Good food, served by polite and friendly waitress. We weren't rushed, nor were we left waiting for long periods of time. Perfect experience

I am mainly leaving this review for the staff at Beefeater Kingswinford. Everyone was polite and attentive, our server -Kat was so lovely! A credit to your company.

Absolutely brilliant experience. Food was amazing along with the service. Nickie the manager booked us a table for my wife’s birthday and her deputy Hannah could not do enough. Thank-you both for everything, we will definitely be back.

Fairly Quiet - Great Price and Kids eat free.. come here every couple of weeks for breakfast just to get a change of scenery and eat the unlimited continental!!

Gluten free tomato soup was still frozen, as in still frozen (mmmmm, ice cube soup) The chicken and ribs, chicken was pink and ribs were overcooked and dry. Sunday roast, gravy didn't come out and had to ask for it and then came out five minutes later. Double gammon was just a piece of gammon cut in half and egg came with an extra burnt crispy bottom.. All this privilege of a cost of over £80 and that's with a online 33% discount and it still wasn't worth the price...

Table of 9 with 2 toddler's prebooked so they knew ! Just bad from the start but the pudding was OK. Waiting nearly an hour for food two meals over cooked so sent back , waiting ages for drinks the staff where run of their feet. We book at 6pm didn't finish till 8.45 too long with young children!!!

This was a last minute booking for two of us, we both had Ribeye steak which was cooked perfectly. We could not fault the hard working and attentive staff,especially Nicola she was attentive pleasant and friendly which made our last minute experience very pleasant, we will definitely be back well done to all concerned. 😊

Truly awful place. Had run out of all be three roasts, but wish it had been all them to avoid me ordering. It was by far the worse roast diner we’re ever had, cold potatoes, fatty meat, with some veg throw on the plate all for £15. Is meant to specialise in grilled good, rest of the parties meals were poor too, over cooked and dry meat. The kids even turned their noses up at the food. To look around the restaurant on a Sunday afternoon, it was a depressing sight, only a few tables used, filed with 40% off vouchers. No atmosphere, with people eating to get out as soon as possible. A company in trouble I suspect

Lovely relaxed atmosphere and our server Kat was very attentive and very helpful. The food was lovely and we had a lovely enjoyable afternoon. We will definitely be visiting again soon 😁

Visited last Sunday with family, nice warm welcome from reception & waitress who got our drinks. Then we had another waitress, who we have had man times before, she is known for being quite sharp & very blunt ( looking at the receipt Hannah R) I could go into details, but it won't fit on this page....the rudeness shown to us all was unbelievable, I felt like a child in a classroom dating back 50 years ago...I can honestly say, I have never been treated so sharply. From my 86 year old mom, to my 4 year old granddaughter...we were all upset..we should have walked out...the service was dreadful & I took a picture of the food ( Yorkshire pudding had been plonked on top,so I moved it to the side) but nothing else had been touched... I sent this photo & a full report of the treatment we received to the manager, they already knew we were upset as we left....but after over a week I have received nothing back Needless to say, we shall NEVER return!

Can’t fault food! Steak was really tasty and kids enjoyed their meals which were great value! Experience was just let down unfortunately by really slow service :( I don’t blame our waitress as they were clearly very understaffed. She was taking orders, clearing tables, running food. It seemed a shame as the food was tasty but I had to go and search for staff and leave children unattended to get service. The restaurant was quite busy and definitely needed at least 1, possibly 2 more staff members (especially during school holiday).

Fantastic service by Hannah, she was very friendly and nothing was a bother. Food was cooked to perfection, asked for 1 steak to be rare and this was executed to point which shows chef knows his steak’s definitions. Usually go to the Badgers Sett but thought we would have a change as they were fully booked and the Kingwinford didn’t disappoint. Would recommend this location, great atmosphere & food excellent. Great service all round.

