 3 nights and I didn't want to spend an arm and a leg on daily dinners because it's expensive so I opted for burger king and I didn't disappoint. The deals on the app are always worth it and very good value for money. Going back to Bradley... he was such a gem of a guy and he has very good customer service skills. Top man!

Never usually ridiculously busy, Great food and would recommend for a quick bite or even a meal, however the staff aren’t intractable and the waiting time is around 20 minutes.

The food was cold and all half full. The fanta was half full and the fries were too.

I am disabled, the driver would NOT come to floor 4 of my flats, he said it was health and safety which is utter rubbish other delivery drivers do. I struggled to go down to get it to find he had sat on it and it was all squashed and NOT edible, I tried to speak with him he shrugged and walked off not even apologising. he did not care that I had struggled to come down and did not care that he had ruined my order.

Jenna and Connor lovely people helped us so many times we are so thankful for these lovely people . Go there every week don't get tge same polite serve anywhere else. Thanks to the kind lovely service.

it was freshly cooked the manger called connor and the crew member name chloe was excellent made sure it was a good environment for me and my family

I Ordered four meals and everything was wrong, plus the chips were missing in one meal. Every burger had the wrong sauce on! I asked for a plain kids burger, I even stated just the burger and bun, yet still it came out with cheese. If I didn’t live so far I’d of drive back. I will not eat from here again. They didn’t give me an option for the chicken burger so ended up with beef on a bun that was not fresh at all. Oh and I had to wait for 10 minutes on the carpark for the food.

ordered a basic burger, ticked the box for no lettuce, burger came, the wrapping on it marked it with no lettuce, open it up and theres a whole bunch of lettuce.

Reaaallly disappointed with the order paid for cheese on my burger didn't get it burger was overcooked, all of the chips was burnt and cold missing cheese bites.. no straw for my milkshake? waste of time and money still hungry and now annoyed. Burger King what has happened..

There’s no option for the “order didn’t turn up at all” else I would of clicked that . I watched your driver drive 20 minutes the wrong way from my house on the map he then calls me askin for my address I tell him the address n explain it’s half hour away from where you now are and the food will be cold he hung up on me 30 minutes later I watch the driver pull into my street park up for 30 seconds then leave . I checked my order and it said delivered which it wasn’t as he didn’t even step out.

Honestly am disgusted the way and manner the burger looked. It was a left over burnt piece of meat that was served to me. This is very disgraceful, no wonder the whole place is empty. Shameful

missing my sons meal. unimpressed.

ordered at the till and the woman didn’t even know how to use it. we asked for 2 dorito fries meals which we got but didn’t get the option of beef or chicken so when we complained they put the blame on us and said they did ask us when they didn’t. also ordered the cheese melt meal and gave us the wrong thing. gave us the dorito fries instead of the chilli cheese bites. staff were incredibly rude and overall not a nice experience.

Come in here almost every week. Very good food especially the spicy cheese bites. Also the chicken royal are very tasty. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Zero percent on customer service I actually walked in the restaurant said hello she looked at me without replying then carried talking to her colleague

Got told by a few not to buy from this place as they have some very rude staff and uncooked food , however i went and tried it anyway to give the benefit of the doubt . Be sure i will not be back . Not only was the food very soggy and raw but the milkshakes tasted as if they had been waiting in a freezer for hours . Manager was definitley not bothered and should have listened to friends to be fair !!

Driver was very polite very socialising kept it short and sweet and would like to say he has very good manners and very pleasant to talk to. I give him a four out of five for customer service. And my order and all my food allergies have been met. I am very happy. Thank you for your service and thank you for your drivers service. Have a blessed rest of the day.

Although food was on time, was cold and needed to be reheated. We also had no sauces that we had asked for, our child had 3 chicken nuggets instead of 4, and our other child asked for a plain burger and got sliced onions on it. This was a very bad thing because shes allergic to onions and i had to give her some of my food.

i’d rate 0 if i could, ordered online. thought i’d try this one as oldbury was shocking, turns out it must be the whole area. wrong order and not answering the phone? are you joking, i have allergies& nothing is labeled, clearly the area manager needs to figure out what has you lot unable to do your job🤣 cold drinks in with hot food? no call to us to sort out something else if they didn’t have it in stock. i work in a similar chain and believe me jobs would be on the line for this. if management sees this you need to sort this place out, completely out of order and unprofessional. im actually fuming. you lot know about natasha’s law, right?