No real complaints about the food, but boy did we have to wait! Forty minutes for a full English breakfast which came just as the breakfast service was closing, so didn't get enough time to get a little extra

Breakfast- pastries looked like they had seen better days, not fresh, had to wait 45 mins for the cooked breakfast( it was nice when it arrived) Went to get a coffee and it was all closed down, no notification from staff. Staff did their best, they seemed short on the ground. Would I go back , sadly no

Breakfast buffet was excellent and very helpful staff. Using the Premier Inn next door, we took the option of breakfast in here and no problems with service or food. There was a good selection of cereals, pastries and working coffee and tea machines. The hot food was ordered separately and arrived after we had finished cereals so all good timing. Staff were very pleasant and helpful in both sorting tables and taking the food orders. Would recommend using this for breakfast as everything was fresh.

Myself & my past team meet up as often as we can. This get together also included one of the girls birthdays. Entering, excellent meet & greet & directed to where friends were seated. Our waitress Kat was just brilliant from start to finish. So apologetic when food ordered was no longer available. Bar staff were also so polite, friendly & cleared glasses away timely from our table. Food none of us had any complaints, so excellent. Presentation of all food excellent. Very nice get together & we will return.

Started badly and then went downhill. Left at the table for ages until finally the waitress came. Ordered sharing roast with beef and lamb, food arrived on a cold serving plate and cold plates to eat off. Obviously food was cold. Replaced with hot food but again cold plates to eat off so food was cold before we finished. We asked for more gravy, cause that was hot and not enough was served with meal, but that would cost more if we ordered. So no thanks to the gravy. Not good quality food so will not go back again.

We've just stayed at the Premier Inn next door and took advantage of the Meal Deal with the Beefeater. Breakfast set us up for the days and we returned for our evening meals. The food was great, the staff were very accommodating which led to a greatly appreciated experience. This was a return visit and we weren't at all disappointed. The staff are a fantastic asset to the brand 👍🏼

Would have been an all round winner to be honest. However one waitress ruined it all by being patronising about being vegan and meat sausages not being normal. When all what was requested was a normal sausage. There is zero reason to explain or impose your staffs personal opinions to hard working engineers that are already stressed from being away from their loved ones. it’s not necessary for vegans to tell everyone they are vegan. Especially someone taking our orders

Food fine. Need more staff. Two members of staff at half term is neither good enough for both the customers nor the staff.

Booked a table today for 3pm arrived 15 mins before was told to sit in bar area as we are getting table ready 3.05pm still ain't showed to table asked one of the staff what's happening she said I don't know what sort of answer is that never even went to find out we left shocking customer service as we were leaving a woman came from behind the bar said she was new even so she had no manners and no customer service skills what training has she had anyway its your loss not ours certainly won't be returning.

Sunday roast was brilliant, staff were lovely especially Kat. Wasn't too busy so we're served really quickly and food was spot on!

Had a regular meal of Mixed Grill.Lovely as always. Served promptly with a smile and hospitality by Kat, always a pleasure to be served.

We’ve used many Beefeaters associated with Premier Inns, we’ve used this one twice recently and find the atmosphere generated by the staff to be particularly friendly and professional. Each time the restaurant was busy but service was attentive and meals arrived quickly. Waitress tonight was Kat. Steaks were good quality and particularly well cooked. A really good value and enjoyable evening out.

lovely atmosphere, Kat was our waitress and she was great. Supplied colouring for our daughter when we got there food was great. Would come back again.

The cold part of the breakfast and choices of drinks were excellent. The hot breakfast seemed to be lacking in quality products though quantity was very good. Still great value, though.

We had a lovely family meal and served by Shannon who looked after us extremely well during our stay. Food was hot and delicious. Would certainly recommend!

Amazing value. £9.99 for continental breakfast and cooked breakfast including cereal, croissants, pan au chocolat, blueberry muffins, toast, unlimited juice and hot drinks. Eggs, bacon, sausage, mushrooms, beans , tomatoes, black pudding and hash browns. Staff very nice.

We have visited the last two Sundays in a row as a family of 9… food was delicious and the kids meals are really great value. Massive thank you to Kat who served us both times and was fantastic. Really friendly and works so hard to make sure everyone has the best experience

I feel that the pub has a lovely atmosphere. The staff are always really friendly and welcoming and cannot do enough for you. When we have visited, the food has always been cooked to perfection with generous portion sizes. We feel it is good value for money, especially with the discount vouchers and using the points from the Beefeater card. We have been served by Kath on a few occasions and she works so hard to make sure that everything is as you like it. She comes across as though she genuinely cares about her customers. The only thing that is frustrating about visiting is that you can be stuck in the McDonalds drive through queue before reaching the entrance to the car park which we were on this particular visit for quite a few minutes. We feel that the entrance could do with being moved away from the McDonalds entrance. Other than being held up getting to the entrance, we had yet another lovely experience here.

The service really let's this place down. The food (3 course meal for 2) was actually really tasty but we were there for just over 3 hours. The Duty Manager had no clue how to process a Groupon voucher and insisted I paid twice for the meal. I tried to explain i had already paid Groupon for my meal but she just didnt understand at all. This resulted in an argument and totally ruined our experience.

Stayed at the Premier inn next door and I ate at the Beefeater next door, from the moment I walked through the door nothing was to much trouble, staff were very attentive and the food was fabulous.

Visit occasionally for breakfast with the kids, love the kids eat free offer. The food was fab, plenty of choice for continental breakfast and I must prefer ordering my cooked breakfast. Lovely, fresh and hot when it arrived at the table. Only negative is I wish they had hot chocolate available as I don’t drink tea or coffee

A mediocre attempt at breakfast, bacon barely cooked, soggy hash brown, admittedly the sausage was good but the black pudding had clearly been in the fryer. ridiculous excuses regarding the wait.

This restaurant has a lot of improvements to make,from entrance,staff training,surraundings and quality of food in general. The outside lights not on,wich made a little difficoult for my wife with her walking stick. In the restaurant greated by the duty manageress,looking more a pot washer....

We were staying in the premier inn next door and booked a table for 14 people for our family Xmas get together. We all ordered from the festive menu, the food was good, the service was good and Nicky the manager was brilliant.

Me and my husband went here for breakfast on the 9th of November for breakfast, its one of out favourite places to go when we drop the kids at school. When we arrived there was alot of tension from the staff, from what I over heard there was a large group of people that came for a professional meeting and the staff and chef wasn't happy about it. Not my business so we didn't take much notice, a lovely young man showed us to our seats and we ordered food. My husband had just the continental and I had the full. My food came out and it didn't taste the best. To be honest all tasted plastic like there was no flavour. I was 9 months pregnant and very sensitive at this time and was prepared to leave it at that and just not eat it, my husband didn't and said he wanted to send it it. Not liking confrontation I left to go to the toilet. I have very bad anxiety. I came back and my food was gone, complain averted. Still being hungry I went to the cold food to be confronted by the older lady who worked there. She very intimidatingly got in my face and said "Are you OK? The food was fine. Chef cooked it like he normally does, don't know what your talking about it tasted find this morning" This put me in a panic and I started crying to my husband, I left the place and got to the car where I had a panic attack. My husband paid our bill and left too. The intimidation from this woman that caused me to have a severe anxiety attack should also know that it put me in labour that day and I ended up having my son that afternoon from the stress caused. It turned from our favourite place to go to the place I would now vow to never to return to.

Only reason I gave it a 3star, Is because of the couple of team we interacted with,not the few team who were off duty just walking in and out of kitchen area constantly. a few problems, coke syrup gone, they changed it, to then we noticed the new cokes were flat. Food was more a temperature I would feed my baby so pretty cold, also I ordered fries with my chicken and ribs but they brought out chunky chips. Couldn't be bothered to complain again. So we ate what we could and left.

Food was awful, steak ended up in a doggy bag for my dogs!! No refund offered or apologies, will not be back!!

Last minute booking as we had a voucher for 30%. Best steak I've had out for a long time, real fresh onion rings instead if usual frozen rubbish, and a decent sized portion too, really enjoyed it and our server Hannah was so upbeat and happy, you couldn't help but be in a happy mood. Came back to accommodation exhausted after a busy day at work. I hadn’t booked into the Beefeter but the staff very kindly found me a table despite being busy. Hannah, who served me was friendly, efficient and couldn’t have been more helpful. What a difference...

Wasn't told of different offers available (meal prices/deals), but food was nice though egg was slightly overdone for my liking and was more expensive than I thought it would be
